So what's new? It undoubtedly always involves real estate and development and this case is no exception. This is about kick-backs, Tri-Rail, Transit Village development, and breach of fiduciary taking place in the corruption capital of the country. Attorney-client privilege was non-existent. It just never ends.
And Lake Worth commissioners wonder why we don't want to turn over $63.2 million bucks to officials plus spend another $20 million in cash, etc.
Read about it.

Community Benefit IS "Pay to Play"!
We have the exact same system in LW LDR's! Height, density whatever the illuminated and the elected decide for US is a 'benefit' allows them to move past the words on paper and customize development for the MONEY!!!
what do you mean "we" don't want to turn over $63.2 million. You won't be turning over 1 penny. Think about that. All the complaining you do and you don't even contribute one penny to the city.
What do you contribute to the city other than complain about what I write about? Did you pass 2nd grade? How's that foreclosure going? Are you renting? Hope the bond passes just so that you can pay through your crooked, twisted little nose. :)
anony at 3:51, this isn't andy Amorosa is it. You rent, don't own, get a lfie.
The other big problem here are realtors, most realtors and many here in LW are greedy and shrewd, they only care about the almighty dollar, the greed, corruption, and back-staging they do is unbelievable. YOU cannot trust even one realtor here.
