You remember Lois Lerner...the gal who targeted the T-Party groups? Later she apologized saying that Tea Party groups and other groups had been targeted for audits of their applications for tax-exemption.

It’s no secret that the government is rife with corruption, but the recent revelation that Special Counsel Jack Smith was tied to the IRS scandal involving Lois Lerner has taken things to a whole new level.

With Merrick Garland putting him in charge of investigating Trump, it appears as if the deck is stacked against us.

The case that brought this all to light started when several Tea Party groups and conservative non-profits were targeted by the IRS Exempt Organizations Unit, headed up by Lerner.

Upon investigation from Republicans Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Darrell Issa (R-CA), they discovered that Smith had been neck-deep in this scandal for some time.

Lawsuit filed against Judge Bruce Reinhart

Tea Party Patriots Action filed a federal complaint against the judge who approved the FBI search of former President Donald Trump’s Florida home

The lawsuit seeks to have Reinhart, a U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida judge, removed from the case or even removed from his position.

“Judge [Bruce] Reinhart has a conflict of interest and a pattern and history of hostility to President Trump,” said the filing.

The lawsuit then listed several examples including purported Facebook posts that show Reinhart had criticized Trump while praising the late Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.). Reinhart also reportedly donated to former President Barack Obama and to former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush when he was running against Trump in 2015, the lawsuit said, citing publicly available reports.

We the People DEMAND you:

STOP THE ESTABLISHMENT!

I am very concerned about the direction my nation is going. I believe there is immense effort by those who are running the Washington Establishment to replace United States citizens with foreign nationals, to displace the United States citizenry, thereby giving our jobs and our votes to those not assimilating into America, and who know very little about our precious American heritage.

With this in mind, and as a proud member of We The People, here are my demands for the redress of my grievances as guaranteed by the first amendment to the Constitution.

• We The People demand legislation be crafted so that any vote by a citizen in a primary election be counted as a vote for a candidate, and the candidate with the most votes receives their party’s nomination.

• We The People will not be replaced by foreign nationals who are fast-tracked and then implanted into neighborhoods without notice or background checks.

• We The People demand Congress put a stop on foreign nationals relocating to United States, either legally or illegally, from terrorist-circle nations.

• We The People demand all foreign nationals wanting to relocate to the United States MUST go through all the background and medical checks that any legal immigrant goes through.

• We The People demand a stop all persons immigrating or relocating to the United States from Egypt, Syria, Somalia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and any terrorist-friendly nation until the threat of terrorism is eliminated.

• We The People demand the Border Patrol budget be doubled, and all lawful restrains be removed for capturing and detaining illegal aliens from entering the United States.

• We The People demand all illegal aliens be treated as hostile foreign nationals and be deported back to their country of origin when apprehended.

Election time is just around the corner, and we will remember in November.

Because of negative propaganda, Tea Party numbers fell but now are on the rise again. All bullies are on missions to prove to anyone who will listen that anyone who has actual values and disagrees with them is the problem. They continually bring them down and demean them. It gets so damn stupid and boring.

Referring to the vote in Mississippi between Thad Cochran and Chris McDaniel with Cochran operatives securing a vote of black Democrats in a Republican primary by playing the race card. They sent out a flyer saying that the Tea Party wanted to prevent blacks from voting.  This is outrageous; everyone should condemn this dirty political trick/action/lie. I agree with Rush.

The Debt Ceiling

The ONLY thing not shrinking is our national debt

On the Today Show, Natalie Morales said: "America is one step closer to being able to pay its bills next month."

The most important fact of the matter is that Congress voted to raise the debt ceiling because we need to borrow more money to keep going! $17 trillion in debt. The sworn duty of every elected official is to keep government functioning and pay bills already incurred. However, who says that they have the right to keep printing money and keep on borrowing and raiding the social security trust fund to pay for increased deficit spending? What is wrong with this picture?

Ted Cruz said, "Today's vote (February 12th)  is yet another example that establishment politicians from both parties are simply not listening to the American people. Outside the beltway, Americans of all political stripes understand that we cannot keep spending money we don't have."

Politicians continue to believe that it is fiscally healthy to keep on borrowing and ignore their sworn duty to the people they serve.

Some trivia from National priorities project: The debt ceiling evolved from restrictions that Congress placed on federal debt nearly from the founding of the country. Legislation that laid the groundwork for the current debt ceiling was passed in 1917, and the first overall debt ceiling was passed in 1939. Since then, the debt ceiling has been raised more than 100 times, including more than a dozen times since 2000.

A study on the intelligence of Tea Party members...another big waste of $400,000 of tax payer dollars done to only find out if the Dems could discredit conservatives. They use every means available to trash opponents. What was discovered through the course of this study is that Tea-Party people are more intelligent than the average.

Click here on a New York Times Poll taken in 2010 that already concluded that Tea Party supporters are wealthier and more educated than the general public.

Government abuse of Power

The IRS is attempting to change the rules towards conservative groups (T-Party) and trying to silence speech--again. They have dragged out applications for conservative 501 (c)(4's) and now want to change the rules so that the groups can't get their status--AFTER the fact because of this new rule change that they want to implement. 

Sounds like what this commission did to the heights amendment in Lake Worth.  It passed at the polls. Results were delayed for three months to see if Rick Scott would sign HB 537 as they twisted the meaning of the bill to suit their agenda. He signed it. Commission declared the election void.  Abuse of power.

Those who abused the people by abusing their power are Scott Maxwell, Pam Triolo, Andy Amoroso, all up for re-election.  John Szerdi is also among this group--he never even "understood the ballot language." Remember this when you go to the polls.

They Come to America

Yesterday, Katie and I drove to Fort Lauderdale to a gathering put on by the Tea-Party at Umberto's on East Commercial Blvd. We spent our drive, to and fro, listening to the Tuesday Lake Worth city commission meeting from hell.  It was a great reminder of democratic abuse by a Lake Worth elected official and got us both pumped up for the Tea Party event on illegal immigration. After being in Ft. Lauderdale, it was an easy reminder as to why I live in Lake Worth and don't want 6 story buildings in our downtown and don't need nor want what comes with more people--traffic congestion for one.

The Tea Party gathering was all about democracy and learning more on Obama's pathway to citizenship policy and one that the Gang of Eight supports that is detrimental to America and its future. We met a lot of interesting people. One such person, shown above with Katie, calls herself the "rock star of the Republican Party." The event photographer was seated with us who just moved to Lake Worth.

The main guest speaker was Dennis Michael Lynch who has now produced his 2nd movie on illegal immigration, They Come to America II. He has been a guest on many television shows and gives talks all over the country. Introducing Mr. Lynch was right in your face Joyce Kaufman, radio talk show host out of Pompano Beach and who was Allen West's Chief of Staff for about three days until she said something controversial..if ballots don't work, bullets will. The fear at the time was that her comments may have incited a threat of violence that led to three-hour lock-down at 300 Florida schools. Liberals went nuts.

TCTA2 discredits the GANG OF 8 by exposing the real impact amnesty places on America's job market and national security.  Lynch defuses the race card and demonstrates how vulnerable we are for another 9/11 attack. Border security is basically non-existent and crossing it illegally is done every day by the hundreds. These criminals have no fear. We don't have enough border security officers and in one part of the film, none were evident for miles upon miles. Border security is an illusion and with the current pathway to Citizenship policy, border security will be much the same. Instead of 20 or 30 million here now (Obama keeps saying 11 million), it might triple in several decades if the Obama policy passes. The Census Bureau estimates the US population will grow from 281 million in 2000 to 397 million in 2050 with immigration. During his speech, whenever Obama's name was mentioned, plenty of boos followed. The boos increased in intensity at the name of Rubio.

He has ignored the very people who helped elect him. He has totally ignored the Tea Party, a group that consists  primarily of advocates for smaller government and were known as protesters with a big voice. They are now considered a political group. They helped herald him into office. He totally ignored the 19,000 signed signatures we delivered to his office against amnesty for illegal aliens.

Lois Lerner involved in IRS scandal

On Wednesday, Lerner told members of the House Oversight committee:  “I have not done anything wrong” and then proceeded to take the Fifth.

The National Review Online says: “One thing is clear: this correspondence shows [Lerner’s] direct involvement in the scheme,” said Jay Sekulow, chief counsel for the ACLJ. “Further, sending a letter from the top person in the IRS Exempt Organization division to a small Tea Party group also underscores the intimidation used in this targeting ploy.”
