Marxist Leftists, the big threat to our country

Marxist Leftists: The Real "Threat to Our Democracy"

"America is a Constitutional Republic; however, the Marxist leftists are doing everything they can to undermine and fundamentally transform our beloved Republic.

Allowing individuals who have violated Title 18 USC 1325 and have entered our country without authorization to have access to our electoral system, the bedrock of our representative democracy, is a threat.

As well, to count these same illegal immigrants as part of our census that determines our representative democracy is unconscionable and dangerous. There is only one reason for this: power.

Another example of how the Marxist leftists are threats to our democratic processes is found with the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC). This is a conglomeration of leftist states, and the District of Columbia, who have stated that regardless of who wins their States’ popular vote, they will only support, with electors, the presidential candidate who wins the national popular vote.

The NPVIC was introduced in 2006, and as of now, there are 17 states, along with the District of Columbia, that are signatories. The 17 States are Maryland, New Jersey, Illinois, Hawaii, Washington, Massachusetts, Vermont, California, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, New Mexico, Oregon, Minnesota, and Maine."

Virginia's bill Circumventing our Constitution

Bill introduced in Virgina would award state’s electoral votes to winner of national popular vote

Virginia with a population of 8.5 million, was one of the first original colonies and was the 10th to become a state on June 25, 1788. Back then, they believed in our Constitution. Now anymore. They are even attacking our 2nd Amendment which protects our 1st  Amendment. Democrats are determined to circumvent our Constitution on the electoral college and want other states to follow suit.

"SB 399, also known as the “National Popular Vote Compact,” would enter the Commonwealth into an interstate agreement that would change the way the electoral votes are awarded to a candidate during a presidential election."

The National Popular Vote gaining popularity in Democrat controlled states

Well, what's it going to take to beat Donald Trump in 2020?  Circumvent the Constitution of the United States.

The National Popular vote is gaining momentum by the Democrats that have a problem with everything in our country under Trump.  Founding Fathers...forget about them. Now that the Democrats realize none of their candidates can beat Donald Trump such as Beethoven Beto the Bozo, they want to go with a popular vote. To this day, they have not accepted the results of the 2016 election and have done everything possible to derail Trump's presidency. If you can't win with the Constitution, just change the state law and go around the Constitution, they say. It's an immoral group, I say.

[NationalPopularVote] "States such as  California (55), New York (29), Illinois (20), Pennsylvania (20), Michigan (16) could win the election just on the popular vote alone because of the population."

40 million people live in the Sanctuary state of California and in the 2016 general election it was won by Democrat Hillary Clinton with a 61.7% majority of the popular vote and this vote was what caused her to win the national popular vote overall. In New York state, populated and controlled by Democrats, 59% of the voters went for Hillary. Colorado just passed a Popular vote into law. Essentially, just a few states could control who wins the Presidency.

"The National Popular Vote bill would take effect when enacted into law by states possessing 270 electoral votes (a majority of the 538 electoral votes).  It has been enacted into law in 13 jurisdictions possessing 181 electoral votes (CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA).  The bill will take effect when enacted by states possessing an additional 89 electoral votes. Colorado, a Democrat controlled state, just passed this legislation.

The National Popular Vote bill has now passed a total of 36 state legislative chambers in 23 states. In 2019 the bill has passed both legislative chambers in New Mexico and Delaware, and in prior years it has also passed one legislative chamber in 8 states possessing 72 electoral votes (AR, AZ, ME, MI, NC, NV, OK, OR). It has been unanimously approved at the committee level in 2 states possessing 27 electoral votes (GA, MO). The National Popular Vote bill has been introduced in various years in all 50 states."

Why we need the Electoral College

Take California out of the Equation, Trump wins popular vote

If you take California out of the popular vote equation, then Trump wins the rest of the country by 1.4 million votes. And if California voted like every other Democratic state — where Clinton averaged 53.5% wins — Clinton and Trump end up in a virtual popular vote tie. (This was not the case in 2012. Obama beat Romney by 2 million votes that year, not counting California).

Popular vote total outside California:
Trump: 58,474,401
Clinton: 57,064,530

California is home to more than 10 million immigrants—one in four of the foreign-born population nationwide. California has one-third of the nation’s welfare recipients.

These facts should shut the Snowflakes up once and for all

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.
Trump won 3,084 of them.
Clinton won 57.

There are 62 counties in New York State.
Trump won 46 of them.
Clinton won 16.

Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.

In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)

Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles.
The United States is comprised of 3, 797,000 square miles.

When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc) don’t and shouldn’t speak for the rest of our country.

Electoral college - Should it be abolished?

Now we have Democrats complaining that Hillary really won the election because she won the popular vote.
After reading the article at Sunshine State News as well as the fact that the Founding Fathers wrote it into our constitution, I have to agree that the Electoral College is the way to go.

Sunshine State News: TV networks are reporting Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton has won the popular vote, while President-elect Donald Trump won the electoral college, thus claiming the White House.

At 8 a.m. EST Wednesday, the Associated Press showed Clinton with 59.16 million votes nationally, compared to Trump's 59 million votes with tallies still coming in.

Should the Electoral College be abolished and the president of the United States be elected by simple popular vote?
those who have voted so far say:
Yes--20%
No--80%
