Leftist Biden appointee blasted for pushing 'groundless and utterly irresponsible' ideology

Ketanji Jackson, a far-left extremist appointed to the Supreme Court by Joe Biden, displayed her legal acumen during her confirmation hearings when she denied that she had the ability to define "woman."

Her activism on the court has continued on that theme, and she often claims that her Democrat political positions actually are what the Constitution states.

Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley, whose perspectives on the Constitution actually have been used by Congress, pointed out Jackson has developed "a radical and chilling jurisprudence. Her often sole dissents and accusatory rhetoric have drawn not just the ire of her conservative colleagues but her liberal colleagues."

Now she openly advocated for a completely political move on the part of the court and has been publicly rebuked by three more senior members of the court, Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch.

Jackson has been known in interviews to boast about being proud to be on the Supreme Court bench because from there she can tell people what she thinks about issues, not necessarily what the Constitution states.

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor used a public appearance at a University of Kansas School of Law event on Tuesday to single out colleague Brett Kavanaugh, claiming his upbringing as the son of professionals left him unable to understand the real-world consequences of immigration enforcement stops.

The remarks, personal, pointed, and delivered outside the courtroom, centered on Kavanaugh's concurring opinion last September in a case that allowed the Trump administration to continue ICE raids in the Los Angeles area, as the New York Post reported.

Sotomayor did not name Kavanaugh directly in her public remarks. But she left little doubt about her target.

Sotomayor told the Kansas audience that a colleague had characterized immigration stops as merely temporary. She then pivoted to a personal critique of Kavanaugh's family background, arguing it disqualified him from understanding the stakes for hourly workers detained by ICE agents.

"This is from a man whose parents were professionals. And probably doesn't really know any person who works by the hour."

The episode raises a question that has nothing to do with immigration law: When a sitting justice uses a public stage to attack a colleague's personal background as the basis for his legal reasoning, what does that say about the state of the Court?

Democrat-run cities have turned into war zones over immigration enforcement.

Violence against law enforcement has become the new normal in places like Minneapolis. But a Florida activist just learned the hard way that Ron DeSantis doesn't play those games.

Jennifer Cruz of Jacksonville drove her white Dodge Ram pickup into a traffic stop on Tuesday, recording on her phone while tailgating marked patrol cars. The 40-year-old followed troopers into a Beach Boulevard parking lot near Mi Pueblo Mexican grocery store and started screaming at officers conducting an immigration enforcement operation.

When Florida Highway Patrol troopers tried to address her traffic violations, they discovered her driver's license had been suspended since June 2025. Cruz refused to hand over her keys and threatened officers before punching a trooper in the face with a closed fist, breaking the trooper's nose and injuring her fingers.

Then she kicked at a female officer while other law enforcement members restrained her. And in the middle of this violent assault on law enforcement, Cruz smiled directly at the dashcam like she was posing for a trophy photo.

Cruz thought Florida operated under the same rules where attacking cops carries no consequences. She was wrong.

Florida arrested Cruz immediately and charged her with eight felonies and six misdemeanors, including resisting an officer with violence, battery on law enforcement, and fleeing police.

Aaron Rupar – who has frequently been called out as a prime example of a left-wing activist masquerading as a journalist – had a field day when a pharmaceutical executive collapsed during President Trump's Oval Office announcement about lowering weight loss drug costs.

While others rushed to help the stricken man, Rupar saw political opportunity. "RFK Jr's response to someone collapsing nearby him was to haul ass out of the room as quickly as possible," Rupar posted to his 1.2 million followers on X.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, Administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, immediately sprang into action and caught Findlay before he hit the floor.

Oz helped lay the man down and elevated his legs in proper first aid protocol. But Rupar wasn't interested in the medical response playing out before the cameras. He wanted to paint Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as a coward who fled a medical emergency.

That's when White House Deputy Press Secretary Kush Desai stepped in with a devastating one-word correction.

"The Secretary rushed to get medical assistance while others tended to the man, you ghoul," Desai fired back at Rupar on Twitter.

A professor with California State University Channel Islands has been arrested for allegedly throwing a tear gas canister at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents during a massive raid on a cannabis farm last week.

Last Thursday, authorities arrested math professor Jonathan Anthony Caravello during the raid after he allegedly threw a tear gas canister at federal agents. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli confirmed this via X this week.

“Professor Jonathan Caravello was not ‘kidnapped’ by federal agents,’” Essayli wrote. “He was arrested for throwing a tear gas canister at law enforcement.”

Essayli added that that Caravello has been charged with a violation of 18 USC 111, assaulting, resisting or impeding a federal officer.

Talwani also volunteered for Democrats like Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick (D), and Martha Coakley’s (D) failed Senate campaign.
