These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before.

After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate. It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024, especially based on recent polls, and who will likewise do anything to stop Republicans and Conservatives in the upcoming Midterm Elections. Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries. Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before. They even broke into my safe! What is the difference between this and Watergate, where operatives broke into the Democrat National Committee? Here, in reverse, Democrats broke into the home of the 45th President of the United States.

The political persecution of President Donald J. Trump has been going on for years, with the now fully debunked Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and so much more, it just never ends. It is political targeting at the highest level!

Hillary Clinton was allowed to delete and acid wash 33,000 E-mails AFTER they were subpoenaed by Congress. Absolutely nothing has happened to hold her accountable. She even took antique furniture, and other items from the White House.

I stood up to America’s bureaucratic corruption, I restored power to the people, and truly delivered for our Country, like we have never seen before. The establishment hated it. Now, as they watch my endorsed candidates win big victories, and see my dominance in all polls, they are trying to stop me, and the Republican Party, once more. The lawlessness, political persecution, and Witch Hunt must be exposed and stopped.

Using the word "man" is now taboo in some circles - Insanity Abounds

Did anyone catch this segment on Tucker Carlson's show last night? Purdue university (my Dad's alma mater back when there was sanity in this country) is now banning the word "man."

Tucker had on guest Cathy Areu, Founder of Catalina magazine, who said that words such as "mailman," "policeman," "fireman" and "congressman," should be replaced with the word "person" instead. I have seen Ms. Areu on several occasions on his show and she is a hoot but for real. You sit there shaking your head in amazement.

Liberals are determined to make us general neutral and the really sad thing is, they are succeeding with their insanity in some segments of our society today such as universities and colleges where people are very impressionable...the future generation, or in liberal areas of the country. Our neighbor to the north's president, socialist leader Justin Trudeau, recently corrected a speaker and told her to use the word  "humankind" instead of "mankind."

Christian bakers can't discriminate, but pro-gay bakers can

The Colorado Civil Rights Commission prides itself on opposing discrimination of all kinds.

That's why it punished a Christian baker who would not use his talents to promote homosexual marriage.

So, when three other bakers refused to make a cake for Christians with a biblical message, the same commission punished them as well for religious discrimination, right?

Tuesday Night's Lake Worth Agenda

It's ridiculous. The commission had one regular meeting in November and only this one scheduled for December 13th and there are 32 items on the Consent Agenda that they don't even want to discuss or tell the public about.

Some of these items are mind boggling and incomprehensible, such as the authorization to the CRA to issue debenture (backed by general credit rather than by specified assets--that means backed by city taxpayers) in the amount of $4 million to be paid pack in 10 years, (didn't we just get a 30 year bond debt?). There are other items of interest such as the city paying $170,650 for an easement to proceed with their costly infrastructure improvements (paid by taxpayers) on Boutwell Road.

Ordinance No. 2017-01 – First Reading – call for a charter referendum election and schedule the public hearing date for January 10, 2017 The Ordinance amends the City Charter to extend the elected officials’ terms from two to three years and place a question on the March 14, 2017, municipal general election ballot. Less than a decade ago, the voters, by nearly 68% said "no" to 3 year terms.

The commission feels it has the power now to pass just about anything as the voters just passed a 30 year bond to tax themselves. They squashed our Heights Amendment referendum, now in court. We just had a referendum eight years ago on this very subject and the voters rejected it.

Instead, I would prefer term limits...get them out of office every 4 to 6 years.

Ordinance No. 2017-03 - First Reading. Raise the compensation for elected officials as follows:

• Increase the Commissioners’ annual salary to $24,500 (presently $14,500). This is a 68.9% increase
• Increase the Mayor’s salary to $29,500 (presently $15,500). This is a 90.32% increase;
•  - Include a car allowance of $500 per month; and/or,
•  - Include participation in the City’s 401a retirement plan (the city manager and department directors currently participate through ICMA); and/or
• City staff recommends continuation of the current health insurance benefits and furnishing the communication devices (or in lieu of the devices, a $100 per month total stipend if the elected official chooses to furnish his or her own devices).

Years ago I recommended that the commission and mayor's salaries be raised and that suggestion fell on deaf ears. This was when they actually discussed items rather than placing them on Consent. This was when they didn't shut down opposing views from the dais. This was when they treated the public with respect. This was when city commission meetings lasted for hours of discussion and engaging the public rather than ending at 8pm so that some commissioners can get to their favorite watering hole.

Voting yourself a raise is politically incorrect.

Some people have a really hard time mentioning God, especially if they happen to be a Democrat introducing Hillary Clinton.

Americans willingly giving up the First Amendment?

Nancy Smith of Sunshine State News just wrote an article What's happened to Our Will to Preserve Free Speech?

She says that "the fact that 40 percent of millennials think government censorship of free speech -- even if it might be interpreted by some as bigoted and offensive -- is a good thing ... that is a problem. Forty percent. Think about it: You either live in a free country or you don’t. And a government that can sanction or punish you for giving your opinion is not the government of a free country and it certainly isn't the government of the one our forefathers founded."

We see this in our own city. Take invocations as an example, said before city commission meetings.  It was easier censoring a message that some didn't want to hear by eliminating the appeal for inspiration and guidance altogether, part of our history. The small minority of people who feared the message (atheists) won and government is giving in to what they consider "political correctness" to protect the feelings, perceived or fabricated, of the few.

What is more important? Following like a sheep and under the thumb of government censorship or just being cordial and respectful while still having your First Amendment rights and allowed to say what you believe?  With the Millennials, social media has opened up their ability for free speech, so their reaction to agreeing with censorship, sanctions, or even government punishment for saying what you think is puzzling to say the least.

Obama and the liberals focus more and more on tighter gun controls and even banning gun magazines since the massacre in Charleston by Dyllan Roof, a young man who heavily used drugs according to someone who knew him, and who became a racist because of his warped perception of reality and drug use. We are clearly "focusing on the wrong issue and asking the wrong questions, either as a deliberate attempt to hide the truth, or out of complete and utter ignorance."

What turns one kid into becoming a mass murderer and another who as a young man was inspired by John F. Kennedy (Bill Clinton) and went on to great achievements?  A sober and drug free life. "I smoked it once but didn't inhale."

Someone commented this morning that I am obsessed with black on white crime, calling me crazy and a nut job (one of my fans). I am not obsessed with any crime but crime needs to be recognized -- that 1) there is way too much of it swept under the rug and 2) mass killings are usually brought on by mental illness that is caused by drug use 3) black on white racist hate crimes go virtually unreported. The last time I wrote about black on white hate crime, a separate category from mass killing, was earlier in the month when members of a White family were brutally beaten, terrorized and shot with a Taser by a Black mob of 20 or 30 in Florence, Alabama. Essentially, it went unnoticed in the press that is unwilling to give it attention because of this politically correct nonsense and a press that is scared to death to be labeled "racist."

Addiction may start with alcohol and marijuana that can/could/will lead to harder drugs. I recently read on Facebook where someone I know brought up the point that many people in prison were there for "victimless" crimes (there are always victims) and that we should be spending this money educating people instead. We do educate but we can't, no matter how we try,  keep people from the ruthless dealer or some of their peers. Those of us my age remember very well how we got started smoking a cigarette. Today, kids have less of a chance as dealers prey on them...it's big business.  Once a kid thinks it's cool to experiment, he can get hooked very quickly and then he does what it takes to support that habit.

Until we crack down hard on the dealers and this scourge, horrible tragedies will continue, so will prostitution, robberies, poverty, hopelessness, insanity and crime overall.   And there will always be those blaming mass killings on racism rather than the root cause. Drug dealers all need to be incarcerated and the key thrown away.

And to end the hypocrisy, the United States needs to stop trading with any country that produces drugs that are illegal here: Afghanistan, The Bahamas, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Laos, Mexico, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. This really annoys me because it continues to happen. It was not just one person last week, but now others. Before I get into what annoys me, let me remind the critics, I spent years representing poor people - almost exclusively minorities - in civil rights cases and criminal cases. I have a solid record. I still work hard to help those who need help (ask anyone!) And what do I read tonight? Others coming out and critical of anyone using a word that they now claim to be wrong. I am talking about the word thug. Wrong word, really? Thug is now a word I can't use to call those who set cars on fire, throw rocks at police and burn down senior centers? Really? I would call ANYONE, with any ethnic background a thug who throws rocks at police and sets cars on fire (and yes, I would call a police officer or a lawyer or anyone else who beats up an innocent person a thug, too.)
But what is annoying, is rather than working on the real problems - jobs, education, education, etc - some are consumed with the words we use. That is absurd. We need people to work on real problems -- not people running around telling everyone what to say and implying they are racists when they are not.

Now, replace the word "thug" with the "N" word and change the venue to Lake Worth City Hall.  Get it yet? This is all beyond absurd brought about by holier than thou politically righteous hypocrites stirring the pot.

Why do supposed intelligent people continue to allow themselves to be intimidated by liberals who throw out the "race card"? It's all gotten out of hand and the only thing left behind are the ashes of stupidity.

It happens everywhere, not just Lake Worth. I can happily say that Commissioner McVoy (a Democrat who is a liberal) set  Commissioner Maxwell (a Republican ) straight by telling him to knock it off calling people racists who did not vote for the general obligation bond. What a horrible statement to make. Maxwell had said earlier that "We are going to set this commission off on the right foot." Well he didn't do it. The entire meeting went to hell. We now have a member of a city board calling for a protest against a citizen who has been drawn and quartered thanks to an unproved allegation.

Rick Scott and the Florida Cabinet want to ignore history that happened 150 years ago and not honor three Civil War soldiers. After all, they were on the wrong side of the war per today's standards and today's politically correct progressive stance.
