The four Brunson brothers have taken the Biden administration to court

Suing Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Mike Pence, and three hundred and eighty-five members of Congress for not investigating possible voter fraud in the 2020 election

They are basing their lawsuit on the oath of office that was taken by all of these individuals when they were sworn in, which includes “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” It remains to be seen whether or not SCOTUS will take this case.

It’s pretty clear that something fishy happened with the 2020 election. We know there were issues with voting machines switching votes from one candidate to another; we know there were issues with vote counting transparency; we know that many people had difficulty casting their ballots due to long lines at polling places and a lack of access to mail-in ballots, and we know that numerous instances of voter fraud have been reported across the country.
