It always gets worse before it gets better, but that’s usually a sign that the thing you’re fighting is getting desperate. Cornered animals become more vicious, lightbulbs burn brighter before they go out, and transgender activists push very hard to get your kids to watch them dance in lewd ways before they’re defeated.Right now, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is doing his absolute best to make sure Florida children stay safe from predators who are attempting to indoctrinate them into a life of hyper-sexualization and normalized pedophilia.
DeSantis warned venues that minors were not to attend a touring Christmas drag show lest they face the loss of their business licenses due to the graphic and grotesque nature of the performances. The warning came from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) which made it very clear that if children attended the show, the state would come down on the business.

“If minors are allowed to attend this drag show, the Department will take any and all actions available to ensure that you do not pose a threat to minors in the future.”
Well, guess what? The Plaza allowed all ages to attend the show in spite of receiving the letter from the DBPR and Despite the warning, children were in attendance at the show which included a raunchy version of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” retitled “Screwdolph” and featuring glowing breasts.

Ray Epps, a mysterious January 6 figure some theorized to be a federal informant, told congressional investigators he believed the U.S. Capitol was open to the public on the day of the riot.The assertion appears in a long-awaited transcript released Thursday by the House January 6 Committee, which released its final report last week. Epps, a self-proclaimed supporter of former President Donald Trump who raised concerns about the 2020 election, was asked about January 5, 2021, video footage showing him urging a crowd to “go into the Capitol” the next day.
Epps said “yes” when asked if he was under the impression that the Capitol would be open on January 6, the day lawmakers met to certify President Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory. He again said “yes” when the word “open” in this case was described as “like, open to visitors, like anyone could walk in.”
Now why do we believe he is a "mysterious" figure. He was wearing a Trump hat and Epps was caught on video before January 6 as he incited Trump’s supporters to “go into the Capitol.” But, he was never charged by the January 6 Select Committee.
Of course, Epps denies the conspiracy theorists that he was with the corrupt FBI.

There is so much incompetence in the Biden administration.President Joe Biden’s Transportation Secretary, Pete Buttigieg, has ignored state attorneys general repeated requests to protect consumers and hold airlines accountable for canceling flights in the months leading up to the ongoing holiday travel fiasco.
This Christmas holiday travel season has been plagued with thousands of flight cancellations, primarily by Southwest Airlines, which failed to regain its footing after a massive winter storm hit the U.S.
Despite repeated requests from attorney generals and even Elizabeth Warren, Buttigieg’s Transportation Department failed to take meaningful action that would have prevented the ongoing holiday travel fiasco.
Instead, Buttigieg appeared on television in early September and claimed that airline travel “is going to get better by the holidays.” Buttigieg also told talk show host James Corden that the Transportation Department is “really pressing the airlines to deliver better service.”

As the two year anniversary of January 6 is coming up in six days, most of those who went to the Capitol that day were protesting the election in support of Donald Trump. On January 6th, the Capitol building in Washington DC was entered by pro-Trump supporters. We all saw the chaos. We saw where Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, was murdered by a Capitol policeman, the only person who died that day.
This event sparked a flurry of accusations and counter-accusations about who was responsible for the violence and chaos that erupted as well as who got the crowd excited.
Donald Trump told the protesters to march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol. But it didn't matter what he said as the Democrats were out to lynch him. They blamed the day entirely on Donald Trump, thus the haters formed the January 6 Select Committee to ensure all the details would come out and Trump would be indicted on a criminal charge. They all salivated, picturing Trump in handcuffs and eventually in stripes
While many in the media and the Democratic Party were quick to blame the outgoing President Trump for inciting the mob, a closer examination of the events reveals that the notion of a “Trump-led insurrection” is unfounded.
And what about Ray Epps?
I would imagine, now that the Jan 6 Select Committee is over, Ray Epps was an important figure in the Capitol protest but Ray Epps is not mentioned in the 845-page J6 Committee report.

Folks, I’ve got some bad news. What happened at the Capitol on January 6th was a complete and utter disaster, and it could have been prevented. The whole thing has been under investigation for nearly two years now, but the full story is finally coming out.It looks like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office and other House Democrat leadership were more concerned with conducting partisan politics instead of protecting the safety of members, staff, and Capitol Police (USCP) officers. According to a new report, information was only shared with Republicans by USCP Sergeant at Arms Irving after he received instructions from Pelosi’s office.
But with the release of the J6 Committee’s report, comes a counter-report from the Republicans as well.

Clinesmith claims that he intentionally edited emails but that he only inserted things that he believed were true and did not intentionally lie.
Clinesmith did lie and falsify, intentionally or not, and in doing so enabled the FBI attempt to undermine the Trump presidency with a story of Russian puppet masters influencing the election.
Evidence for this was apparently so minimal that Clinesmith and others were forced to invent their own evidence so that the investigation and targeting of the Trump Administration could proceed.

House Passes Bill Giving Puerto Rico the Right to Determine Its Own Future
On Thursday, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 8393, the Puerto Rico Status Act, which would allow Puerto Rico to hold the first-ever binding referendum on whether to become a state or gain some sort of independence. The bill passed with 233 votes in favor and 191 votes against, with the majority of votes coming from the Democratic side and some support from Republicans.The bill would provide Puerto Ricans with three options: statehood, independence, or independence with free association. If the option of statehood was chosen, then the Congress would commit to accept Puerto Rico into the United States as the 51st state. If the option of independence was chosen, then the terms of foreign affairs, U.S. citizenship, and use of the U.S. dollar would be defined following negotiations.
The bill now goes to the split Senate, where it faces a ticking clock before the end of the year and Republican lawmakers who have long opposed statehood. It's uncertain whether the bill will pass in the Senate, but the vote in the House marks an important step towards the potential of Puerto Rico deciding its own future and possibly becoming the 51st state of the Union. Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy said on Fox News that President Donald Trump "took pains in the speech to say that he wanted them to march peacefully. The fact that the committee doesn't broadcast that he said that doesn't make that go away...again this is a theatrical exercise more than a real hearing process."Legendary constitutional law expert Alan Dershowitz said on Newsmax that the American public should "ignore" the referrals since it is a "worthless piece of paper." Dershowitz noted that "Congress has no power to recommend prosecution."
George Washington Law School professor Jonathan Turley noted that the January 6 Committee used deposition video that is "obviously edited." The committee was caught several times misrepresenting evidence, including misportraying texts.
Turley also said on Fox News that the committee destroyed "its own credibility."
"This was highly scripted. They brought in a producer. They had members reading from teleprompters. Witnesses sort of became like props and it made this become more performative than investigative," Turley said.
Attorney and Breitbart editor Joel Pollak responded to the committee on Twitter: "As the January 6 Committee show trial emphasizes its phony claims of 'insurrection' with bogus criminal accusations, the #TwitterFiles are producing real evidence of an effort to interfere with a democratic election -- by the FBI and social media companies, urged on by Democrats."

Bill Hagerty of Tennessee pointed out that in the bill, both Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement are barred from using a combined $1.9 billion for immigration enforcement in a Tuesday tweet.
ICE and CBP are barred from using federal funds for enforcement in two different ways.
The legislation requires ICE to use its $339 million for “non-detention border management requirements.”

After nearly ten years of waiting, The Florida Department of Health has finally released its guidelines on the application process for businesses to enter the state’s medical marijuana industry.But there’s a catch. The guidelines are temporary emergency rules, not the permanent framework to use going forward.
The Department of Health, which regulates the state’s multibillion-dollar medical marijuana industry, released the two emergency rules on Monday. The rules paint the broad strokes of the application process for companies seeking a medical marijuana treatment center license. The license permits them to cultivate, process, and dispense medical marijuana. Until this point, businesses looking to enter the thriving industry had little luck.
Because of slow litigation and red tape on the part of the state, just 22 companies are currently licensed to operate in Florida’s medical marijuana industry, and only 19 have set up a store. Of course we have one in Lake Worth Beach.
The second newly published rule makes it even more expensive for marijuana businesses to renew their licenses every two years, raising the cost from about $60,000 to more than $1 million.

The Biden administration vastly overstated its estimate that employers created more than 1 million jobs in the second quarter of this year, claiming historic job growth when in fact hiring had stalled, according to a new estimate.Job growth was “essentially flat” in the second quarter with only 10,500 jobs added, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia said.

Statement by Donald J. Trump on Border
By abolishing what remains of Title 42, Biden is willfully and deliberately triggering a cataclysm of illegal immigration like the world has never seen before.
The border nightmare is happening for a single reason: because illegal aliens know that if they break into our country unlawfully, Joe Biden will do everything possible to ensure that they are not removed, and are allowed to stay here indefinitely.
This is one reason why the renewed push to ram through a catastrophic amnesty is so hideously destructive. Any form of amnesty now would be a historic disaster. It would reward Joe Biden’s lawlessness, it would reward the criminal cartels, it would reward child traffickers, and it would reward everyone who has broken the laws of our nation. Additionally, it would result in massively more illegal aliens and drugs pouring into American communities.
While the amnesty push is temporarily on hold for the lame duck, history shows that the amnesty lobby will be back with a vengeance in the new year. Every Republican must understand that any so-called “immigration reform” that gives Biden more resources will simply translate to even more releases. Biden inherited a flawless deportation system and he turned it into a mass-release machine. The border can ONLY be secured by confronting Biden’s lawless and criminal misconduct—and stopping his illicit crusade to set loose millions of illegal aliens into the interior.
To this end, Congress must immediately take three crucial actions:
FIRST, Congress must pass a TOTAL and PERMANENT BAN on Joe Biden or any other president using taxpayer dollars to release illegal aliens into our country. The best place to do that is in a federal spending bill. That is why Republicans must do whatever it takes to prevent Mitch McConnell from passing his sellout Omnibus Bill.
Congress should also defund Joe Biden’s lawless ICE memorandum that gutted ICE and halted criminal enforcement.
SECOND, having established a federal prohibition on all releases of illegal aliens, Congress needs to make permanent ALL of my administration’s groundbreaking border security reforms that allowed us to achieve the most secure border in history and to rapidly deport anyone who trespassed across our border. My Title 42 policy must be legislatively restored and made permanent, making clear that it can be used in any circumstance the president deems necessary for border management. Likewise, Remain in Mexico, our Safe Third Country agreements, expedited removals, 212(f), and many other vital Trump policies must be enshrined in federal law.
This way, when I am president, and forever after, we will have every authority to secure the border—and when Open Borders radicals like Biden are in the White House, they will be prohibited by law from returning to catch-and-release.
THIRD, knowing just how willing Joe Biden and his deputies have been to violate and dismantle the laws of our nation, Congress must establish CRIMINAL PENALTIES for any senior official or political appointee who orders, aids, or abets the mass-release of illegal aliens into the United States. What these Open Borders extremists are doing to our country is criminal—and it should be punished as such.
In the meantime, as we brace for a wave of illegal mass migration the likes of which has never been seen before, our prayers are with the brave Border Agents and ICE officers who Biden has so viciously betrayed. We thank them for their service, and we stand with them as they fight to keep bloodthirsty criminals, savage gangs, sadistic drug cartels, child and women smugglers, and human traffickers out of our country.
