A convicted ISIS supporter opened fire on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, on Thursday morning, killing one person and injuring two others before being killed himself.

Within hours, the local prosecutor used the attack to lecture the country about gun control, directing blame not at the terrorist but at lawmakers who support the Second Amendment.

The shooter was previously sentenced in 2017 for attempting to provide material support to ISIS. He appears to have been released by the Federal Bureau of Prisons in late 2024, during the Biden administration.

Commonwealth's Attorney Ramin Fatehi who is a Democrat of Iranian heritage, walked up to the podium at a post-shooting press conference unprovoked and delivered a prepared indictment of American gun culture. He did this while a confirmed act of Islamic terrorism was still being processed by federal investigators.

The backlash was immediate and savage.

A federal grand jury indicted two alleged Antifa members with terrorism-related charges for a July 4 attack on an ICE facility in Texas.

The indictment, issued Wednesday and unsealed Thursday, charges Cameron Arnold and Zachary Evetts with providing material support for terrorism, attempting to murder federal and assisting officers and discharging firearms during attempted murders.

"For the first time ever, the FBI has arrested anarchist violent extremists and charged these Antifa-aligned individuals with material support to terrorism," FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement.

"This was a planned and coordinated terrorist attack on the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, where armed extremists tried to murder U.S. officers on July 4th," he continued.

"We are executing under President Trump's new authorities at record speed. To date, the FBI has made over 20 arrests tied to this case and related Antifa networks. No one gets to harm law enforcement. Not on our watch," Patel added.

On Thursday morning around 9:30 a.m., Hamdan allegedly attempted to run Miller off the road, while displaying a Palestinian flag and using anti-Jewish slurs, culminating in his arrest following an investigation by Rocky River police.

This troubling encounter unfolded as Miller, one of just four Jewish House Republicans representing an area south of Cleveland, was driving along the busy interstate. According to the congressman, the suspect lay on his horn and swerved aggressively when he couldn’t get Miller’s attention to flaunt the flag.

This comes as retaliation for the January 2020 death of Qasem Soleimani, a top Iranian military leader, in a U.S. drone strike near Baghdad Airport, Iraq.

“President Trump is at the top of their list of their targets,” Bolton stated in the interview. He also mentioned that he is on Iran’s hit list, but emphasized that Trump is the primary target.

Bolton claimed that Iran recruits criminal elements to execute its assassination plans, particularly “Eastern European criminal gangs and others.” This matches intelligence reports indicating Iran’s increasing reliance on criminal networks in Europe to attack perceived adversaries.

Multiple sources tell Fox News that DEI hire, FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Alethea Duncan, has been temporarily reassigned following her initial press conference in which she stated: "This is not a terrorist event," speaking about the New Orleans terror attack.

Special FBI agent Alethea Duncan showed up to the press conference with a nose ring on and insisted the Islamic terror attack was NOT a terrorist event.

"This is not a terrorist event. What it is right now is there were improvised explosive devices that was found and we are working on confirming if this is a viable device or not," Alethea Duncan said.

After the original presser, the FBI put out a statement using the word "terrorism." Attorney General Merrick Garland and President Biden also used the word "terrorism" in their statements.

Shamsud Din Jabbar, the killer driver who mowed down New Orleans revelers in a deadly New Year’s Day terror attack has been pictured for the first time in a photo obtained exclusively by The Post.

The 42-year-old, who was identified by law enforcement sources, was shot and killed in a firefight with cops just moments after he plowed into crowds on the famed Bourbon Street just after 3 a.m. — leaving 10 dead and 35 injured.

Jabbar had what appeared to be an Islamic caliphate flag — similar to an ISIS flag — hitched to the back of the truck at the time of the attack, sources told The Post. Also it has been reported that there are 4 to 5 others involved.

Jabbar was killed in a firefight with police following the attack around 3:15 a.m. in an area teeming with New Year’s revelers, the FBI said.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – America First Legal (AFL) announced the filing of a First Amended Complaint against President Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken for violating the Taylor Force Act. Taylor Force, a West Point graduate and veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, was murdered by a Palestinian terrorist.

The original complaint was filed on December 20, 2022. The Court denied the Defendants’ motion to dismiss the Plaintiffs’ case on February 2, 2024. The amended complaint alleges that the Biden Administration illegally reversed the Trump Administration’s ban on Palestinian funding, spending approximately $500 million U.S. tax dollars for “Economic Support Funds” in Gaza and in Judea and Samaria (the “West Bank”), and another $1 billion for the United Nations Relief Works Agency (UNRWA) to directly benefit the Palestinian Authority (PA). It further alleges that the Biden Administration knowingly subsidized the PA’s “pay-to-slay” bounty system, the expansion of Hamas’s military capabilities in Gaza, and UNRWA’s material support for Palestinian terrorism.

They have evidence that the Biden Administration Knowingly Subsidizes Palestinian Terrorism.

In 2018, the Trump Administration terminated Economic Support Funds for the benefit of the PA and stopped making payments to UNRWA because it supports terrorism. Accordingly, it complied with the Taylor Force Act. The amended complaint alleges that the Biden Administration illegally reversed course to knowingly subsidize Palestinian terrorism.

Federal lawmakers are blasting President Joe Biden's decision to release $6 billion to the terrorist state of Iran, arguing the secret backroom deal will bankroll further terrorism and encourage the Islamic state to kidnap Americans.

Under the deal, the United States will release $6 billion in frozen assets, in exchange for the release of five Americans held prisoner in Iran. Federal law prohibits paying terrorists directly to secure American prisoners.

In a letter to Secretaries Blinken and Yellen, the Senators wrote, “When the Obama Administration released $400 million in liquidated assets to Iran in 2016, we warned that this dangerous precedent would put a price on American lives.”

“Seven years later, the current Democrat Administration is providing a ransom payment worth at least fifteen times that amount to the world's largest state sponsor of terror, in yet another violation of the United States' long-standing ‘no concessions' policy,” the senators write.

The New York Times has obtained an unclassified version of the Biden White House’s drone strike and commando raid policy away from conventional battlefields.

This policy prescribes how US forces may use drones and deploy US commandos to kill or capture high-value targets (HVT). In most cases, a strike requires the personal okay of Joe Biden, and there must be a “near certainty” that no civilians will be injured. These rules overturn a more permissive set of rules promulgated by President Trump. How Does This Change Things?

According to “a senior administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive security matters,” the new policy only recognizes Iraq and Syria as conventional battlefields. In the past, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan were considered areas of conflict. Biden changed Trump's policy.

What it means, in fact, is that we will never authorize a strike or raid against a target not in Iraq or Syria because by the time Biden can be given enough methamphetamine to keep him lucid and briefed on the mission, the target will have disappeared.
