I've lost count is she number 4? With the incumbents running for election, and if they (hopefully not) get re-elected) will she play their silly games. The other ones didn't and where did that get them?

Good luck to you, hope that you can make it here. I don't think the past finance directors had the stomach for the gameplaying that goes on behind the scenes. Stay tough.

Numerous substantial material defects, that persisted year after year. This is beyond huge.
She never ONCE balanced the checking statement.
Did not know how to balance cash.
Was never a FD, prior to LL, her job at Oakland Park (which was unfunded) was to create PowerPoint presentations.
She is highly argumentative, does not play well with others.

My quote here? Is this some form of cruel joke your city’s playing on the taxpayer at large?

Did the city read MAOS, and our substantial multi-year coverage details ME’s many faults. Did they read all of this and just hire her out of spite of me?

The proof will start to show up in about a year — your books won’t be balanced, restricted and general funds intermingled, banking statements never reconciled … all culminating in blasts from your auditor — assuming you’re not using the same auditor (HCE) as LL.

I’d not trust her to make a Monopoly game’s bank, let alone MM.

You’re fucked, bend over, here it comes.

"A policy should be followed for the disposition of uncashed checks".

"The city is susceptible to errors which can lead to the misstatement of cash balances".

Well here we go again ! Gee, Scott Maxwell ,Pam Triolo and Andy Amoroso only had to go thru four other finance directors before they found one that fit their bill,,,,,
