Democrat prosecutor puts blame on 2nd Amendment supporters

Norfolk DA backed by Soros PACs blames pro-gun lawmakers after ISIS supporter shoots up Old Dominion University

A convicted ISIS supporter opened fire on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, on Thursday morning, killing one person and injuring two others before being killed himself.

Within hours, the local prosecutor used the attack to lecture the country about gun control, directing blame not at the terrorist but at lawmakers who support the Second Amendment.

The shooter was previously sentenced in 2017 for attempting to provide material support to ISIS. He appears to have been released by the Federal Bureau of Prisons in late 2024, during the Biden administration.

Commonwealth's Attorney Ramin Fatehi who is a Democrat of Iranian heritage, walked up to the podium at a post-shooting press conference unprovoked and delivered a prepared indictment of American gun culture. He did this while a confirmed act of Islamic terrorism was still being processed by federal investigators.

The backlash was immediate and savage.

Trust in Trump - Behind the Scenes

Something big is coming down the tracks

John Solomon didn’t just speculate. He confirmed it. The DOJ and FBI have been quietly building a massive criminal conspiracy case against the Deep State.

It covers the full window from 2016 to 2024. Targeting the sabotage of Trump from the very beginning. Pam Bondi may be days away from naming a special prosecutor. That would allow indictments to be brought outside DC. Florida is in play. That changes the jury pool and the battlefield.

Here’s the part nobody in the media wants to touch--

The Epstein network is reportedly connected to this case. Not just for the island crimes, but because people linked to Epstein allegedly used blackmail and leverage to help drive the lawfare against Trump. Some of those names are powerful and still active. If Trump drops the full list now, it could cause chaos and derail the entire case.

That’s why he’s holding it. Not to protect the guilty, but to protect the investigation. And here's the twist--

Matt Gaetz flew into DC this weekend, reportedly at Trump’s personal request. He skipped a major Turning Point event and instead took a private meeting with the President. Some insiders say Gaetz may be under consideration as a special prosecutor. That would be a lightning strike.

Trump, Bondi, and Gaetz are all playing roles behind the scenes. If this flips, it won’t just be payback. It’ll be exposure on a historic level.

Watch the next 14 to 21 days. If a special prosecutor is named and the indictments move to Florida, you'll know this is the real deal.

They tried to destroy Trump with hoaxes, lawfare, and lies. Now the trap they set is springing on them Drain the Swamp isn't just a phrase. It's happening.

Trump Hater Comey "found" some shells

DOJ's Ed Martin says James Comey will go to jail

Associate Deputy Attorney General Ed Martin said former FBI Director James Comey is going to prison after he posted an assassination threat against President Trump.

"He knew… He's got a problem. Perjury traps are next. Going to jail on one or the other," Ed Martin said on the Benny Johnson show on Friday.

After major backlash, Comey deleted the threat and followed up with a statement trying to explain away his assassination post.

Comey's follow up statement is an obvious lie.
"I posted earlier a picture of some shells I saw today on a beach walk, which I assumed were a political message. I didn't realize some folks associate those numbers (86 47) with violence. It never occurred to me but I oppose violence of any kind so I took the post down," Comey said on Instagram.
Comey implied he did not assemble the shell formation. He is claiming that he just happened to stumble across the assassination message while he was on his beach walk. Right, uh-huh.

James Comey, the seventh director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, was fired by U.S. President Donald Trump on May 9, 2017.

Democrats tried to screw Ed Martin as being the top federal prosecutor for the nation’s capital but in his new role, Martin will be director of the “weaponization working group” at the Justice Department.

Republicans after Merrick Garland

House GOP Warns AG Garland of Possible Arrest in Biden Tape Controversy

"Tensions escalate as House Republicans threaten to arrest Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Fox News reported that Rep. Anna Paulina Luna and nine other House Republicans may utilize inherent contempt to enforce a subpoena against U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding President Joe Biden's interview tapes with special prosecutor Robert Kyoung Hur.

The underlying issue stems from the Department of Justice's refusal to release the specified tapes, citing executive privilege invoked by President Biden. This situation underscores a brewing storm over congressional subpoena powers and the rarely-used tactic of inherent contempt, which could authorize the arrest of a sitting Attorney General.

Luna stated that Garland still has time to comply with a congressional subpoena for the tapes. However, if he fails to do so, they will proceed with bringing the privilege motion on inherent contempt to the floor.

Florida Supreme Court rules for DeSantis

High Court Sides with DeSantis on Soros-Backed Prosecutor’s Removal

"In a landmark decision, the Florida Supreme Court has affirmed Governor Ron DeSantis’ controversial removal of a prosecutor backed by billionaire George Soros.

This ruling marks a significant victory for DeSantis, underscoring his commitment to law and order while highlighting the ongoing political battle over prosecutorial discretion and accountability.

Governor DeSantis had removed the prosecutor, Andrew Warren, citing dereliction of duty and failure to enforce state laws. Warren, a state attorney for Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit, had been supported by Soros through substantial campaign contributions, aligning him with a progressive agenda that has faced increasing scrutiny from conservative circles." The Laptop "hoax" wasn't a hoax afterall

Former crackhead Hunter Biden and Special Prosecutor, David Weiss

Hunter Biden's laptop now officially evidence in criminal case

On COUNTLESS occasions, Republicans were mocked, criticized, and denied when they repeatedly asked for Biden’s laptop to be investigated because of the belief it held evidence of the countless crimes committed by Hunter Biden.

No one did ANYTHING about it.

Some even called it a hoax!

Now, his laptop is finally being used against him.

This is PROOF that the Republicans were right all along!

In fact, the prosecutor on the case, special counsel David Weiss who was appointed by Merrick Garland, has said that Hunter Biden’s “laptop is real (it will be introduced as a trial exhibit) and it contains significant evidence of the defendant’s guilt” while also noting that the defendant “has not provided any evidence or information that shows that his laptop contains false information, and the government’s evidence shows the opposite.”

Jack Smith filed information that may favor Trump's Legal team

Jack Smith turns over material ‘that may be favorable’ to Trump defense team

Special Counsel Jack Smith has dedicated nearly a year to prosecuting former President Donald Trump. However, an observer believes that Smith’s recent court filing in Trump’s classified documents case may inadvertently aid Trump’s defense. Newsweek senior writer Katherine Fung highlighted this development.

“The Government is providing information or material known to the United States that may be favorable to either defendant on the issues of guilt or punishment,” Fung quoted the filing as reading.

Smith also acknowledged that “the government is aware of its continuing duty to disclose newly discovered additional information required by the Standing Discovery Order.”

Fung observed that Smith was adhering to the Brady rule, which originated from the significant Supreme Court case Brady v. Maryland in 1963, a rule that mandates that prosecutors must disclose any advantageous information to the defendants.

Jack Smith, hired for his bulldog tactics

Jack Smith got caught breaking one rule that could torpedo his case against Donald Trump

Jack Smith has a reputation as a rogue prosecutor who pursues unconstitutional and politically-motivated investigations into Republicans.

But this time Smith went too far.

And now Jack Smith got caught breaking one rule that could torpedo his case against Donald Trump.

Former Bush administration official Jack Goldsmith is no fan of Donald Trump. Goldsmith is one of the leading Never-Trumpers in the legal community.

But even Goldsmith recognizes that Smith’s rush to try Donald Trump before the election is unfair, violates his Constitutional right to prepare an adequate legal defense, and runs afoul of Justice Department guidelines that prevent prosecutors from meddling in elections.

Goldsmith also argued that trying Donald Trump before the election violates Section 9-85.500 of the Justice Department’s Justice Manual.
Section 9-85.500 reads:

Federal prosecutors and agents may never select the timing of any action, including investigative steps, criminal charges, or statements, for the purpose of affecting any election, or for the purpose of giving an advantage or disadvantage to any candidate or political party. Such a purpose is inconsistent with the Department’s mission and with the Principles of Federal Prosecution. See § 9-27.260. Any action likely to raise an issue or the perception of an issue under this provision requires consultation with the Public Integrity Section, and such action shall not be taken if the Public Integrity Section advises that further consultation is required with the Deputy Attorney General or Attorney General.

Fani Willis had a major personal financial stake in prosecuting Donald Trump

LOL: Fani Willis Sued for Paying Her Married Lover to Prosecute Donald Trump

Okay, this might actually be funnier than the whole Lisa Page-Peter Strzok love affair during the Russia collusion hoax.

Fani Willis’ Buffoon Lover Boy Met with White House to Plot Trump Georgia Indictments – Then Billed the State for the Hours Exposing Biden Regime to Plot to Indict Trump.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is being sued by one of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia RICO case. She’s been accused of doling out huge amounts of taxpayer cash to a special prosecutor named Nathan Wade, a married man who is a private attorney.

Wade is the special prosecutor appointed by Fani Willis to prosecute Trump and the other 18 co-defendants. Wade is also, according to the court filing, Fani Willis’s lover, and they have been livin’ large like Oprah with the money that Fulton County is spending prosecute Trump.

The Democrat Bulldog

Special Counsel Democrat Jack Smith

After a stint as a war crimes prosecutor, he rejoined the Justice Department to lead the public integrity section. During his tenure, the section pressed ahead with significant, but challenging, prosecutions against prominent public figures from both political parties.

Prosecutors scored a public corruption conviction against former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell, a Republican, but the case was later overturned by the Supreme Court. The section also prosecuted former Democratic vice presidential nominee John Edwards, but a jury acquitted him on one count and deadlocked on others and the Justice Department declined to try him again.

As Breitbart News reported, Smith’s wife, Katy Chevigny, contributed to President Joe Biden and to far-left, antisemitic Rep. Rashia Tlaib (D-MI). She also produced a documentary about former First Lady Michelle Obama.

Corrupt Appointment by DOJ of David Weiss

Hunter Biden Special Counsel Appointment Is a Blatant Act of Corruption

There’s simply no rational or legal explanation for Attorney General Merrick Garland naming David Weiss a special counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation. Other than the most obvious one, of course.

Garland contends that he’s “confident” the Delaware federal prosecutor “will carry out his responsibility in an evenhanded and urgent manner and in accordance with the highest traditions of this department,” evidence strongly suggests something corrupt.

But would anyone genuinely seeking an “evenhanded” inquiry hand the job to a prosecutor who’s already attempted to shower the target of the investigation with an extraordinarily favorable immunity deal? It defies credulity.

Then again, what kind of “evenhanded” investigation is led by a prosecutor who’s been credibly accused of dragging his feet on a case and then lying to Congress? Is there no one else in the entire United States better positioned to investigate Hunter Biden?

Mark Meadows files Motion in Fulton County

Mark Meadows Files Emergency Motion To Avoid Arrest

Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows is asking a federal court for more time before surrendering to Georgia authorities.

Meadows hopes to prevent Fulton County DA Fani Willis from ordering his arrest if he doesn't voluntarily surrender before her Friday deadline.

Willis was unmoved by requests from Meadows' attorney to extend the Friday deadline. “Your client is no different than any other criminal defendant in this jurisdiction,” she said at one point.

DeSantis fires Soros backed goon Prosecutor

DeSantis Fires Off Huge Executive Order

Fires Top Florida Prosecutor for “Dereliction of Duty”

Democrat prosecutors around the country have been allowing violent criminals to get off with a slap on the wrist or no lock up for too long. This is not the policy citizens want from prosecutors.

Americans deserve safety from criminals, and they expect prosecutors to deliver the punishment to deter criminal activity. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said enough is enough when this prosecutor was discovered letting criminals slide. Do the crime in the Sunshine State and you need to do the time.

DeSantis penned an executive order and sent packing Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Democrat Monique Worrell for “dereliction of duty” on crime. She gets to spend some time thinking about all the crimes her policies allowed under her watch.

Trump says there is no way he can get a fair trial

Trump Slams DC Judge and Prosecutor

On Sunday, former President Donald Trump protested the fairness of his upcoming trial for alleged election interference. He demands a new trial location and judge, insisting he will not get a fair hearing in the current circumstances.

Trump stated that his legal team plans to request the recusal of Judge Tanya Chutkan (appointed by Obama) of the Washington DC federal court. The judge has been assigned to manage the case concerning allegations that Trump interfered with the 2020 election.

Trump expressed his concerns in very emphatic terms, stating: “THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GET A FAIR TRIAL WITH THE JUDGE ‘ASSIGNED’ TO THE RIDICULOUS FREEDOM OF SPEECH/FAIR ELECTIONS CASE,” on his Truth Social account. He further elaborated, “EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS, AND SO DOES SHE! WE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ASKING FOR RECUSAL OF THIS JUDGE ON VERY POWERFUL GROUNDS, AND LIKEWISE FOR VENUE CHANGE, OUT OF D.C.”

Trump further criticized having his trial in D.C., citing the city’s strong liberal leanings...yeah like only 5% voted for Trump in the last election.

Viktor Shokin on Joe Biden

Burisma Prosecutor Viktor Shokin Breaks His Silence

Viktor Shokin, the former top prosecutor for Ukraine who was fired under pressure from then-Vice President Joe Biden, has finally spoken out, posting a video on Thursday that rebuts allegations of corruption in his office and why he believed Biden sought to end his investigation into Burisma.

Sitting in front of the camera, Shokin calmly explained the need for his corruption investigation following the surprise lifting of a seizure he had made of $23 million belonging to Burisma following the company’s move to bring Hunter Biden and associate Devon Archer into the fold.

“Biden was acting in his own interests, not the interests of the American people,” he said. “That is the explanation, in my opinion.”

Biden Crime and Corruption

h1>Devon Archer delivers bombshell testimony on Joe and Hunter Biden

'The brand' got on speakerphone more than 20 times with son's clients

Hunter Biden's longtime friend and former business partner Devon Archer testified to congressional lawmakers Monday that "Burisma Holdings pressured Hunter in December 2015 to deal with a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating the firm for corruption shortly before the then-vice president took steps to force the prosecutor's firing," a source "directly familiar" with Archer's transcribed interview told Just the News.

Archer told the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that "Hunter Biden was added to Burisma's board in 2014 because his family's 'brand' brought value at a time when the firm was facing corruption allegations from the United States, Great Britain and Ukraine's own prosecutor general office.
