Next week the issue is set to be raised to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Rules Committee, reports The Daily Mail, which “will define how the SFPD is allowed to use its military-style weapons.”

Should SFPD’s request be granted, a device known as a PAN disruptor that fires shotgun shells could be attached the bomb robots, which would allow them to fire shotgun shells at suspects without placing a human operator in danger.

Deputies say Jason Figueroa Jr. was driving at a high speed east on 6th Avenue S.

At the same time, Pascual Pedro Juarez was driving west on 6th Avenue S.

According to the report, Juarez was about to make a left turn onto Sunset Drive when Figueroa Jr. struck the passenger side of Juarez's vehicle.

The area on 6th Avenue South at Sunset Drive is extremely dangerous for ingress and egress. The neighborhood has complained from early inception of the construction to no avail. Maybe now the county will do something about it.

Profits from the sale of energy would be directed to paying down debt owed to Chevron, rather than providing profits to PDVSA.

Tapper pointed out that Biden had previously said that the U.S. would “reassess” its relationship with the Saudis if they did not take responsibility for the murder, and yet here we are. Tapper also noted that Biden has been critical of other world leaders for not speaking out against human rights abuses, and yet he has been largely silent on this issue. It’s a fair point; if Biden is going to hold other world leaders accountable, he needs to be willing to do the same with our allies.

[patriotsbeacon.com] When a 9-year-old child started talking about the brownies being served during an end-of-the-year party at his New Jersey elementary school, it was considered racist by another student and the cops were called in to investigate.

The incident is apparently only one of many incidents in the past month in which police were called to schools in the Collingswood district over minor issues, sparking outrage from parents.

Parents are upset that incidents such as this could have easily been handled by the school and by no means warranted police attention.

The change of policy evidently stems from a May meeting between police, prosecutors, and district officials, in which the officials were urged to report any incidents, even those “as minor as a simple name-calling incident that the school would typically handle internally.”

One of the bigger stories over the weekend was the appointment of a special counsel to continue the Donald Trump investigations. Even people who have been critical of Trump defended the former president. Disgraceful.

These investigations against Trump have been going on since before Trump took office. They continued throughout his presidency, and are still going on today. After six years, we have yet to see any charges brought against Trump.

Now, since Trump announced for 2024, Merrick Garland is moving the investigation from the DOJ to a special counsel, Jack Smith.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) responded, “The Biden Department of Justice is thoroughly politicized and weaponized. “This is camouflage designed to set up the next step — which is the Biden Department of Justice intends to indict Donald Trump.”

There’s no reason to believe Jack Smith will be a fair arbiter while investigating Trump. The right move here was for the DOJ to put up or shut up on charging Trump. If they had the evidence, they were welcome to pull the trigger. If they didn’t have it, then there was no reason to appoint this special counsel unless the point is to engage in another fishing expedition. And what a coincidence that it will drag out well into the 2024 election season, right?

So why is it that multiple unusual occurrences in a nationwide election are ignored and voters are expected to just accept the results they are given?

A Georgia judge on Friday ruled that early voting in the state’s U.S. Senate runoff election between Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) and Republican Herschel Walker can take place on the Saturday two days after Thanksgiving.

The state’s election code requires counties to start early voting for runoff elections as soon as possible after a general or primary election and mandates when they can take place.

A lawsuit filed by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger claimed the statute used to identify valid days to hold runoff elections prohibited Saturday early voting for runoff elections immediately after a “public and legal holiday” on a Thursday or Friday—in this case, Thanksgiving.

Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright — with the Elections Integrity Unit — wrote a letter to the Maricopa County officials Saturday demanding an accounting for the widespread ballot tabulation and ballot printer problems seen during the general election on Nov. 8.

Among the most troubling issues raised in the letter directed to Thomas Liddy with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office was the apparent co-mingling of ballots in black duffle bags in at least one polling location, which were successfully run through the on-site tabulators with those put in “Door 3” to be sent to the Election Department’s downtown Phoenix tabulation center because they could not be read.

“The Elections Integrity Unit (“Unit”) of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office (“AGO”) has received hundreds of complaints since Election Day pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County,” Wright opened her letter.

In an announcement when he was still attorney general, his office said, “Attorney General Josh Shapiro today announced the arrest of Rasheen Crews, a Philadelphia political consultant, for charges related to forging signatures on nomination petitions to get his clients on the ballot for the 2019 Democratic primary races in Philadelphia.

Democrats succeeded by building an entire campaign against “election deniers” and claimed that election fraud never happens, especially in Philadelphia.

FBI Director 'Very Concerned' by Chinese 'Police Stations' in US

Well, I would guess so.

The United States is deeply concerned about the Chinese government setting up unauthorized "police stations" in U.S. cities to possibly pursue influence operations, FBI Director Christopher Wray told lawmakers Thursday.

Safeguard Defenders, a Europe-based human rights organization, published a report in September revealing the presence of dozens of Chinese police "service stations" in major cities around the world, including New York.

The FBI is investigating an unauthorized “police station” that China is running out of New York as part of a global network of such outposts, FBI Director Christopher Wray said on Thursday, vowing to put a stop to Beijing’s law enforcement activity in the United States. Speaking during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing, Wray said the FBI is “aware of the existence these stations.”

“I have to be careful about discussing our specific investigative work, but to me, it’s outrageous to think that the Chinese police would attempt to set up shop in New York, for example, without proper coordination,” the FBI director said. Republicans in Congress have requested answers from the Biden administration about their influence.

Does the Biden administration  have an answer? Republicans in the House sent a letter to the DOJ in October...no answer.

Speaking to the press outside the U.S. Capitol grounds, Schumer declared, "Now more than ever, we’re short of workers, we have a population that is not reproducing on its own with the same level that it used to."

I guess someone has the right to change his mind---LOL. Obama had much to do with it. It's all about the vote and bringing down America. In a speech in 2009, Chuck Schumer espoused views against illegal immigration that sound strikingly similar to what President Trump has said since 2015.

One of the first people to give public comment at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Nov. 16 was a poll worker who said she almost got escorted out of poll worker training for questioning why they couldn’t ask if someone was bringing in ballots for people other than themselves and their immediate family, which would be illegal under state law.

“I was told, ‘You may not ask. This is our policy. You may not ask,” she said. “I questioned that, and I was told I was being disruptive and almost escorted out of class.”
