Racial Equity Training Programs Dead at Walmart

Walmart Ditches DEI: A Win for Common Sense and Merit

It seems common sense is making a comeback in America. Walmart, the country’s largest private employer, is rolling back its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, signaling a shift away from the left’s misguided obsession with identity politics.

This change isn’t just a victory for conservatives; it’s a win for every American who values fairness, merit, and unity over division.

For years, corporate America has been swept up in the far-left narrative that opportunities should be handed out based on race, gender, or other superficial characteristics.

But here’s the truth: true equality cannot be achieved by creating new inequalities. Walmart’s decision to pull back on these misguided programs marks a step toward rewarding individuals for their abilities, character, and merit—not their demographics.

Critical Race Theory courses for employees at Walmart

The WAR against WHITE people is totally out of control

After reading this and if you are against racism, ANY racism I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!

Walmart is teaching white employees who receive low hourly wages for boring work under one of the largest and richest corporations in the world that they are, in fact, privileged.

The company is holding training sessions for white employees which are meant to convince them that they suffer from internalized white supremacy and racism. This program has been expanding since 2018, when Walmart launched it with the Racial Equity Institute.

Walmart started this in 2018. Ultimately we can blame Obama for this anti-White garbage and Biden and the Communist democrats are doing a hell of a job pushing the ANTI-WHITE AGENDA. They believe that the United States is a White Supremacy nation.

I say screw them all.

Read about the craziness

One interesting thing in their favor, however, it’s also one of the nation’s most aggressive anti-union companies, with a long history of trying to squelch unionization efforts.

Walmart Security Guard shot by a Shoplifter, fired

A Walmart security guard who was shot by a shoplifter had just finished recovering from his injuries when the company decided to fire him. Apparently, taking away his livelihood wasn’t enough for the corporation. Soon after firing the security guard, Walmart decided to deny his unemployment benefits.

Brad Scurry had simply been trying to talk to the shoplifter, who chose to respond with a gun, shooting Scurry and sending him to the hospital. The bullet entered through his arm, going into his chest, and sending fragments into multiple organs. Scurry was rushed into emergency surgery, and spent almost a year in recovery before returning to work at Walmart in East Point, Georgia.

The Laptop from Hell--"Pulling the Trigger on Trump"

New Audio Found On Hunter Biden’s Laptop Reveals Conspiracy to Get Rid of Trump

"While the mainstream media stays laser focused on fear mongering and keeping everyone afraid of this virus, especially since there is a new variant going around now, some of the real stories are getting ignored entirely.

That’s always what happens though, isn’t it? Something happens in which the media devotes all of their resources into one thing to distract everyone away from something else. Something more important.

As it has been over the last year and a half or so, you’re being distracted away from Hunter Biden and the Laptop from Hell.

The audio transcript shows a discussion of ‘pulling the trigger’ to influence the 2020 election, to stop President Trump and the Trump movement, in addition to influencing the Democratic primary.

(2:20) RHB (Robert Hunter Biden): “Overall objective here is to stop, not only Donald Trump, but to stem the tide of what Donald Trump represents.”

Walmart has CRT Indoctrination

Walmart Training: White People Have “Internalized Racial Superiority.”

Christopher Rufo, the famous investigative journalist and opponent of critical race theory, claims in a recent City Journal piece that “Walmart Inc. has launched a critical race theory training program that denounces the United States as a ‘white supremacy system’ and teaches white, hourly wage employees that they are guilty of ‘white supremacy thinking’ and ‘internalized racial superiority.‘”

For example, Rufo reports that the program, which Walmart began in 2018 in a partnership with the Racial Equity Institute, focuses on such CRT-premised topics as “intersectionality,” “internalized racial oppression,” “internalized racial inferiority,” and “white anti-racist development.”

Walmart Just Sided With RADICAL LEFTISTS! BOYCOTT TIME!

Perhaps Hannity will now change his mind about Walmart!

On Wednesday, Republican Senator Josh Hawley got into what DailyBoulder calls “a war of words with Wal-Mart” because the retail megalith called him a “sore loser,” for announcing his intention to challenge Joe Biden’s electoral piracy and stand up for the Constitutional rule of law.

Read about Walmart's crystal clear bias The company has now taken down the tweet and says it was one or their employees on social media.

Couple wears Swastika Mask in Walmart

Couple wearing swastika masks at Walmart confronted by other shoppers

You see about everything in Walmart. Every time I think about shopping there, I say "nawww." “If you vote for Biden, you’re going to be living in Nazi Germany,” the woman said. There are a lot of things I don't personally like and this mask is one of them but...

It's perfectly all right for Liberals, however, to cause destruction, mayhem and murder in our cities. Now liberals are going after what's written on your mask. How about Trump 2020 mask. Will that be next?

Letters to the Editor - Politics of Envy

Comment Up

As this letter to the editor states the case so succinctly, it is worth re-printing.

Politics of envy benefits no one

On Thursday, The Post ran a letter “‘Right-to-work’ is right to be ripped off.”

The writer preaches a politics of envy when she speaks about how much the Walton family earns. She fails to mention that Walmart provides employment for 1.4 million Americans. The income of the Walton family is hardly relevant to right-to-work laws, but the writer uses this opportunity to preach wealth redistribution.
This Marxist approach is intended to deny to the successful the consequences of their efforts and their choices, while shielding the unsuccessful from the consequences of their actions. In real life, this denial of human freedom works nowhere.

The writer quotes a statistic claiming workers in right-to-work states earn less; however, a quick search online reveals that right-to-work states create more jobs, enjoy lower poverty rates, experience more technology development, realize more personal-income growth — and have increased the number of people covered by employment-based private health insurance.

Unions still trying to take down the giant and change public opinion

A lot of area Democrats at this demonstration yesterday in front of Wal-Mart in Boynton Beach. Is Wal-Mart really the ogre that they say it is?

Walmart says that it got its start in Arkansas in 1962. Since then, the company has expanded across borders and overseas but the U.S. remains the heart of their business. Today, Walmart employs more than 1.4 million U.S. associates at more than 4,700 stores and clubs nationwide. Every year, they promote about 160,000 people globally to jobs with more responsibility and higher pay. In the U.S., the average, full-time hourly wage is $12.83.

The demonstration was backed by the unions who has fed the line of inferior pay, bad working conditions and corporate greed down the throats of all these protesters who don't want to see workers taken advantage of by some retail giant. Corporations are not supposed to make money in America, or at least not this much, according to them.

If Wal-Mart employs over 2 million workers world-wide and conditions are so bad, why do they stay? This demonstration is nothing more than heavy handed unions that have used their influential brow-beating message  convincing the liberals that one of the most successful corporations in America is the devil. It is all about Wal-Mart's anti-union policies.

A Thief by any other name...

Comment Up

We keep hearing sob story after sob story as to why 47 million people need hand-outs. Many do, no question about it and the government bends over backwards for those who are needy. But now it's some Walmart worker who stole lottery tickets that she says was to pay off  her student loan. We believe that one just like we believe her reason why she committed theft and sympathize that she was given a loan for higher education, got it, and then decided to default to let the taxpayers pick up her tab. Current rates on student loans for undergraduates are at 3.86%.

BankRate says--The federal government currently offers four basic types of repayment plans.
Current repayment plans:
  • The standard plan lets students pay the same fixed amount each month ($50 per month minimum).
  • An extended plan stretches payments across 12 years to 25 years (available only for borrowers with loans totaling more than $30,000).
  • A graduated plan requires lower payments in the first few years, and then the payments are increased every two years until the loan term is up.
  • An income-contingent plan assigns payment amounts based on a percentage of the graduate's annual income (anywhere from 4 percent to 25 percent).
Currently, the poverty level for a single person is about $11,000 according to BankRate. So at 150 percent, the income floor is about $16,000. "That would mean that payments would be 15 percent of any income over $16,000." So, if this Walmart worker earns $16,000 or less per year, she will have no payments until she starts earning more.

Isn't education supposed to make you smarter?

Lake Worth Alumni Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

Comment Up

An estimated 275 to 300 people showed up for the Lake Worth Alumni Spaghetti dinner fundraiser. Roberta Stephens, class of 1956 and on the board of the Alumni Association, won the 50/50. I apologize for not capturing everyone in a photo who was there.

Money goes towards Alumni Association expenses some of which include producing two newsletters a year that literally are mailed all over the world, Dollars for Scholars expenses, insurance, etc. Three members of the association gathered gifts from the businesses for the Silent auction, prizes and towards the food itself.

WalMart gave a total of goods and money equaling around $175, Home Depot donated the barbecue grill in the silent auction worth $100, Costco's, Sam's,  B.J's and Publix were among the contributors with Kevin Addison even bringing fresh baked bread from Publix.

Those merchants at our Lake Worth Beach who contributed towards its success were Benny's, Mulligans and Barry Freedman at Lake Worth T-Shop. Dave's Last Resort downtown also donated a fabulous prize.

Much thanks to Doris Dorsey and Virginia Thomas for all their work as well as all the volunteers who tirelessly gave of their time and energy (mostly senior citizens I might add) to put on another wonderful fundraiser that allows the Association to continue the important Dollars for Scholars program.
