Migrants flown to Martha’s Vineyard may get visas after being declared victims of crime

Sheriff’s certification of ‘unlawful criminal restraint’ would open the path for U-visa, which usually leads to a green card. It makes you wonder who is coaching this guy.

Texas sheriff, Javier Salazar who is a Democrat, is a lawless sheriff with his eye on DeSantis. He has certified that 48 migrants who were involuntarily flown to Martha’s Vineyard were victims of a crime, a procedure that would immediately qualify them for a US visa or green card. It was voluntary, Javier!

Javier, they all signed official forms agreeing to be flown to Martha's Vineyard. The form reads: “I agree to hold the benefactor or its designed representatives harmless of all liability arising out of or in any way relating to any injuries and damages that may occur during the agreed transport to locations outside of Texas until the final destination in Massachusetts.”

The certification, which is obviously political by the Bexar county sheriff, Javier Salazar, would open the path for a U-visa, which usually leads to a green card, for the victims. Javier Salazar is Hispanic and a Democrat.

Anything by Democrats to make our great governor look like some sort of a skunk, is in their playbook. And this sheriff has grandstanded before--see video:

If you can’t beat him, arrest him seems to be the new Democrat party theme.

Liberals lost their minds when two planes carrying illegal immigrants landed in the Democrat haven of Martha’s Vineyard.

Almost immediately, Democrats demanded that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who sent the planes, be arrested.

Liberals freaked out after a plane carrying 50 illegal immigrants landed on an island that overwhelmingly voted for Joe Biden, they asked for these types of policies. In just 48 hours, the libs called in the National Guard to dispose of their inconvenience instead of taking a knee and giving up their mansions to house them. Instead of showing Republicans how it’s done, liberals quickly shipped the migrants out of their community and onto a military base (please read with heavy sarcasm).

All illegals signed a Consent Form...they knew exactly where they were going...even had a map showing them where social services were located.

"To date, nearly five million border crossers and illegal aliens have arrived at the United States-Mexico border under President Joe Biden. Nearly all hope to be released into American communities as part of the administration’s expanded Catch and Release network." Biden has been shipping these illegals in the middle of the night all across our country with zero notice to the state or city involved.

Dylan Fernandes, a state representative who represents Martha's Vineyard, wrote on Twitter: "These immigrants were not met with chaos, they were met with compassion. We are a community & nation that is stronger because of immigrants. The community coming together with water, food, interpretation help, & resources to support these families represent the best of America.

Christina Pushaw, DeSantis' rapid response director said, 'They vote for sanctuary cities — they get a sanctuary city of their own. And illegal aliens will increase the town's diversity, which is strength. Right? Author Mark Russell commented, "I'd take a hundred migrants any day of the week over a hundred DeSantis voters," to which Pushaw responded, "Duly noted, sir. I hope you have a large mansion or else it might get a bit crowded."

Martha Vineyard’s ‘Generosity’ Expires After 48 Hours-Bus Out DeSantis’ Migrants

Florida Jolt: "This week, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis flew 48 migrants to Martha’s Vineyard, a small island community where former President Barack Obama owns a home.

The purpose was to draw attention to the millions of illegal immigrants crossing the border this year, which could be over 2 million by the year’s end.

Martha’s Vineyard, a community known for its liberal politics, declared an emergency just hours after the immigrants arrived, and the Massachusetts Governor activated 125 National Guardsmen to deal with 48 migrants." Of course, he was highly condemned by the liberal Fake News Media as well as DCemocrats.

Biden has been flying illegals all over the country in the middle of the night and he has received zero blowback.

Immigration lawyers said they would seek an injunction in federal court early next week to stop the flights of migrants to cities around the country, alleging that DeSantis had violated due process and the civil rights of the migrants flown from Texas to the small island off the coast of Massachusetts. Governor DeSantis will continue to transport illegals out of our state.
