I'm not seeing any progress. Low-income housing is important, but there are other things: For instance, cracked sidewalks, uneven curbs, things of that nature. It's 20 years since the paver stones were put in. Store fronts on Lake could use a good cleaning and painting. Everything is just so status quo.
Maybe we can find the truth about all the projects that have gone bust!
Vanilla Ice is not opening Ice House - too long for permitting and William Waters issues Gulf Stream - way too long for approval Cana - could not be successful because they lost all that time in permitting Monka's - could not be successful because of the lost time in permitting Carousel - etc El Diablo - etc Other store fronts in down town lake worth???? - ETC!!!
Both candidates have redeeming qualities. It's taken me years to get over the Atlanta Braves debacle in John Prince Park but a positive thing came out of it--The Braves went to Sarasota and our Facebook page, John Prince Park Preservation, is still ongoing. The Braves situation has long been over and so has my concern in that area as well as those commissioners who fought us at the time.
Resident could never ever get to talk to Mr bornstein it was always on available or in a meeting but if you ask for his calendar he had plenty open time he just did not want to talk to the public
Andy can take the mess we have in this city, and move it forward. Does he even know the about the rate increase in commercial electric and water? She is going to drive more and more businesses out of LW.
The dirtiest store front is our Lake Worth Theater by far. Take a look at the faded paint, cracked floor tiles, dirty windows and glass doors, chewing gum and cigarette butts everywhere.
This place should be polished like a jewel and it’s not and that’s sad. If one of the bars looked like that people would go bananas, where’s code enforcement! Sad!

Anybody but Betty!!!
Andy has my vote. He has proven the ability to move the city forward. She has proven to run the city ghetto.
When Andy was a commissioner, he did a hell of a lot for the city.

we NEED Andy!
Well, if we get Andy, maybe we can get Bornstein back. I thought he was a good manager. He was accessible. I don't even know who the manager is now.
Cana and El Diablo you can't blame on the Mayor. Cana was a boondoggle, and both of them were in the wrong demographic.
The city doesn't need far left Betty. She needs to be left behind. Betty is a bad choice.

For the person who attempted to post anonymously about a personal matter with Andy, you can post it if you use your name on Google.

Oh Lynn,
Saying Resch has redeeming qualities is like saying Biden has brain cells. You are stating your wish as facts.
