First-term Democratic congressman Eugene Vindman exchanged profanities with transgender activists at a town hall in King George County, Virginia, then walked out, exposing the party's deepening rift over gender policy even as polls show most Americans, including most Democrats, reject its activist wing's demands.

Three transgender activists confronted Vindman at the King George County event, demanding he reverse course on his support for GOP-backed limits on gender-related school policies.

Vindman, who represents a competitive Virginia district and is running for reelection, tried to defend his vote for a Republican-sponsored bill requiring parental notification when schools change a child's gender designation on official documents.

The exchange escalated fast. An unnamed transgender committee member shouted at Vindman to "shut the f*** up." Vindman fired back and headed for the exit.

On his way out, Vindman told the activists: "You can't f***ing talk to me that way." He later issued a written apology.

Vindman voted for the parental-notification bill, and his base made him pay.

The mayor called New York City a "haven" for people with alternative gender identities and framed the new spending as a direct response to what he described as ongoing threats against LGBTQ+ communities. The announcement landed as the New York City Council continues to weigh a record-setting $125 billion budget for fiscal year 2027, raising immediate questions about where the money will come from and who, exactly, will receive it.

As Fox News Digital reported, the mayor doubled down on promises he first made during his campaign, when his website outlined a plan to spend $65 million to "explicitly support and expand access to Gender Affirming Care" in New York City. Of that larger figure, up to $57 million was earmarked for public hospitals, community clinics, health centers, and nonprofits capable of performing procedures.

Mamdani framed the $15 million as a moral imperative, not a policy choice open to debate. In his remarks Tuesday, he linked the spending to what he called the protection of trans New Yorkers.

The mayor established what he called New York City's first-ever Office of LGBTQIA+ Affairs, a new bureaucratic layer inside city government.

The phrase "first step" is worth pausing on. If the campaign's $65 million plan remains the destination, New York taxpayers can expect substantially more spending in the years ahead, with no public accounting yet of how the initial $15 million will be allocated, which providers will receive it, or what oversight mechanisms will govern its use.

Fox News Digital noted it remains unclear where the $15 million request is being allocated from or how the funds will be disbursed. That is not a minor administrative detail. It is the kind of question city council members and taxpayers deserve answered before the money moves.

A federal judge has slammed the brakes on California’s controversial push to keep parents in the dark about their own children’s gender transitions at school.

In a sweeping decision, U.S. District Court Judge Roger Benitez ruled that California’s policies violated the constitutional rights of both parents and teachers, barring state and local education officials from enforcing secrecy-based rules on student gender identity changes, as Blaze Media reports.

The lawsuit, originally filed on individual grounds, grew into a class-action suit by October 2023. It came to represent other educators and families who said they suffered under policies they viewed as both unethical and unconstitutional.

Judge Benitez agreed, delivering a full summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs and halting the enforcement of these so-called “gender support plans” that deliberately cut out parents from life-altering decisions.

The feds have widened their investigation into the assassination of Charlie Kirk to probe whether pro-trans, online groups and others connected with Tyler Robinson knew in advance about the plan to kill the MAGA influencer, the NYPost has reported.

Law enforcement sources said that investigators are examining leftist groups both in Utah and online to figure out if they helped him with the shooting — or at least heard it was going to happen.

The probe includes groups in online gaming community Steam, as well as a pro-trans organization called Armed Queers SLC, which took down their Instagram after Kirk was killed, the source confirmed.

Meanwhile, a slew of disturbing — though as yet unverified — social media posts about Kirk are raising questions about whether some people online may have known about the assassination before it happened on Sept. 10.

Why? Because it relied on the Southern Poverty Law Center, a corrupt far-left smear factory that engages in routine defamation by putting conservative, Christian, and even certain gay and lesbian organizations on a “hate map” along with chapters of the Ku Klux Klan.

Yes, the SPLC has even branded Gays Against Groomers—a group of lesbian, bisexual, and gay people who disagree with the SPLC’s transgender agenda—on the “hate map” as an “anti-LGBTQ+ hate group.” That’s how extreme the SPLC is.

Yet, when 1,000 FBI employees received the notorious memo citing the SPLC as an authority on “radical traditional Catholics,” most didn’t even blink.

The bishop, who openly lists her pronouns in her Instagram bio, is also a vocal advocate for same-sex marriage. Budde was described as "unapologetically liberal" in an elaborate 2011 interview with the Washington Post, following her appointment as the ninth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington.

Victims of a transgender-identified, male-born California convict accused of raping fellow inmates at a California women's prison will be forced to police their pronoun usage while recounting the alleged attacks on the stand, per a recent court order.

Tremaine "Tremayne" Deon Carroll, 52, identifies as a woman, and must be referred to using she/her pronouns in court after a Madera County Court judge's ruling, ABC30 reported.

Carroll faces two charges of forcible rape and one of "dissuading a witness from testifying."

"After his first cellmate became pregnant and was moved to [a male-only facility in] Los Angeles, two other cellmates of his had complained that he had raped them, so we have filed rape charges against this inmate," Madera County District Attorney Sally Moreno told ABC30.

A group of transgender activists led by former Army intelligence officer Chelsea Manning were arrested this week at the Capitol.

The group was protesting the new bathroom rule put in place by Speaker Johnson (R-LA) to ensure only biological women use the women’s room.

The rule was put in place because Democrats elected the first openly transgender woman to Congress during the last election.

There are bathrooms at the Capitol that can be used by transgenders, but they want access to the ladies' room, and Johnson was not having it.
