Mark Levin sharply criticized D.C. District Court Judge James Boasberg for issuing a restraining order against Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act, arguing that the judge was overstepping his authority in national security matters.

Levin called out the growing influence of activist judges, warning that they were usurping the President’s constitutional powers and creating a judicial crisis by blocking key policies like deportations of dangerous criminals.

He stressed that unless the Supreme Court intervenes, the judicial system risks undermining the public’s trust, as judges continue to make sweeping policy decisions not authorized by the Constitution.

Activist judges like Boasberg decided that he was in charge of making decisions about foreign affairs and the country’s national security instead of the President.
