Since taking over the role of 'First Buddy' at DOGE in January, Tesla has witnessed a roughly 40 percent decrease in its stock value. This has coincided with a stark 71 percent drop in Tesla's first-quarter profits compared to last year, falling from $1.4 billion to $409 million.

Police Track Down Tesla Attack Suspect, Connect Him to Another Anti-Republican Crime

A New Mexico man has been charged with arson at a Tesla dealership and the local Republican Party office.

Jamison Wagner, 40, of Albuquerque, was arrested over the weekend. Authorities said they found “substantial evidence” during a search of his home. He faces two counts of malicious damage or destruction of property by fire or explosives. Wagner will remain in custody until a detention hearing.

The first attack took place on Feb. 9 at the Tesla Albuquerque Showroom. Two vehicles were damaged—one severely. At the back of the building, officials found red and black graffiti. Phrases like "Die Elon," "Tesla Nazi Inc," and swastikas were spray-painted on six cars.

Surveillance footage showed a masked suspect in black, carrying a white box. Then, on March 30, another arson attack struck the Republican Party New Mexico office. The building’s front entrance was badly damaged. Investigators found shattered glass and metal lids—likely from homemade firebombs.

Some of the lids had handwritten letters like "I" or "H." They matched the lid found at the Tesla scene.

At the time, the New Mexico GOP called it part of a “disturbing pattern of politically motivated violence.” They blamed it on the silence of progressive leaders who “refuse to condemn these acts.”

A 27-year-old Oregon man is free today after being charged with multiple crimes for allegedly shining a blinding laser at Tesla dealership employees, reportedly causing eye injuries.

During a protest outside a Tesla dealership in downtown Portland on March 29, police arrested Davis Nafshun after he reportedly aimed a green laser pointer at Tesla employees inside the showroom. Two employees later reported eye discomfort and vision problems following the incident.

AG Pam Bondi Issues Warning to Democrat Who Called For Musk to Be 'Taken Down

General Pam Bondi had a warning for Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas. She told her to "tread very carefully" after Crockett made waves for targeting Elon Musk.

"She is an elected public official, so she needs to tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk, and we are going to fight to protect all the Tesla owners throughout this country," Bondi said on "Sunday Morning Futures."

Bondi doubled down on her vow to stop violence against Tesla owners and dealerships. Some have seen cars torched and spray-painted with hostile messages.

Crockett’s comments came during a call with the Tesla Takedown movement. The group urges people to sell their Teslas and dump stock in the company. "On March 29, it’s my birthday," Crockett said to the group. That day marks their "Global Day of Action" against Tesla.

"All I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down," she continued. "I have learned, as I serve on the DOGE Oversight committee, that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that language is money."

A car drove into where the protesters were assembled and the driver was arrested. He said he worked at the Tesla Showroom.

On Friday, Trump posted on his social media platform that the "sick terrorist thugs" causing physical damage should get "20 year sentences."

Saturday's protest, the first of six planned for every Saturday through April 26, was a peaceful gathering outside the West Palm Beach Tesla location.

The rally, organized by the Democratic Progressive Caucus, was the latest in a series of demonstrations against Musk, his federal budget chainsawing and his Tesla auto company, which has become a flashpoint on the political spectrum."

A website dubbed “Dogequest,” which published a searchable map with the names, addresses, and contact details of purported Tesla owners across the United States, is no longer live.

The short-lived website, which was first reported by 404 Media, also included details about Tesla dealerships and information on employees of Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE.

It is unclear exactly who is responsible for the site’s removal, but as of Wednesday morning, the domain is no longer accessible.

According to Newsweek, the Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into the source of the data leak and whether legal action can be pursued against the site’s operators.

Matthew Livelsberger Shot Himself in Head Inside Cybertruck

Cybertruck bomber Matthew Livelsberger shot himself in the head just before the explosion at the Trump Las Vegas hotel, police said Thursday.

Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill told reporters Thursday that Livelsberger, 37, was found inside the vehicle with a “self-inflicted gunshot wound” to the head.

McMahill added that a handgun was found at the feet of Livelsberger, whose body was so badly burned, it was unrecognizable.

It was unclear what weapon Livelsberger allegedly used to kill himself, but police said they found a Desert Eagle .50 caliber semi-automatic handgun in the car, along with other semi-automatic weapons that were also charred.

Despite the damage to the body, police found Livelsberger’s Military ID, passport, phone and smartwatch inside the burnt vehicle.

Spencer Evans, the FBI special agent in charge, said It’s not lost on us that it happened in front of the Trump building and a Tesla vehicle was used."

"Tesla CEO Elon Musk ripped into California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom after Newsom proposed a move that would shut out Tesla from customer rebates offered to other electric car manufacturers.

On Monday, Newsom announced that if President-elect Donald Trump eliminates a federal ZEV tax credit, Newsom would propose creating a new version of California’s Clean Vehicle Rebate Program, which expired in 2023.

Newsom’s “office told Bloomberg News that the current proposal includes market-share limitations that would exclude Tesla’s popular EV models,” Bloomberg News reported, adding that Newsom’s office stated, “It’s about creating the market conditions for more of these car makers to take root.”

“This is a slap in Tesla’s face,” Gene Munster, managing partner of Deepwater Asset Management, commented." 

“Even though Tesla is the only company that manufactures their EVs in California! This is insane,” Musk blasted on X.
