Paulie Pelsoi gets six-month driving ban

Paul Pelosi drew a six-month driving ban after a no-contest plea for striking a parked car and leaving the scene in Napa County

Haven't heard about Paul in awhile.

Napa County Superior Court Judge Scott R.L. Young placed the 86-year-old husband of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on one year of probation and barred him from driving for six months after he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor hit-and-run and an unlawful-turn traffic infraction. The court also ordered a 10-day work program, court fines and fees, and a booking-only report to the Napa County Department of Corrections by Nov. 20.

Fox News reported that the collision happened July 3 in Yountville, in California wine country, when Pelosi struck an unoccupied parked Tesla and left without identifying the owner or leaving the information California law requires. Deputies later found him about a half-mile away. He was allegedly driving a burgundy Maserati convertible and allegedly told officers he had intended to return.

As part of the plea agreement, Pelosi paid $11,191.14 in restitution to the vehicle’s owner, according to the Napa County District Attorney’s office. Prosecutors described the six-month driving prohibition as the maximum period allowed under the California Vehicle Code provisions they cited.

FBI Agent Commits a Felony and gets Probation

FBI Agent Robert Cessario Who Destroyed Computer Evidence Against Trump-Supporting Lawmaker Gets One Year Probation

While GOP Lawmaker Rots in Prison for 18 Years

Our government recommended that former FBI Agent Robert Cessario get probation. He was sentenced on Thursday for committing a federal felony. Cessario was given an incredibly lenient one year of probation for destroying evidence in a political trial involving former pro-Trump Arkansas State Senator Jon Woods.

A federal felony and you get probation? He was facing up to 20 years in prison.

He has to spend the first six months of his probation confined to his house and pay a $25,000 fine. Nothing is mentioned about him being fired from the corrupt FBI.

There was evidence on his computer that would possibly have exonerated Senator Woods but the computer was wiped clean. I guess he took the Hillary approach without the bleach bit.

People close to Woods are saying that the Justice Department is just protecting its own in order to cover up the evidence that would prove former Arkansas State Senator Jon Woods is innocent.

There is just way too much corruption in our country. Hopefully, the new Congress will expose a lot of it and people will be held accountable.
