Fox News ousts Tucker Carlson in stunning move following $787 million settlement
In an austere, four-sentence statement, Fox News announced Monday that primetime star Tucker Carlson is leaving the network, effective immediately."FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor," the network said. "Mr. Carlson's last program was Friday April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named."
The ouster of Fox's top opinion host comes less than a week after Fox settled an epic defamation lawsuit by an election technology company for $787 million over segments promoting the bogus claims that election fraud cheated then-President Donald Trump of victory in 2020.

Who would think Don Lemon and Tucker Carlson would now have something in common?
There are fewer places to go where we can hear people tell us what we want to hear. It seems like everyone is more interested in getting out the truth instead of what makes viewers happy. I hate it! We need more stars like Tucker. No one was able to perform like him every night.
That's a very twisted viewpoint 5:07.
I'm forced to agree with you.
Glen Beck wants him!

Tucker needs Glenn Beck like another head. If he saved 1/4 of what he made at FOX, he never has to work another day in his life.
He's a Celebrity. He can command huge fees making speeches, writing books, whatever he wants to do.
He's Free!
