Tremaine 'Treymane' Deon Carroll transferred out of a California women's prison after being indicted on 2 rape counts

Victims of a transgender-identified, male-born California convict accused of raping fellow inmates at a California women's prison will be forced to police their pronoun usage while recounting the alleged attacks on the stand, per a recent court order.

Tremaine "Tremayne" Deon Carroll, 52, identifies as a woman, and must be referred to using she/her pronouns in court after a Madera County Court judge's ruling, ABC30 reported.

Carroll faces two charges of forcible rape and one of "dissuading a witness from testifying."

"After his first cellmate became pregnant and was moved to [a male-only facility in] Los Angeles, two other cellmates of his had complained that he had raped them, so we have filed rape charges against this inmate," Madera County District Attorney Sally Moreno told ABC30.

California pharmacists forced to participate in LGBT indoctrination courses

"California pharmacists must now complete mandatory training on gender identity, colonialism, and white privilege in order to remain licensed in their field.

According to a June 17 report from the Free Press, the mandated “cultural competency” courses went into effect earlier this year. Democratic Assemblyman Christopher Ward stated after passing the measure that it was to “ensure pharmacists are looking out for the well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals.”

The mandate requires California pharmacists to complete an hour of the training every two years, the report states.

In the training, professionals are instructed to begin customer interactions with a question about gender, and what pronouns the customer prefers."

Biden’s DHS Requires Border Agents to Use ‘preferred pronouns’ of Illegal Immigrants

In 2021, Joe Biden decided to prioritize asylum claims brought by transgender migrants who sought to cross the border in the US. Vice President Kamala Harris claimed that the “root” of illegal immigration from the Northern Triangle countries in Central America was due to LGBTQ discrimination.

Now, the Department of Homeland Security is demanding that border agents use the preferred pronouns of illegal immigrants.

A memo released earlier this week, obtained by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, shows that the agency has demanded that border agents comply with the preferred pronouns of illegal immigrants.

The memo goes so far that border agents are prevented by DHS from assuming the gender of an illegal immigrant, and must use gender-neutral terminology until they ascertain the person’s preferred pronouns.
