'Trans' illegal alien rapist who attacked 14-year-old boy reaches appalling plea deal with Bragg's office

Under the deal, Nicol Suarez would already have served his sentence.

An illegal alien from Colombia who pled guilty to rape last week has reached a shocking plea agreement with the office of Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

According to the terms of the agreement, Nicol Suarez, a 31-year-old biological male who identifies as transgender, would be sentenced to six months, a sentence he has already served while awaiting trial, in exchange for pleading guilty to second-degree rape.

In New York, second-degree rape typically results in two to seven years behind bars.

What's more, Suarez has been accused of violent crimes — armed robbery, prostitution, and assault with a dangerous weapon — in Massachusetts, and the New York Post also alluded to possible outstanding charges in New Jersey.

The Trump Department of Homeland Security has slammed the lenient plea deal, calling the offered six-month sentence "insane."

Starting in 2022, SJSU coaches reportedly instructed staff not to tell female players that Blaire Fleming – a biological male – was on their team.

Female athletes shared locker rooms and hotel rooms with Fleming without knowing. And the absolute worst thing was when former team co-captain Brooke Slusser found out she had been sharing a bed with Fleming while believing her teammate was a woman.

The House of Representatives approved a bill on Wednesday that would implement a nationwide ban on transgender surgeries and hormones for minors. Known as the "Protect Children’s Innocence Act," the legislation was introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and passed with a 216-211 vote.

Under the new proposal, doctors who provide gender-transition procedures to children could face steep fines or up to 10 years in prison. Greene argued from the House floor that elected officials have a "serious responsibility" to protect children from radical medical interventions.

Greene emphasized that most Americans believe children should "just need to grow up" before undergoing procedures like mastectomies or taking drugs with lifelong effects. A man who pleaded guilty to attempting to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 is now using a female name and pronouns, according to a court document filed Friday.

Nicholas Roske, who is scheduled to be sentenced next month, is using the name Sophie Roske and a "Ms." title for the first time in a court filing in a case that has stretched for three years.

The court filing was a routine request in anticipation of Roske's sentencing, which is set for Oct. 3. But the filing referenced Roske by the name "Sophia," while a footnote revealed that Nicholas remains Roske's legal first name.

"Out of respect for Ms. Roske, the balance of this pleading and counsel’s in-court argument will refer to her as Sophie and use female pronouns," the footnote stated.

It is unclear if Roske is undergoing any treatments to become transgender.

Charlie Kirk assassination suspect to be charged Tuesday

Utah Gov. Spencer Cox told NBC News’ “Meet the Press” Sept. 14 that the man suspected of killing Charlie Kirk in the middle of an event Kirk spoke at on Sept. 10 at Utah Valley University has invoked his Fifth Amendment rights.

The suspect, Tyler Robinson, is 22. He is in a special housing unit at Utah County Jail until he is cleared by medical staff as he waits for formal charges, according to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office, ABC4 — ABC’s affiliate in Salt Lake City — reported Sept. 14.

After medical staff clear Robinson, he will be placed in housing according to the charges he’s booked on, Sgt. Ray Ormond of Utah County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement, according to ABC4.

Those charges are aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm — causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice — capital/first-degree felony conduct, the article said.

According to Cox, Robinson has a boyfriend who is “transitioning from male to female,” and he has been “very cooperative with authorities,” unlike Robinson. Cox said they’ve learned Robinson’s boyfriend, who’s also his roommate, did not have any knowledge about Robinson’s plan and was shocked to find out that Robinson has been suspected of killing Kirk.

Mizelle cited two instances where Reyes questioned the attorney about his religious beliefs and used him “unwillingly as a physical prop” in a rhetorical exercise during the hearing."

Letitia James says NY state law overrides Trump's Executive Order

N.Y. AG Tells Hospitals to Continue Trans Care After Trump's Order

New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday told hospitals that they would be violating state law if they stop offering gender transition care for people under age 19 in response to an executive order from President Donald Trump aimed at curtailing federal funding for such treatments.

In a letter, James, a Democrat, told health care facilities that refusing to provide the treatments would violate New York's anti-discrimination laws.

"Regardless of the availability of federal funding, we write to further remind you of your obligations to comply with New York State laws," her letter reads.

Trump last week signed an executive order that directed agencies to take steps to make sure that hospitals receiving federal research and education grants “end the chemical and surgical mutilation of children.” The language in the order was tough — using words such as “maiming,” “sterilizing” and “mutilation.”

Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) issued a correction to a transgender TikToker who tried to change their gender on a driver’s license.

James Rose, a trans actor known as "Jamesissmiling" on TikTok, shared a now-deleted video on Dec. 20 claiming to have found a loophole in Florida’s laws.

"I just got my gender changed on my driver’s license in the free f---ing state of Florida," Rose said. "My god, Ron DeSantis would be screaming right now if he knew about this. This little license now says female on it."

FLHSMV cancelled his license and sent him a corrected one that says “male.” Executive Director Dave Kerner assured the public, "We maintain quality assurance in our program to ensure it won't happen again."
