Hard-working people, and I’m talking typical middle-class blue-collar type families who play by the rules and save their money to create a nest egg to buy a house — i.e., the American dream — are going to be penalized by the Biden administration. It’s another example of President Biden’s war on success.
The administration is going to hike payments for good-credit home buyers in order to subsidize high-risk mortgages. That’s right.

Look at the bright side we only have one more year of him
It's the exact same thing with FHA and VA loans. People get special treatment and we all pay for it. As far as I'm concerned, if you can't afford a house, you need to sit back and wait your turn until you can. There's plenty of rental housing and group shelters that can help you while you save. No one gets any help. That's not what America has ever been about.
