Announces MASSIVE Pro-Trump Party on Monday Instead

Amsterdam, New York city leaders are unsettled after local CEO Anthony Constantino posted a massive ‘Vote for Trump’ sign on top of his property, and the tallest building in Amsterdam.

This week, Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino unveiled a massive, $150,000 ‘Vote for Trump’ sign on top of the tallest building in Amsterdam, NY.

The sign is meant to symbolize American manufacturing coming back to America, with the location being a fitting due to the factory building it is a-fixed on top of being vacant for over 40 years following the closing of Fownes Brothers and Co., a glove manufacturer that shut down U.S. operations in 1984 and moved to China, decimating Amsterdam.

Now they are threatening to throw him in jail unless he removes the sign, which is located on his own property! Instead, he is going to have a huge party!

HB 59 – Growth Management

All counties and municipalities in Florida must adopt local government comprehensive plans that guide future growth and development.
 
Comprehensive plans contain chapters or “elements” that address topics to be considered when enacting changes to the plan. Absent from the list of mandated elements is an element that would require that private property rights be considered.
 
HB 59 would require all counties and municipalities to adopt a property rights element in their comprehensive plans. As strong defenders of private property rights, the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida supports HB 59.
 
This bill will be heard in the House State Affairs Committee on Wednesday, March 10th at 3:15 PM.

We keep reading about overreach of state and local governments seizing property in order to beef up their budgets. Now, greedy state attorneys will be kept in check. SCOTUS ruled on excessive property rights seizures from individuals charged or convicted of a crime.

The court unanimously ruled that the Eighth Amendment protection against excessive fines in cases of individuals charged or convicted of a crime applies not only to the federal government but also to the states’ seizure of property and other assets.

Homeowner has no rights

Do you want to know how F'd up our legal system is? Here's a guy who allowed a guest to live in his house during the hurricane.  Now she won't leave and he can't get her out. PBSO told the homeowner he would have to go to court in order to remove her.  Unreal. She has now been uninvited and told to leave but that doesn't count for squat...he can't kick her out. It's sort of like all the uninvited illegals crossing our border and we can't get them out!

This Thanksgiving, I give thanks for something our forebears gave us: property rights.

People associate property rights with greed and selfishness, but they are keys to our prosperity. Things go wrong when resources are held in common.

Before the Pilgrims were able to hold the first Thanksgiving, they nearly starved. Although they had inherited ideas about individualism and property from the English and Dutch trading empires, they tried communism when they arrived in the New World. They decreed that each family would get an equal share of food, no matter how much work they did. The results were disastrous. Gov. William Bradford wrote, "Much was stolen both by night and day." The same plan in Jamestown contributed to starvation, cannibalism and death of half the population.
