"Sheikh Khalid Bin Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, is the brother of the ruler of Qatar, a state sponsor of terrorism.

He is being sued in the United States. He ordered his American security to kill two men and he held a paramedic against his will and he had to jump off an 18-foot wall to escape. Matthew Pittard, a Florida man is the security man who refused to kill a man and a woman at al Thani’s request.
