One spy down, an apparatus to go - Gets two years

America’s most dangerous enemies don’t always arrive on battlefields or launch missiles from across the ocean. Some carry press badges.

Some file news stories for state-run outlets. Others walk freely through the halls of power with an American passport in hand, and nobody thinks twice.

The Chinese Communist Party figured this out decades ago, building an espionage network that thrives not in the shadows of military installations but in newsrooms, think tanks, and the lobbies of D.C. hotels.

The question has never been whether Beijing is running intelligence operations on American soil. It’s how many we haven’t caught yet. A federal courtroom in Virginia just gave us a fresh – and frankly disturbing – reminder of how close to home Beijing’s reach extends.

From the Daily Wire:
An American journalist will spend two years in prison for his role in a scheme orchestrated by a Chinese intelligence officer to steal classified information from the United States government.

Thomas Pauken II was convicted in June 2026 after he admitted to working as an unregistered agent for China from 2019 to 2026. Pauken, who wrote for Chinese state media outlet Xinhua News, worked closely with a person tied to China’s Ministry of State Security.
Pauken faced up to ten years. Prosecutors pushed for three. Judge Leonie Brinkema settled on two, plus three years of supervised release. His defense attorney, Charles Burnham, argued Pauken “wasn’t motivated by money” and simply wanted to improve U.S.-China relations.

A noble amateur diplomat, apparently – one who just happened to pocket six figures and buy two apartments totaling $400,000 in 2023.

Fang Fang

Declassified FBI records show suspected Chinese spy used nonprofit to infiltrate U.S. political offices

Newly declassified FBI files reveal that a suspected Chinese intelligence operative used an Asian American civic nonprofit to build relationships with U.S. politicians, place interns in congressional offices, and funnel illegal campaign donations, and one California Democrat admitted to a sexual relationship with her.

Fang "Christine" Fang arrived in the United States around 2011 on a student visa, after attending Beijing's University of International Relations, a school Chinese media reports have linked to China's Ministry of State Security.

Within a few years, she had embedded herself in the Asian Pacific American Public Affairs organization, known as APAPA, a nonprofit that says its mission is to advance Asian and Pacific Islander communities "through increased leadership and civic engagement." The FBI came to suspect Fang was using that mission as cover for something far less civic-minded.

The bureau opened a predicated investigation codenamed "Freshman Fifteen" on March 17, 2014, targeting both Fang and then-Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., for potential campaign finance violations and quid pro quo exchanges involving internships, Just The News reported.

The declassified memos were released by the White House Government Transparency Task Force as part of a broader effort to expose foreign threats to U.S. political systems.

Swalwell and Fang Fang - FBI memos lay out a scheme trading internships for donations

Declassified FBI files reveal suspected Chinese spy solicited illegal donations for Swalwell's campaign

Newly declassified FBI documents show a suspected Chinese intelligence operative solicited illegal campaign contributions for then-Rep. Eric Swalwell, and the case was dropped for "national security reasons" without a single charge filed.

The White House released the files Monday, pulling back the curtain on a three-year FBI undercover operation codenamed "Freshman Fifteen" that targeted the California Democrat and a woman named Fang Fang, also known as Christine Fang. The documents detail a web of straw donations from foreign nationals, cash smuggling, destroyed records, and false statements, all tied to a woman whose parents the FBI identified as "known intelligence officers" in China's Ministry of State Security.

Swalwell, 45, resigned from Congress in April and did not respond to requests for comment on the disclosures. His attorney dismissed the release as a political hit job. But the FBI's own memos, dated June 2014 and May 2017, paint a picture of a sitting congressman whose office was penetrated by a foreign operative, and a federal government that chose to look the other way rather than prosecute. The New York Post reported on the declassified files in detail.

The probe began with a tip: internships in Swalwell's congressional office were being traded for campaign contributions. An FBI memo dated June 10, 2014, described the arrangement plainly.

Eric Swalwell and Fang Fang

Patel Seeks Release of Swalwell Documents

Well, he is running for Governor of California

What Patel Wants Released

FBI Director Kash Patel has reportedly ordered agents to prepare decade old investigative files about Rep. Eric Swalwell and a suspected Chinese intelligence operative known as Fang Fang for public release. The files come from an inquiry that did not produce criminal charges.

Still, Patel is pushing fast redactions and a near immediate disclosure of those records to the public. That kind of move is unusual from the FBI but tells you how serious the director is about transparency in this matter.

What the Files Allegedly Contain

Reports say the intelligence community compiled a classified dossier describing how Fang Fang operated as a donor and bundler for Democrats and how she allegedly had an intimate relationship with Swalwell. Some media outlets have claimed the files include explicit details about the relationship.

Officials who have seen portions of the material have described it as politically explosive, even if it did not lead to charges at the time.

Why Release Matters Now

Releasing the files would let the public see what the FBI and intelligence community knew and when they knew it. Conservatives argue this is about accountability and about ensuring lawmakers with possible foreign entanglements did not retain access to sensitive national security information.

Critics worry releasing raw investigative material could unfairly smear people before full vetting. Both points deserve attention, but transparency tends to build trust while secrecy breeds suspicion.

The investigation in question occurred between 2011 and 2015, during which time the FBI was led by Robert Mueller (until September 2013) and then James Comey.

Foreign Service Officer fired for romance with Joy Xho, a possible CCP spy

U.S. Foreign Service Officer fired

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, with President Trump’s full backing, just FIRED a U.S. Foreign Service Officer caught red-handed concealing a secret romance with the daughter of a top Chinese Communist Party official.

This isn’t just any dismissal—it’s the first in American history, enforced under Executive Order 14211 and the President’s ironclad Article II authority.

You see, it all started with James O'Keefe's OMG.

Their undercover team at OMG cornered Daniel Choi on hidden camera, where he spilled the beans: "I deprived my government for love." He admitted hiding his relationship with Joy Xho, daughter of a senior CCP leader, possibly a provincial or federal Minister of Education.

Choi even confessed he never filed the required security disclosure and shrugged off the risk: "She could have been a spy, even. I don't really know."

Chinese Spy Scandal case in the U.K.

MPs May Reveal Chinese Spy Linked To UK Royals In Parliament

In a significant development that could strain UK-China relations, a Chinese spy allegedly linked to Prince Andrew might soon be identified in the House of Commons.

According to the US Sun, This potential exposure follows intense debates over the necessity and implications of lifting the anonymity order protecting the spy.

The controversy centers on whether to publicize the identity of a Chinese individual accused of espionage activities involving several prominent British figures, including members of the Royal Family.

The spy has been photographed with key political figures such as former Prime Ministers Theresa May and David Cameron, which has raised questions about the depth of their infiltration.

Former CIA agent turns out to be a spy for China

Disgraced Former CIA Officer-Turned-Spy Agrees to Crushing Plea Deal Making Him Beholden to US Gov't for Life

In a fitting end to an unsettling saga, a former CIA officer who gladly betrayed the United States for a pittance will likely spend the rest of his life suffering the consequences.

Alexander Yuk Ching Ma, 71, originally pleaded guilty in May to conspiring to gather and deliver national defense information to the People’s Republic of China, a major American adversary.

Ma and his traitorous relative handed over a “large volume” of classified defense information to the Chinese officers over the course of three days. The foreign agents gave the pair $50,000 and secured their future loyalty.

Ma was placed in an off-site location, where his activity was closely monitored by agents. They soon made a disturbing discovery that proved Ma was not only willing to throw national security secrets to an adversary, he was willing to sell out the individual men and women who accepted and trusted him.

The FBI caught a spy for China

Ma accepted $2,000 cash from the undercover agent and expressed his desire to continue working for China, saying he wanted “the motherland” to win.

What sort of background check do they do on these people? Didn't our government used to execute spies?

Chinese Spy arrested on a California Military base

Illegal Chinese Migrant Arrested After Breaching Marine Base

President Joe Biden is likely SWEATING over the latest arrest made. Personally, I doubt he "sweats" about anything other than losing in 2024.

A Chinese spy has been placed under arrest after getting caught on a California military base. The spy was here ILLEGALLY.

During the past few years, there have been over ONE HUNDRED counts of military bases in the United States finding a spy from China.

This is testament to just how serious the issues of illegal immigrants truly is.

Often, illegal immigrants have come to the states for sinister purposes.

Those sinister purposes include jeopardizing our Nation’s security.

Hunter had a Mole in the FBI

FBI Mole Alerted Hunter Biden of Investigations

"Hunter Biden is at the center of yet another political scandal involving Chinese energy company CEFC. According to emails on Hunter’s laptop, he was paid $1 million by CEFC to represent his associate Patrick Ho in a bribery and money laundering case. Prosecutors allege that Ho was attempting to use bribes to gain contracts for China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

In addition, bank statements released recently show that an additional $1,065,000 was funneled from a Chinese company affiliated with CEFC to Hunter, his brother Jim Biden, and Hallie Biden, Hunter’s former lover and the widow of his late brother Beau. The payments were made in increments over three months through Rob Walker, whose wife had once been personal assistant to then-second lady Jill Biden.

But it gets worse. Hunter is also tied to some sort of mole he had within the FBI who alerted him and his business associates of problems coming their way."

North Korean spy who dared to Google Kim Jong-un faces death by firing squad

A North Korean spy tasked with surveilling citizens within the oppressive state has been sentenced to death. Taking advantage of his powers of access, he dared to Google Kim Jong-un. Money Talks- Biden hires alleged spy

And now it's a Biden hire!?

Biden Appoints an Alleged Chinese Intel Front Group Member

Disturbing Revelation

Normally when you hire someone you do a background check. The government, particularly in this case, should have done an extensive check...obviously they didn't.

Biden appointed Dominic Ng, the CEO of East West Bank, to be America’s representative on the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperative’s (APEC) Board of Advisory Council in April of last year. According to the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF), Ng donated $100,000 to Biden’s Victory Fund and an additional $35,500 to the Democratic National Committee in 2020. During its investigation, the DCNF discovered that the CEO’s donations came before Biden appointed him to represent US business interests across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ng’s donations and current position on the APEC Board Advisory Council overlap with his existing membership in a group that experts on China claim are a front group for the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) intelligence agency, the China Overseas Friendship Association (COFA).

US Representative Lance Gooden (R-TX) spoke with the DCNF about Biden appointing Ng. The Texas Republican said the president disregarded the CEO’s “extensive ties” with Chinese intelligence groups and the CCP.

Spy charged with “three violations of the Espionage Act

US Spy ARRESTED for Spying on America

Christopher Wray wanted a public arrest for good FBI publicity

And we all know that the FBI needs good public perception these days.

An American spy working for the NSA has been charged with spying on US. On Thursday, prosecutors announced espionage charges against Jareh Sebastian Dalke. He’s accused of trying to sell classified information to an undercover FBI agent. NBC is careful not to say which country the double thought he was peddling our secrets to.

The cloak and dagger spy contact Jareh Dalke was trying to sell American secrets to turned out to be undercover FBI.

They’re trying real hard to polish their image by going after someone who isn’t Donald Trump or one of his radically deplorable MAGA supporters. Now was a perfect time to arrest him and get some positive press.

Russian Interference Campaign

DOJ Reveals A Secret Russian Interference Campaign That Propped Up Black Marxist Group

Turns out it has been the radical left taking instruction from the Kremlin

The only demonstrable evidence of Russian interference in U.S. politics was revealed quietly from the U.S. Department of Justice today, with the unsealing of an indictment charging a Russian national with “orchestrating a years-long foreign malign influence campaign that used various U.S. political groups to sow discord, spread pro-Russian propaganda, and interfere in elections within the United States.”

Now, why didn't the DOJ make a big deal out of this?

The New York Times piece on the issue buries the names of the organizations purportedly used by the Russian government in the plan, especially the “Uhuru Movement” of St. Petersburg, Florida, which is part of the African People’s Socialist Party.

“Ionov allegedly orchestrated a brazen influence campaign, turning U.S. political groups and U.S. citizens into instruments of the Russian government,” said Assistant Attorney General Matthew G. Olsen of the Justice Department’s National Security Division.

The Worst kind of Spy - A Whore of a different breed

Housekeeper at Gantz’s house tried to sell information to Iranian hackers

Not surprised...Donald Trump was surrounded by all sorts of spies and RINOS. It happens in all democracies by those who want to bring down capitalism and democracy, or in this case, all for the money.

I can't think of anything worse than selling out your country for money. Spies used to be hung.

A housekeeping employee at Defense Minister Benny Gantz’s private residence was arrested on espionage charges, Hebrew media reported Thursday.

According to his indictment, Omri Goren Korokovsky, 37, who was employed as a housekeeper at Gantz’s home, was planning to infect the minister’s computer with spyware and send sensitive information to Iranian entities.

The spy says it was "economic distress" that lead him to this dastardly deed.
