Igor Danchenko case--John Durham did not have support of FBI

The Judge Just THREW OUT THE CHARGE… Its RIGGED

Our justice system is beyond rigged

John Durham has already taken one loss, mentioned below, in an open-and-shut case. Now it appears he is on the verge of taking another one.

Igor Danchenko’s attorneys did not even argue his case and he has already had one of his charges dismissed.

U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga acquitted the Russian of one charge in the Durham probe already.

The Deep State Converted Danchenko into a Confidential Human Source

Email Released in Danchenko Case Proves Obama and His Deep State Lied

They Set Up President Trump in Attempt to Remove Him from Office

With the new information that came out last week, it’s now even more appalling to look back and see former AG Bill Barr’s comments regarding the Danchenko case.

Barr shared that the DOJ and Durham did a good job prosecuting the Danchenko case that ended in no indictments against Danchenko. All of the major players in the attempted coup of President Trump walk free today.

The newly discovered email was sent by FBI agent Kevin Helson to unknown recipients on Jan. 12, 2017. The email’s heading reads “Plan to Convert Danchenko into a Confidential Human Source (CHS).”

This email is critical for several reasons. It shows that the FBI intended to hide Steele’s main source behind CHS status after they had previously discovered Steele couldn’t back up the claims in his dossier despite their offer of $1 million to him for any corroboration. As a CHS, Danchenko also would be shielded from any external investigations—including those of Congress.

Danchenko and the Infamous Dossier

Special Counsel Durham Takes Aim at FBI in Closing Arguments in Danchenko Trial

ALEXANDRIA, Va.—FBI agents investigating the anti-Donald Trump dossier authored by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele should have done a better job investigating the truthfulness of its source, special counsel John Durham said in closing arguments for the source’s trial on Oct. 17.

Durham said FBI agents should have performed a “detailed review” of Igor Danchenko, the source, and his statements, including a behavioral assessment, an examination of Danchenko’s finances, and a polygraph test, at least some of which were recommended by FBI experts.

Danchenko has taken credit for the bulk of the information in the dossier, a collection of rumors, lies, and innuendo that painted Trump as potentially under the thumb of Russian President Vladimir Putin, which was hyped by Trump rival Hillary Clinton, who was later revealed as being one of the document’s funders.

Danchenko, the "Confidential Human Source"

The FBI Ordered Informant Igor Danchenko to Erase All Evidence from His Phone of His Role in Their Attempted Coup of President Trump

In June 2020 TGP broke the story that the Primary Sub-Source (PSS) for the Steele dossier was Igor Danchenko – the individual behind most of the made-up lies in the Steele dossier.

Danchenko was on the FBI payroll as a confidential human source (CHS) from March 2017 through October 2020.

He lied.

Realizing its own misconduct, the FBI made Danchenko a paid CHS in March 2017 – just before the third FISA warrant was submitted in April 2017. This would allow Comey’s FBI to work directly with Danchenko in support of its counter-intelligence investigation against President Trump.

Danchenko being a CHS also served another purpose: it protected the Bureau and the Mueller Special Counsel from revealing their “sources and methods.” How do you hide misconduct? Bury the witness.

It's time people go to jail. Clinton Campaign Operative, Charles Dolan, who has deep ties to the Democrat party has been a long-term advisor to Hillary Clinton admits on witness stand he fabricated evidence for Danchenko to pass along to Dossier Author Chris Steele.

Igor Danchenko Trial Reveals corrupt FBI

Stunning Revelation About How the FBI Tried to Take Down Donald Trump Prior to His 2016 Election

"Just when you start to think the FBI couldn’t be exposed as any more corrupt, another revelation drops and ups the ante. That happened on Tuesday after a new report showed that the FBI wasn’t content with just following the facts as they had them prior to the 2016 election.

While it’s long been known that the bureau was desperately searching for something to stop Donald Trump’s election, things apparently went much further than just mining badly sourced intelligence. According to the report, which is based on testimony from Igor Danchenko’s ongoing trial, the FBI attempted to pay Christopher Steele up to $1,000,000 to “prove” his discredited dossier was true. All of this happened prior to election day in 2016.

Ultimately Steele couldn’t prove his claims because the claims weren’t true. That’s not exactly noteworthy given we’ve known the dossier was garbage from nearly the moment it became public. Steele was a grifter, pedaling claims fed to him by Russians who knew they were spreading disinformation. That was one of the great ironies of the entire ordeal. While the FBI has constantly screeched about Russian election interference, they are the ones who got suckered by it." [republicandaily]

FBI and the big Cover-up

FBI Put Key Dossier Source on Payroll in Apparent Effort to Conceal Dossier Fabrications

"Special counsel John Durham filed a pre-trial motion in limine on Sept. 13 in his false statements case against Igor Danchenko, the primary sub-source of Christopher Steele’s dossier on Donald Trump. Danchenko, who is charged with five counts of lying to the FBI about his sources for the dossier, had earlier filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him.

Motions in limine are routine motions that are used to determine what evidence may and may not be used at trial. Danchenko’s trial is scheduled to begin next month.

Perhaps the most stunning disclosure is that Danchenko was given confidential human source (CHS) status by the FBI in March 2017. Notably, this was after Danchenko had disowned the Steele dossier in a January 2017 FBI interview, having admitted that it was based on gossip and rumors. Given the admission, there was no legitimate reason to extend the protections of CHS status to Danchenko, who no longer had any bona fide value to the FBI’s investigation into alleged Trump–Russia collusion."

To sum it up: Danchenko, the Russian analyst charged with lying to the FBI about his role in the infamous “Steele dossier,” was allegedly a paid confidential human source for the agency, a newly unsealed court filing revealed Tuesday.

Igor Danchenko became a paid FBI informant in March 2017 — months after the feds started questioning him over his involvement in the dossier on former President Donald Trump, according to the filing by special counsel John Durham. In other words, the FBI, by hook or crook, was out to get Trump.
