$100 Billion Federal Contracting Scam

James O’Keefe Uncovers New Massive Fraud

A sweeping undercover investigation has ignited controversy across the federal contracting world after journalist James O’Keefe released footage allegedly exposing a billion-dollar fraud within the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development Program.

The video, published Monday by O’Keefe Media Group and already viewed more than 2.3 million times, features Melayne Cromwell, a contract manager for ATI Government Solutions, describing how her firm uses its minority-owned status to secure lucrative no-bid contracts before passing most of the work to outside firms.

“I tell you pass-throughs are a great thing!” Cromwell says in the footage, adding that ATI completes only about 20 percent of each project — far below the 51 percent threshold required by federal rules.

Small Business Administration moving out of Sanctuary cities

Vital pro-business agency is fleeing one leftist city for a good reason

Although a lot of government agencies are pointless and wasteful, others serve a good purpose.

Many of these agencies are getting fed up with the way that many leftist cities and states have been behaving. Now one pro-business government agency is fleeing this leftist city for a good reason.

The Small Business Administration provides low-interest loans, grants, and other helpful services to small businesses across the nation.

However, the SBA just announced that it is leaving Chicago and moving its office over the city’s sanctuary policies.

SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler said the move is part of a bigger initiative that complies with an executive order from President Donald Trump prohibiting access to any form of federal funding for individuals without legal status in the United States.

And it’s not just Chicago that is seeing the agency exit.

The SBA is planning to relocate six offices located in any “municipalities that do not comply with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

Department of Government Efficiency (@DOGE) exposing Fraud

DOGE continues to expose corruption

In 2020-2021, SBA granted 5,593 loans for $312M to borrowers whose only listed owner was 11 years old or younger at the time of the loan. While it is possible to have business arrangements where this is legal, that is highly unlikely for these 5,593 loans.

Doge also shared that the curious loans also involve borrowers over 115 years old.

“In 2020-2021, @SBAgov issued 3,095 loans, including PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) and EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan), for $333M to borrowers over 115 years old who were still marked as alive in the Social Security database.”

“In one case, a 157 years old individual received $36k in loans.”

Small Businesses are the backbone of our Great Economy

Trump Chooses Longtime Ally Kelly Loeffler As His SBA Administrator

We’re now one month away from Donald Trump moving back into the White House. He earned this honor by demolishing Kamala Harris on Election Day in both the Electoral College and the popular vote.

In the weeks since then, Trump has been busily putting his administration together. He’s already made some great picks, choosing people who will help him in his quest to make America great again.

On Wednesday, Trump announced that former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler is his nominee to lead his Small Business Administration. This was one of the last agencies without a head nominated by the president-elect.
