"The White House released a video of a speech from Sleepy Joe Biden in which you can see him living up to his nickname. He was speaking from his basement to the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives Conference.Biden seems to be barely getting the words out of his mouth while it looks like it’s past his nap time.
Then, you can clearly see a splice in the video in which he went from Sleepy Joe, to Bug-Eyed Biden. In fact, Biden went a very long time without even blinking.

The man is such a liar there's not a day that goes by without him doing something idiotic or some kind of stupid slip up he's such an imbecile how did he ever become a senator for so many years when he seems like he's completely brainless in clueless and is like the worst president in history of the United States of america!?
