San Jose State Covered-up having a biological man on the Women's volleyball team

SJSU Sued the Federal Government Over a Male Athlete on the Women’s Team and Linda McMahon Just Hit Back Hard

San Jose State University hid a biological male on the women's volleyball team for two years and told nobody.

Now the school got caught violating title X– and instead of apologizing to the women they betrayed, they sued the federal government.

Linda McMahon just gave them ten days to reconsider that decision before the consequences become permanent. This isn't a story about athletic policy. It's a story about what happened to real women who never consented to any of it.

Starting in 2022, SJSU coaches reportedly instructed staff not to tell female players that Blaire Fleming – a biological male – was on their team.

Female athletes shared locker rooms and hotel rooms with Fleming without knowing. And the absolute worst thing was when former team co-captain Brooke Slusser found out she had been sharing a bed with Fleming while believing her teammate was a woman.

“Enforcement action may include the initiation of an administrative process set forth in 20 U.S.C. § 1681,et seq.et seq.to suspend, terminate, or refuse to grant or to continue Federal funding — or other means authorized by law, including referral to the Department of Justice. This letter does not constitute final agency action.” They have 10 days to change their mind or lose $300 million in federal funds.
