The back side of the White House in Washington DC there is a apartment that is owned by the Chinese and I can't remember what agencies showed a picture of all this electronic stuff up on the roof pointed towards the back of the White House now they say since it's spoken outside and they can pick it up with a shotgun microphone that it's legal you don't need a warrant you only need a warrant when you're going to use it as evidence against somebody so just keep that in mind when people have their cell phones in their pockets and they're recording conversations it's perfectly legal as long as they don't use it to gain with their stocks or something like that
