California’s latest taxpayer gift has ugly punchline

California taxpayers unknowingly funding prison tablet porn under Newsom

California under Gavin Newsom has spent hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on electronic tablets for prisoners, all in the name of rehab, connection, and digital equity.

That sounds nice on paper, the kind of language that makes bureaucrats nod like they just solved civilization. But the real-world result, according to reports, is a mess that has taxpayers shaking their heads again.

Instead of a clean success story, the state appears to have handed out high-tech toys to convicted criminals while ordinary Californians keep paying more and getting less.

Reports say inmates found the obvious use fast...PORN.

Fox 11 in Los Angeles reported that some death row inmates have used the tablets to watch pornography and carry on lewd conversations. One inmate, Robert Maury, a serial rapist and murderer, allegedly said he used his taxpayer-funded tablet to view porn and send nude images.

Others reportedly used video chat tools to get someone on the outside to play porn on a television for them. If you were hoping the system would be used for algebra homework and polite book clubs, well, that dream lasted about five minutes.

Criminals with free electronics apparently did what criminals do when given a loophole and a screen.

Not an Insurrection--a Set-Up

We should never forget Jan 6

The jailing of January 6th defendants was the first time in American history where the federal government made Americans into political prisoners en masse.

THAT is what dictators do to citizens who say or do the “wrong” political thing. I know. I lived in Taiwan when it was still a dictatorship, said Diane Gruber, author of article below..

Starting the minute Demented Biden was sworn in, DC’s Deep State was turned against the American people. This persecution continued the entire four years of our first non-elected puppet president.

According to former Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), the Obama minions who made virtually all presidential decisions were “batshit” crazy.

On January 20, 2025, during the first day of his second term, United States president Donald Trump granted blanket clemency to all people, nearly 1,600, convicted of or awaiting trial or sentencing for offenses related to the January 6 United States Capitol attack that occurred near the end of his first presidential term. Most of them received full pardons, while the sentences of 14 members of the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys were commuted. [Wikipedia]

Ric Grenell success in Caracas

Venezuela Releases Six US Prisoners After Trump Envoy’s Visit

"Ric Grenell, Presidential Envoy for Special Missions, was sent to Caracas in a bid to get Venezuela to accept deportation flights from the US that carried gang members and to secure the release of the American prisoners.

The meeting was the most significant encounter between the two hostile governments in years. Venezuela said the two sides talked about the imprisoned US citizens, sanctions and migration.

The trip set up a potential clash with Maduro, whose government has refused to accept deportation flights from the US for about a year. But he may also use the visit as an opportunity to push for easing US sanctions that have crippled his economy, including the oil sector.

The last US delegation to visit Caracas was in 2023, led by President Joe Biden’s Special Envoy for Hostage Affairs Roger Carstens. He secured a prisoner swap in which Venezuela freed 10 Americans and handed over a defense contractor. The US released a Maduro ally from a US prison. [msn]

Trump and January 6 Defendants

Trump to Pardon J6 Defendants on Case-by-Case Basis — No Blanket Pardons

Trump plans to pardon Jan. 6th defendants on a case-by-case basis.

Trump’s campaign promises to pardon those charged in connection with Jan. 6 have sparked significant anticipation among defendants and their supporters.

While no clemency policy has been established by the incoming administration, the prospect of amnesty has created a climate of uncertainty around the pending cases, with various defendants now exploring legal avenues to delay proceedings until after Trump assumes office.

Pardon for January 6 Political Prisoners?

Capitol Protestors Defendants Look To Trump For Potential Pardons

The aftermath of Donald Trump's presidential victory brings renewed hope for hundreds of January 6 defendants anticipating clemency promises to materialize.

According to the Washington Examiner, over 1,500 individuals charged with federal crimes related to the Capitol breach are closely watching President-elect Trump's statements about pardoning "political prisoners" when he takes office in January.

The expectations for pardons have already begun influencing legal proceedings, with some defendants requesting courts to pause their cases in anticipation of Trump's return to power.

Defense attorneys report growing inquiries from clients about potential pardons, while prosecutors continue to oppose delay requests based on speculative clemency promises.

Mississippi attorney looked manic and wet in his mug shot photo

Daniel Sidney Dale

Mississippi Attorney Arrested After Being Caught Smuggling Contraband To Murder Suspects

A Mississippi attorney is in hot water after attempting to smuggle a shocking amount of drugs, electronics and other forbidden items in a silver brief case during a visitation session to detainees Antonio Harness Jr and Marcell Cornelius Martin, identified by affidavits. Both detainees are being held on unrelated murder charges.

Law enforcement caught him handing a cell phone and a brown envelope to Martin and Harness, whom he claimed were clients — though his relationship with the murder suspects remains unclear, as different outlets have stated he falsely presented himself as legal counsel.

Dale was allegedly posing as legal counsel for a number of Hinds County detainees when police allegedly caught him with the contraband, which included cell phones, cigarettes, chargers, blunt wraps and what appears to be cannabis, according to Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones. Prosecutors charged Dale with two counts of conspiracy and three counts of introduction of contraband to a correctional facility.

Dale apparently appeared to be soaking wet in a gray suit and loosened tie after police arrested and took a picture of him. It is unclear how Dale allegedly stashed the contraband on his person when entering the jail considering the sheer volume of products police said they found him with.

Besides his suit presumably covered in sweat in his initial mugshot, the 49 year old attorney had a crazed look, with his eyes bulging, raising more questions about his own mental state.

Others are believed to be part of the deal. The exchange has not occurred yet but is expected later today.

There has been speculation for days of a major swap between various countries which was heightened after several dissidents and journalists jailed in Russia were moved from their prison cells to unknown locations.

Vile Treatment of January 6 prisoners

January 6 Peaceful Protesters in the Washington, DC jail

What’s being done to them is so demonic, so foul, that they’re BEGGING to be transferred to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba…where vicious, America-hating terrorists get better treatment!

I’m heartsick and deeply angry about what’s being done to our fellow patriots.

Their letter reads like an appeal from dissidents in the Soviet Union.

Here are just a few examples of what they’re enduring (I quote directly from their letter, published by Gateway Pundit):
• Begging for Help / Water / Medical Aid / Mercythrough a 4 inch by 10 inch window of cold metal doors
• No visits from family, friends, lawyers, or clergy
• No Mass or Sunday worship service
• Laundry returning with brown stains, pubic hair, and or reeking of urine
• Broken toilets that either wont flush or repeatedly explode in Cells
• Stuck in Cells for 9 days without shower
• Solitary Confinement for 25 ½ hours or more at a time

But there’s more.

Guards deny them hot water, and keep them from going to court. They severely beat, mace, harass, insult, and even sexually assault them.

Their food is so disgusting and so low in nutrition, that some prisoners are losing their eyesight, their hair, and getting scurvy (from Vitamin C deficiency).

There’s much, much more…all of it horrifying. And this has been going on for years … in AMERICA.

They conclude their letter by pleading to be transferred to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where the Taliban and Islamic terrorists get better treatment!

This can’t go on.

That’s why I’ve filed crucial lawsuits to FREE January 6 peaceful protesters. Including a critical new lawsuit that PROVES the FBI and other agencies carried out ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE on January 6 patriots. That means their criminal convictions can be THROWN OUT. And their criminal trials MUST STOP.

Their ass is grass - Russian Justice

Russian forces torture Moscow terror suspect,

hooking his genitals up to 80v battery leaving him foaming at the mouth - and feed another his own EAR: Battered men appear in court as new footage emerges of the slaughter that killed at least 140.

Footage of Russian forces torturing the men they arrested over the Moscow terror attack emerged tonight, with one man given electric shocks to his genitals and a second forced to eat his own ear.

One image shows a suspect named as Shamsuddin Fariddun foaming at the mouth as he lies on a gym floor with his trousers pulled down and wires attached to his groin area. At the other end they are attached to a military radio powered by an 80-volt battery.

Separate video sees another man, Saidakrami Murodali Rachabalizoda, having his ear severed and then spitting it out as he is forced to eat it.

J6 Prisoner Reveals Shocking Secret About Jan 6 Protest

An Antifa Communist is in prison for J6

Barry Ramey, a political prisoner detained for participating in the Capitol protests on January 6, has made a startling revelation. From the confines of his prison cell, Ramey has claimed that amongst his fellow inmates is an Antifa activist and self-proclaimed communist.

Barry Ramey, who was apprehended for his alleged involvement in the contentious Capitol protests, has been held in detention since his arrest. His story, like many others embroiled in the events of that fateful day, has garnered significant attention.

In an interview, Ramey has made the claim that one of his fellow inmates is not only an Antifa activist but also identifies as a communist. This revelation has sparked a flurry of interest, given the ideological differences between the majority of January 6 protesters and the Antifa movement.

Antifa (which apparently doesn’t even exist in the mind of democrats) is a loosely organized coalition of activists whose political leanings are generally considered far-left.

Jan 6 Political Prisoners

J6 Political Prisoner Barry Ramey Stabbed in Face for Watching Tucker Carlson

Barry Ramey, a political prisoner, arrested for his protesting on January 6th, 2021, contacted The Gateway Pundit to share his story from inside the DC jail.

He says he was attacked in prison for watching Tucker Carlson, and is now raising awareness about the mistreatment he and other J6 detainees have been facing from biased correctional officers over the course of their two-year detainment.

In a letter to The Gateway Pundit in April, Barry shared his experience at Northern Neck Regional Jail, stating that the psychological, physical and constitutional abuses that occurred were “egregious on so many levels.”

Russian Foreign Minister told us off

Russia Just Smacked the State Dept Right Across the Mouth

The Russians just smacked our State Department right across the mouth.

Our diplomats requested to see jailed Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich.

He was arrested for espionage, even though the Russians have yet to produce a single shred of evidence of his guilt.

The request was denied, dealing Secretary Antony Blinken and this administration another foreign policy blow.

This move by the Russians was a direct response to the United States blocking Russian reporters from accompanying Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to the United Nations. Lavrov added:
A country that calls itself the strongest, smartest, free and fair country has chickened out and done something stupid by showing what its sworn assurances about protecting freedom of speech and access to information are really worth.”

Another Bad Biden Decision

This swap was a Russian victory!

US Officials Fear Russian Terrorist Freed by Biden Could Return to Trafficking Weapons

On Thursday, President Joe Biden released Viktor Bout, a dangerous Russian weapons trafficker convicted on terrorism charges in 2011, in exchange for Brittney Griner, an American citizen who is serving a nine-year sentence in Russia on drug charges.

This dangerous prisoner swap has U.S. officials concerned that Bout will go right back to trafficking weapons across the world and potentially put American lives at risk.

The potential consequences of this decision are immense and could have disastrous implications for U.S.-Russia relations as well as global security. The fact that Biden decided to make such a risky exchange without consulting any of his advisors or national security experts is concerning, especially since there are reports that Bout was planning to use the weapons he was trying to sell to shoot down U.S. military helicopters and kill DEA agents!

The United States should not trade with Russia for Brittney Griner

Former DEA Agent who captured ‘Merchant of Death’ says America should NOT trade for Brittney Griner

You know, the gal who will not stand for the National anthem and now crying to Joe for her release

President Joe Biden and others who appear to think it’s appropriate to explore the possibility of releasing a Russian arm dealer Viktor Bout from prison in exchange for any U.S. citizen detained by Russia – be it Brittney Griner, Paul Whelan, or someone else – “are delusional and naive,” said Rob Zachariasiewicz in his op-ed for USA Today on July 17th.

Rob “Zach” Zachariasiewicz who made the statement was one of the Drug Enforcement agents behind the successful operation that ended in Bout’s arrest in 2008.

Bout, known as the “Merchant of Death” who fueled conflicts around the world, was a key player in numerous global illicit arm deals. According to official data, an enormous amount of resources and political capital was expended on the critical national security investigation into Bout’s actions prior to his arrest.

Newsom frees 8,000 prisoners over Coronavirus

Gov Newsom Frees 8,000 Inmates Over COVID-19, But Bans Singing In Churches

Once again, the Golden State continues to lead the nation in crazy. Thanks to radically far-left Governor Gavin Newsom, 8,000 prisoners will be freed due to spikes in coronavirus – which most likely stem from increased testing and Black Lives Matter riots, where police officers are treated like animals.
