The Confederate Flag

A new poll says American public opinion on the Confederate flag remains virtually unchanged from 15 years ago, despite the events in Charleston, S.C., with most respondents describing the Rebel emblem as a symbol of pride and heritage. So, all these people trying to make something out of our history and calling the rebel flag "racist," and removing monuments, etc. need to get a grip.

The gig is up and headed to a dusty old museum.

At least republican SC state Rep Jenny Horne, a descendant of the president of the confederacy Jefferson Davis, had the courage to challenge and call out the outrage that has kept the confederate flag flying to her fellow house members.

With the 93 to 27 vote, and Republican
Gov Nikki Haley's signing the bill into law with 9 pens to signify and honor the 9 victims massacred as they worshiped in church.

"Take that flag down" chants were soon replaced with "USA" chants as that wretched piece of ugliness was taken down this morning for the very last time from the state capital.

As it should be across this great country.

And I say, bye-bye Satan bye-bye !

Yeah, Jenny sounded shrill and out of control--after listening to her, I wondered how in hell she ever got elected.
