Antifa’s Role in Jan. 6 Capitol Incursion, FBI Director Denies Evidence

Despite FBI Director Christopher Wray’s testimony to Congress stating that there was no evidence of anarchist or antifa involvement in the Capitol events, the documentary shows several individuals identified as antifa supporters who were present on Jan. 6.

In light of the events of Jan. 6, it is important to question the presence of antifa members at the Capitol that day. The documentary “Capitol Punishment 2” sheds light on several individuals who were identified as antifa supporters and caught on camera participating in the events.

One such individual is John Sullivan, who was also seen in a video the day before the incursion claiming he wore “antifa outfits” to every protest and riot. Sullivan could also be heard off-camera during the Capitol events, encouraging and inciting violence.

He was sentenced to six years in federal prison for leading them into the Capitol, filming the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt and then selling his footage to news organizations while claiming to be a journalist.

As one observer said, "What is being denied to these people is right here in the first amendment: "...the right of the people...to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. That was why they were there in the first place."

Utah man who recorded fatal Jan. 6 Capitol shooting sentenced to 6 years

A Utah man who recorded himself inciting violence and breaking a window before filming the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt outside the House chamber during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack was sentenced Friday to six years in prison.

John Earle Sullivan, 29, was paid $90,875 for his videos before he was convicted at trial. A jury found him guilty in November of rioting and obstructing Congress’s certification of the 2020 election results, both felonies, and of five misdemeanor counts.

Prosecutors said Sullivan was a self-described activist with anarchist views who brought a tactical vest, a gas mask, a megaphone and a knife to the riot.

Former FBI-CIA Employee Says Approx 20 Undercover Agents in Jan 6 Crowd

An undercover video from Sound Investigations reveals former FBI employee and contracting CIA officer, Gavin O’Blennis claiming that there were at least 20 FBI agents in the J6 crowd. O’Blennis also revealed that the agency was behind the lawsuit brought by Sandy Hook families against Alex Jones. In the end, he said, the agency got what it wanted: to “take all his money.”

The new report from Sound Investigations is with O’Blennis was recorded on March 15, 22, and 28. O’Blennis told the undercover journalist that he had been an employee with the FBI and that he is a contracting officer for the CIA. His LinkedIn profile says he has been with DHS since December 2022.

Judge Ordered Jan. 6 Defendant’s Computer Monitored for ‘Disinformation’

Appeals Court Overturns

U.S. Court of Appeals mandate sends the case back to district court. Defense attorney says the ruling prevents the judge from acting as the ‘Ministry of Truth.’

A sentencing requirement that Jan. 6 defendant Daniel Goodwyn have his computer monitored by the government for “disinformation” has been vacated by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

The court on March 26 published a mandate sending the case back to U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton to remove the computer monitoring requirement he issued as part of the sentencing judgment in the case on June 15, 2023.

“Judge Walton had no legal basis to issue the special condition,” Carolyn Stewart, Mr. Goodwyn’s attorney, told The Epoch Times in an April 3 email.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the judge “plainly erred” in imposing the computer monitoring. Judges Gregory Katsas, Naomi Rao, and Bradley Garcia issued a per curiam order vacating the monitoring provision.

He was at the Capitol on Jan. 6 as a citizen journalist for StopHate.com. He entered the building through the Senate Wing Door at 3:32 p.m. and spent 36 seconds inside the Capitol, security video shows.

Recently, a shocking revelation regarding the House panel examining the Capitol incursion has been made; all of the videotapes of the deposition have gone missing.

Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., chairman of the House Administration oversight subcommittee, confirmed this news when he stated, “All of the videotapes of all depositions are gone.” He added, “We found out about this early in the investigation when I received a call from someone who was looking for some information off one of the videotapes, and we started searching, and we had none.”

The significance of this is that it is now impossible to determine if the transcripts that remain are accurate.
