HB 5101 Education funding

Recently signed into law by Governor Rick Scott, it includes the “Florida Digital Classrooms” initiative that will allocate some $40 million to public school districts for digital learning. Gov. Scott has now established a pro-education legacy and understands the important need for digital education.

On another note, Rick Scott just signed legislation that righted Charlie Crist’s wrong and eliminated the 15 percent annual increase in tuition that he had signed into law.
