Even two a day in our downtown is two too much. J Street is always active with crime, graffiti or someone knocking holes in walls.

Your jealous competitor is featuring crime in Greenfield, CA. Whatever is his big problem? We do have a lot of crime and the little Less should have some solutions instead of highlighting some crime across the country. Talk about obsession.
I don't look at him as a competitor.
Crime is a still a BIG problem in this city. When you talk to PBSO they say it has been cut in half since they took over, but still the half is still way too much. Crime is a real problem, I guess the PBSO feels they have won many awards and are fighting and doing the best they can. And we the people are just supposed to say OK good then this is fine, mediocrity is just fine, crime is always going to be a problem just settle and deal with it and don't write, call or complain so much, that seems to be the view of the police here. Police often just want to silence the public and make them feel guilty for bringing up the issue of the problems. The police here are very good at trying to silence the public, that is very sad. The police never want anyone complaining or writing or really even bringing problems or bothering them. I know this is how I felt the last time I brought an issue of too much crime to the captain here in our city. It is sad when our own police try to silence the public about the crime here if they complain about it. Lynn I agree with you, there is still way too much crime in this little city.
perhaps that's what the PBSO says, but the truth is:
Police departments in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reported decreases in crimes while Delray Beach, Lake Worth, Riviera Beach and Greenacres experienced increases.
