Judge McAfee dismisses 13 counts in Fani's case against Trump

Trump Gets A BIG Win In Georgia Trial

On Wednesday, the Fulton County judge overseeing the Georgia 2020 election case dismissed some charges against former President Trump, although other charges remain.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said 13 charges listed in the indictment must be quashed, including three counts against Trump, per court documents.

McAfee announced that he will all be ruling this week on whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and special counsel Nathan Wade should be disqualified from the case over the timing of their adulterous relationship and allegations that they benefited financially from the situation.

Foney Willis lied under Oath

Fani Willis, Nathan Wade Referred To Georgia Bar For Alleged Ethics Violations

In her quest to get Trump, she and lover were having a good ole time--even had her dear elderly father lie for her

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis initially believed that her case against former President Donald Trump would be the pinnacle of her career.

However, it now seems that it could instead lead to its downfall. Reports from Fox News indicate that Willis, caught in a scandal involving her ex-lover and fellow prosecutor on the Trump case, Nathan Wade, has recently faced another setback.

Both Willis and Wade have been reported to the Georgia State Bar by a watchdog organization for suspected misconduct.

“The American Accountability Foundation (AAF) is requesting that the Georgia state bar open disciplinary proceedings against the Fulton County DA and Wade for violations of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct,” the Fox News report said.

The group claims that Willis and Wade both committed perjury by falsely testifying under oath about the timing of their affair.

Fani and Nathan

Observers point to possible perjury charges against Fani Willis and lover

A bombshell court filing from former President Donald Trump's legal team cites cell phone data which suggests that attorney Nathan Wade was a regular late night visitor at Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' home.

That appears to contradict sworn statements made by both Wade and Willis, a fact which some observers say could lead to their indictment. Potential perjury charges over testimony.

According to the New York Post, most of the visits took place prior to Willis hiring Wade as part of her Trump task force.

This undercuts testimony in which Wade and Willis asserted that their romantic relationship only began after Wade was brought on board.

Okay, this might actually be funnier than the whole Lisa Page-Peter Strzok love affair during the Russia collusion hoax.

Fani Willis’ Buffoon Lover Boy Met with White House to Plot Trump Georgia Indictments – Then Billed the State for the Hours Exposing Biden Regime to Plot to Indict Trump.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is being sued by one of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia RICO case. She’s been accused of doling out huge amounts of taxpayer cash to a special prosecutor named Nathan Wade, a married man who is a private attorney.

Wade is the special prosecutor appointed by Fani Willis to prosecute Trump and the other 18 co-defendants. Wade is also, according to the court filing, Fani Willis’s lover, and they have been livin’ large like Oprah with the money that Fulton County is spending prosecute Trump.
