DeSantis Floats Potential Workaround As Judges Attempt To Sabotage Trump Agenda
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has suggested that Congress could strip federal courts of jurisdiction as some judges have sought to interfere with President Trump’s agenda.“Congress has the authority to strip jurisdiction of the federal courts to decide these cases in the first place.
The sabotaging of President Trump’s agenda by ‘resistance’ judges was predictable — why no jurisdiction-stripping bills tee’d up at the onset of this Congress?” DeSantis wrote in a Wednesday post on X.
When someone responded by asking how such a move could pass when 60 votes would be needed to push it through the Senate, DeSantis replied, “Attach it to a ‘must pass’ bill…”
Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, told Fox News Digital, “For the past several weeks, we’ve seen several rogue activist judges try to impede the president from exercising, not only the mandate voters gave him, but his democratic and constitutional authority to keep the American people safe.”

How can you tell a judge is not an activist judge? He rules in favor of Trump every time.
@9:18..prove your statement. A DC judge agreeing ith rump "every time?" Justice Department asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to reassign the case from Boasberg, accusing him of “micromanagement” of the executive branch.
You know that Boasberg ruled in 2017 that Trump's tax returns couldn't be released, right? He's only an "activist" when he rules against Trump.
