This Court ruled in favor of transgenders in women's sports

Court Rules Boys Can Continue Dominating Girls Sports in Connecticut

The United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit ruled in favor of two biological male athletes who competed in girls sports when it dismissed claims brought against the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference by four female track runners Friday.

It just gets more insane. The liberal media is aligned with the LGBT agenda, so most headlines on this topic are phrased in such an acute, anti-female way that it’s a wonder that the whole country hasn’t turned against women entirely in favor of the handful of transgender athletes who compete in sports. But when a Judge doesn't know the biological differences between and man and a woman, we're in serious trouble.

The Court's reasoning: The court ruled that the plaintiffs’ complaint that they were denied opportunities to excel in their sport lacked standing since they had the opportunity to compete in championship meets throughout high school and, in some cases, bested the male athletes.

As Caitland Jenner has said, “I’ve said from the beginning, biological boys should not be playing in women’s sports. We need to protect women’s sports.” Men are at an astronomical physical advantage after their bodies go through puberty, which makes competing against women unfair and dangerous.
