The above cart was dumped off at our dumpster. Bodegon was called and they retrieved it.

It's not only shopping carts that can cost up to $300 but now there is a rash of car theft in Lake Worth Beach targeting Kias causing a lot of expensive repairs of those they attempted to steal.

My car Friday morning...towed to repair shop. Thieves broke back passenger side window to get in and tore apart the ignition system. Damage at $2,018 so far.

Burglars dressed as firefighters are among the thieves arrested as Los Angeles' lawlessness spiraled amid the city's worst fires in history - as gusty winds are forecast to push the blaze towards Brentwood.

Looting is now running rampant as the flames continue to destroy homes across the City of Angels. Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna said the burglars claimed to be associated with a fire station, but a check with the department weeded them out.

At least 29 people have been arrested for looting in evacuation zones and at least two people were charged with arson and arrested on suspicion of trying to start other infernos in recent days. Meanwhile, energy company Edison International is being investigated over a possible link to one of the wildfires currently tearing through Los Angeles.

An international ring of thieves has returned to an upscale neighborhood in an outer suburb of Detroit to target high-end homes.

Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard says the thieves are 'clearly' back after a 'number of super, super similar' instances over the last several days.

'The home is empty - very large upscale homes - backed up to areas with little, or no observation from neighbors,' he said.

These criminals, like other South and Central American gangs executing similar crimes across the country, have come to the US via a Visa Waiver Program that was initiated under Obama in 2014. Daily Mail

Over 60 Generators Stolen from Trump’s Miami Resort

Thieves stole close to 70 generators from former President Donald Trump’s Miami golf resort, piling the units into the back of two different vehicles.

Released surveillance footage shows one of the burglar’s trucks driving through the unsecured property. Police are on the lookout for three or four suspects, and they’re considering the possibility that at least one of the perpetrators works at the resort.

The New York Post states that the generators had been on the property in preparation for a LIV golf tournament the resort was hosting in a couple of weeks. Security personnel were present, but the construction outfits might have allowed the thieves to blend in.

Police have multiple leads, and authorities suspect the group may be behind other robberies in southern Florida. Residents have reportedly fallen victim to the same tactic in similar crimes, one of which occurred only about two weeks before the Trump resort heist.
