On Saturday, President Trump entered the annual club championship at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey – one of the most demanding layouts in the country.
The Tom Fazio-designed course has hosted the U.S. Women's Open and multiple LIV Golf events, with water carries, deep bunkers, and enough rough to punish anyone who isn't striking the ball cleanly.
Trump shot a 70. That's 2-under par on a course where most recreational golfers would be thrilled to break 90. Trump called his competitors "talentless."
