The school district sending home a letter to parents of fifth graders about the annual science and health unit.
The school district has decided to use gender inclusive language – to align with their equity policy. Instead of saying boy or man – the kids will have to say person who produces sperm. Instead of saying girl or female – the kids have to say person who produces eggs.
