Jack Smith targeted Senators and Tech companies linked to the Republican Party

Grassley: Biden’s DOJ Issued 197 Subpoenas Targeting Conservative Groups Like TPUSA

Subpoenas obtained through whistleblowers show wide-ranging surveillance of GOP official

WASHINGTON — Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed Wednesday that the FBI and former Special Counsel Jack Smith subpoenaed records on hundreds of Republican lawmakers, staffers, and conservative groups — including Turning Point USA and the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) — as part of a sweeping 2022 investigation known as “Arctic Frost.”

At a Capitol Hill press conference, Grassley announced that 197 subpoenas, recently made public, expose a Justice Department probe that extended far beyond its publicly stated scope. The documents show requests for information on over 430 individuals and entities — all reportedly linked to the Republican Party.

Among the organizations named were Turning Point USA and RAGA, along with current and former staff to President Donald Trump, such as Dan Scavino and Peter Navarro.

Video from Grassley’s briefing showed that subpoenas were issued to financial institutions and Apple, seeking communications and metadata tied to Trump and even the “January 6th Prison Choir.”

Trump’s Permian Basin gamble faces its biggest test

Oil executives spill the beans on what happens to prices in 2026

Biden nearly destroyed America’s energy independence.

Trump rescued it in record time.

And oil executives just revealed one stunning prediction about 2026 that changes everything. The heart of American oil country just delivered news nobody in Washington, D.C. saw coming.

Chevron CEO Mike Wirth sat down with FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo in the middle of the Permian Basin and dropped a truth bomb about where oil prices are headed. “We’re prepared for prices in ’26 to be lower than they were in ’25,” Wirth told Bartiromo without hesitation.

This isn’t some Wall Street analyst making predictions from a Manhattan office tower. Wirth runs operations in the Permian Basin, which now pumps 40% of America’s oil and will hit 70% by 2040. He sees 2026 as the “low point” before the market stabilizes and prices climb back.

Diamondback Energy CEO Kaes Van’t Hof backed him up with even more direct language. “Economics drive capital allocation decisions. Today, oil’s at $57 a barrel. I don’t think we’re necessarily high-fiving with that oil price,” Van’t Hof explained. Translation: $57 oil hurts.

The executives are betting everything that American energy can survive a brutal price war in 2026.

Trump and XI made a deal!

Trump, Xi Reach Deal to Cut Tariffs

President Trump announced “we have a deal” shortly after meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping Thursday in their first face-to-face since he returned to the White House.

“On the scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would say the meeting was a 12,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One after leaving the South Korean air base that hosted the nearly two-hour summit.

“We have a deal. Now, every year we will renegotiate the deal. But I think the deal will go on for a long time.”

Trump said that Xi agreed to pause for a period of one year Beijing’s new export restrictions on products made with rare-earth and critical minerals, which could have impacted the global supply of high-tech magnets, batteries and semiconductors.

The breakthrough averts Trump’s threatened 100% additional tariff on Chinese goods, which would have taken effect on Nov. 1 in protest of the export restrictions, which required companies to seek special permission for shipments. “There’s no roadblock at all on rare earth,” he said. “It’s a one-year deal that I think will be very routinely extended.”

Trump said Xi also agreed to a renewed crackdown on fentanyl exports and that the US in turn would reduce the 20% fentanyl tariff on Chinese goods to 10%, bringing the average tariff on Chinese goods from 57.6% to 47.6% — slightly lower than the 50% rate currently applied to Brazil and India.

Xi additionally committed to buy “tremendous amounts of soybeans” after halting purchases this year in retaliation for Trump’s fentanyl tariff.

Bondi lays down the law to Democrats

Attorney General Bondi cautions Democrats over threats to ICE agents

Attorney General Pam Bondi has fired a stern warning shot across the bow of prominent Democrats, including Rep. Nancy Pelosi, for threatening to arrest or expose Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers carrying out federal deportation laws.

As reported by Breitbart, Bondi, alongside other top federal officials, has made it clear that any interference with ICE agents, including disclosing their identities or personal information, could lead to arrests of those responsible.

This sharp response from the Department of Justice (DOJ) follows heated rhetoric from Pelosi and others who have openly challenged the enforcement of immigration policies mandated by Congress.

Trump's Meeting with Xi

Trump Caught on Hot Mic

President Donald Trump revealed new details about his summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping, telling officials at a diplomatic dinner in Seoul that their meeting is expected to last “three to four hours.”

The remarks came on a hot mic as Trump sat down for the meal hosted by South Korean President Lee Jae Myung.

Trump said he expects the talks to produce a “very, very satisfactory” outcome for both countries, adding, “I think it’s going to be a very good meeting. I look forward to it tomorrow morning (which is today and already concluded) when we meet.”

The meeting with Xi comes during the final leg of Trump’s five-day trip through Asia, which included stops in Japan and South Korea. The primary focus of his talks with President Lee will be trade and security.

Henry Haggard, former minister counselor for political affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, said Trump’s priority is securing a major trade agreement along with $350 billion in investments into the United States. He added that Trump is also expected to urge Lee to take a stronger stance against China and boost South Korea’s defense spending.

Lee, who leads a left-leaning government, has been cautious about deepening security ties with Washington for fear of retaliation from Beijing. Observers say the success of the meeting will depend largely on how effectively Lee can build a personal rapport with Trump.

When Gavin Newsom attacked President Trump’s privately funded $300 million White House ballroom as “bulldozing the people’s house,” he forgot about his own glass mansion in Sacramento.

California’s Capitol Annex “renovation” has ballooned from $543 million to $1.1 billion — all taxpayer money.

Newsom’s allies rewrote laws to dodge environmental rules, handed out no-bid contracts, and gagged 2,000 workers with NDAs.

While Trump’s project used private donations and followed preservation guidelines, Newsom’s team exempted itself from the very standards it enforces on everyone else.

His outrage rings hollow when his own billion-dollar boondoggle makes Trump’s ballroom look like a bargain. [Richard Luthmann]

National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program

Trump administration plans offshore oil lease expansion by 2026

The Trump administration is setting its sights on a bold energy push, aiming to auction new offshore oil drilling leases along untouched U.S. coastal regions by 2026.

As reported by Just the News, the Department of the Interior has drafted plans to open federal waters off New England, the Carolinas, and California to oil and gas exploration. These areas, long shielded from drilling, stand in contrast to active operations in the Gulf of Mexico and parts of Alaska.

Currently, the Atlantic coast hosts no active oil leases, and California hasn’t seen a new offshore lease since 1984. This proposal marks a significant shift, building on the recent reopening of 1.56 million acres in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge’s Coastal Plain for leasing, undoing Biden-era limits.

Critics might argue this prioritizes industry over ecology, but the counterpoint is clear: energy security and job creation can’t be ignored in a world of volatile global markets.

Tapping domestic resources could stabilize prices and reduce reliance on foreign oil, a pragmatic goal for many Americans.

This isn’t a call to ignore climate challenges, but a reminder that energy independence and economic stability are equally vital to national well-being.

Florida's Financial Health Report Card

Florida’s Financial Breakdown

The outcome was a $23.4 billion surplus, which breaks down to $2,900 per taxpayer.

Florida had $108.1 billion available to pay $84.7 billion worth of bills.

The data in this report is derived from Florida’s audited 2024 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and its retirement systems’ reports.

To explore prior years or compare financial, demographic, and economic data across other states and cities, visit Data-Z.org.

Temporary pandemic-related programs increased Florida’s federal funding starting in 2020, helping provide money to pay its bills. As these programs end and national fiscal pressures rise, federal grants and contributions may return to 2019 levels adjusted for inflation.

If that happens, Florida could lose $11.1 billion in federal funding, which is nearly 8 percent of estimated expenses for the state’s primary government. This shortfall could strain the state’s ability to maintain services, meet obligations, and balance its budget.

Although Florida had less money available in 2024 than the year before, it still ended the year with $23.4 billion more than needed to pay its bills. This resulted in a Taxpayer Surplus™ of $2,900 and earned the state a “B” grade from Truth in Accounting.

Florida’s money available to pay bills declined mainly because more funds became legally restricted for specific uses such as transportation, the Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, and Reemployment Assistance.

These funds support highways, public transit, storm-related insurance claims, and temporary unemployment relief. While vital, these restrictions reduce the resources available for other future obligations and priorities, limiting Florida’s financial flexibility despite serving important public needs.

Biden administration oversight lets alleged October 7 suspect work in Louisiana

Biden Open Border Policies allowed a lowlife into our country

Imagine a suspected terrorist, linked to one of the most horrific attacks in recent history, slipping into the U.S. undetected and flipping burgers in Louisiana.

As reported by The Daily Mail, Mahmoud Amin Ya'qub Al-Muhtadi, accused of participating in the deadly Hamas-led attacks on Israel on October 7, 2023, was arrested in Lafayette, Louisiana, facing serious federal charges for conspiring to support a terrorist organization and committing visa fraud.

That tragic day in 2023 saw 1,200 lives lost in Israel, with unimaginable horrors unfolding at places like Kfar Aza, a kibbutz where 62 residents were killed and 19 taken hostage.

By September 2024, he entered through Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, settled in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and even secured a driver’s license, all while under the radar of a supposedly vigilant immigration system.

Al-Muhtadi submitted a fraudulent U.S. visa application in June 2024 while in Cairo. He allegedly denied having paramilitary affiliations or engaging in terrorist activities on the application. He entered the United States in September 2024 and lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, before relocating to Lafayette, Louisiana.

Just days after arriving, a message warned him to avoid resistance contacts because he was “under surveillance for everything,” yet he still posted online with a handgun in early 2025, thumbing his nose at any notion of caution.

He was finally arrested on October 16, 2025.

Biden's Autopen Actions under Investigation

House Oversight: Biden's Executive Actions With Autopen 'Illegitimate'

The GOP-led House Oversight Committee on Tuesday called on the Justice Department to investigate every executive action taken during the Biden administration, saying it found evidence that some of former President Joe Biden's orders and clemency decisions may have been issued without his personal approval.

In a 91-page report released early Tuesday, the committee said its investigation found no record that Biden authorized several executive actions, including presidential pardons and commutations.

It further said his aides may have used the presidential autopen, a mechanical device that replicates signatures, to sign off on actions "without his knowledge."

"Because of this," the report said, "the Committee deems those actions taken through use of the autopen as void," and it "finds numerous executive actions, particularly clemency actions, taken during the Biden administration were illegitimate."

Democrats want expensive ObamaCare continued

Federal Workers Union Calls on Democrats to Support GOP Bill and End Shutdown

The union is the first major Democratic-aligned group to demand that Democrats support the GOP’s proposal of a ‘clean continuing resolution.’

A labor union representing U.S. government employees has called on Democrats in Congress to support a GOP-backed funding bill that would end the government shutdown.

The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), a union representing 820,000 employees, published a demand from its president, Everett Kelley, on its website on Oct. 27.

Kelley called on leaders of Congress to “reopen the government immediately under a clean continuing resolution that allows continued debate on larger issues.”

“Both political parties have made their point, and still there is no clear end in sight,” Kelley wrote of the shutdown, which appears to be based on a disagreement between Democrats and Republicans on reauthorizing Affordable Care Act (commonly known as Obamacare) health insurance subsidies.

Tyler Robinson, Charlie Kirk Murder Hearing

“How Judge Graf handled the request to remove the cameras was a litmus test for his commitment to transparency, and he passed with flying colors.”

“Had he wanted to remove the cameras from the courtroom, he had a golden opportunity to do so by accepting the joint position of the State and the defense that doing so was necessary to protect Mr. Robinson’s right to a fair trial.

Stipulated requests are easy to grant and rarely rejected. But when it comes to transparency, Judge Graf recognized that the parties aren’t the only ones with interests in stake; the visibility of the case affects not only the viewing public, but the integrity of the institution.”

A red menace is infecting America’s political bloodstream—and it’s wearing a Democratic badge.

The new socialist horde, once confined to college protests and Marxist study groups, now runs city halls and primary campaigns, promising “free everything” and delivering economic ruin.

They call capitalism slavery, demonize success, and weaponize envy. Their policies—$30 minimum wages, wealth seizures, and city-run stores—aren’t compassion; they’re slow-motion collapse. These self-proclaimed revolutionaries aren’t fighting injustice—they’re destroying prosperity, one policy at a time.

As the Democratic Party flirts with socialism, it’s not progress—it’s regression. The left’s utopia isn’t freedom. It’s poverty wrapped in moral theater. [Richard Luthmann]

The Free Stuff Wave - The Socialist Surge

A Red Tide Rising

"A red tide is creeping into America’s political bloodstream—and it’s not just a campus fever dream anymore.

Socialist candidates, once dismissed as radicals in dorm rooms and coffee shops, are storming Democratic primaries, city councils, and mayoral races, promising “free stuff” while comparing capitalism to slavery and corporate greed to the Holocaust.

From New York City’s stunning 2025 mayoral primary upset to Seattle’s tax wars, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and their allies are reshaping the Democratic Party—and steering it toward economic peril.

Their platforms—wealth taxes, city-run grocery stores, $30/hour minimum wages—sound noble until the math collapses.

Their rhetoric—emotional, moralistic, and historically reckless—distracts voters from the truth: someone has to pay for their utopia, and it won’t be the rich alone.

For conservatives, this is a wake-up call to fight smart.

For Democrats, it’s a dangerous flirtation with both electoral and economic suicide."

Lightfoot launches database to track ICE agents

In 2020 she had two words for Trump: Fu*k You

Lori Lightfoot made one dangerous move that just landed her in hot water with Pam Bondi

Lori Lightfoot humiliated herself in 2023 when she became the first Chicago Mayor in 40 years to lose re-election.

Voters rejected her disastrous leadership after violent crime exploded under her watch and businesses fled the city in droves.

Now she’s back with an even more reckless scheme.

Lightfoot announced she’s creating a nonprofit called the "ICE Accountability Project" to track and "unmask" federal immigration agents working in the Chicago area.

"We want to create a centralized archive of all the purported criminal actions of ICE and CBP agents," Lightfoot told Fox 32 Chicago.

During an appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime Thursday night, Bondi announced Lightfoot would be getting a letter Friday ordering her to preserve all documents related to the tracking scheme.

"This is the first time I’ve seen the Lori Lightfoot video," Bondi told Watters. "She will be getting a letter from us tomorrow to preserve anything she has done as well, to make sure that she’s not violating the law."

"It appears she is. You cannot disclose the identity of a federal agent – where they live, anything that could harm them," Bondi explained.

SCOTUS to reconsider Birthright Citizenship clause

Nearly all Republican AGs add firepower to Trump's birthright citizenship push

(Ashley Oliver, Fox News) — Attorneys general from 24 states filed an amicus brief on Friday in support of Trump's petitions for review on his executive order on birthright citizenship.

Trump is asking the court to allow his order, which would bar "babies born to mothers living in the country illegally or temporarily visiting" from receiving automatic citizenship, to take effect, according to Fox News.

The 24 states, led by Iowa’s Brenna Bird and Tennessee’s Jonathan Skrmetti, argued in an amicus brief that the 14th Amendment, which addresses birthright citizenship, was not designed to give automatic citizenship to babies born to mothers living in the country illegally or temporarily visiting.

The state attorneys wrote that they have a unique interest in seeing birthright citizenship limited because it incentivizes illegal immigration, which they said has negatively affected their states.

"Recent years have seen an influx of illegal aliens — over 9 million — overwhelming our nation’s infrastructure and its capacity to assimilate," they wrote, adding that their states therefore face "significant economic, health, and public-safety issues from policies holding out a ‘powerful incentive for illegal migration,’ … beyond what the Citizenship Clause requires."

That’s what he ought to do instead of testing missiles.”

• Zelensky calls for long-range missiles: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky praised Trump’s latest sanctions on Russia but told Axios that more pressure is needed, warning “if Putin doesn’t stop, we need something to stop him” and calling for the U.S. to supply Ukraine with long-range missiles to force Putin to make peace. A Call for Honest Democrat Leadership Amid Division

Fetterman stands firm against Democratic shutdown tactics

Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania has drawn a line in the sand against his own party's push for a government shutdown. His bold stance on FNC's "Hannity" this week signals a rare fracture in Democratic unity on a deeply divisive issue.

As reported by Breitbart, Fetterman openly criticized the shutdown strategy spearheaded by congressional Democrats. He made it clear he won't toe the party line just to avoid backlash, prioritizing honesty over political expediency.

This isn't a trivial disagreement; shutdowns disrupt lives, halt essential services, and leave vulnerable citizens in the lurch. Fetterman's refusal to play along challenges the narrative that such tactics are justifiable for political leverage, even if it costs him support among the Democratic base.

Fetterman didn’t stop at rejecting the shutdown; he labeled it outright wrong. "It’s wrong to shut our government down," he stated plainly, refusing to sugarcoat the damage these maneuvers inflict on everyday Americans.

His critique isn't just rhetoric; it’s a direct challenge to the progressive playbook that often justifies disruption as a means to an end. When leaders prioritize brinkmanship over governance, it's the public that pays the price, a reality Fetterman seems acutely aware of.

Dr. Naomi Wolf’s The Green/Red Revolution: The Zohran Chronicles, Part Three warns that radical Islam is being strategically fused with Marxist ideology to dismantle Western civilization from within.

Wolf contrasts moderate, ethical Islam—rooted in peace, justice, and humility—with the rising tide of militant fundamentalism now manipulated by globalist elites to achieve control where Big Pharma and the CCP failed.

Through political figures like Zohran Mamdani, she argues, this new “unholy alliance” seeks cultural conquest under the guise of progressivism, replacing civil dialogue and individual liberty with ideological subjugation and performative humiliation of the West’s democratic, Judeo-Christian heritage.

Conservative firebrand Ann Coulter appeared on The Mark Simone Show and delivered a reality check Democrats desperately needed to hear.

Accountability Comes Knocking in Georgia

Stacey Abrams’ Nonprofit Implodes Amid Corruption Scandal

After years of headlines, fundraising drives, and carefully polished “voting rights” messaging, Stacey Abrams’ nonprofit, the New Georgia Project, is finally shutting down. The group’s board released a self-congratulatory statement full of glowing language about “milestones” and “community engagement,” but the reality is less inspiring.

This wasn’t a nonprofit that ran out of mission—it ran out of excuses. For a decade, Abrams’ political machine operated in the gray area between activism and campaign work, using lofty slogans to mask some very questionable behavior.

The Georgia Senate wasn’t buying the PR spin, and their patience finally wore thin. Lawmakers opened a serious investigation into the New Georgia Project’s finances and campaign coordination, and it’s the same Senate panel also digging into Fulton County DA Fani Willis’ politically charged prosecution of President Donald Trump.

That overlap isn’t coincidence—it’s a sign that Georgia’s political watchdogs are starting to notice the same familiar fingerprints on a lot of “progressive” projects. The investigation zeroed in on potential campaign finance violations and questionable firings inside Abrams’ nonprofit, raising new doubts about what the group was really up to behind closed doors.

G-Block to Jail Block: 'Operation Unplugged' busts Lake Worth fentanyl dealers

LAKE WORTH, Fla. (CBS12) — A multi-agency sting dubbed "Operation Unplugged" dismantled a fentanyl pipeline linked to the Zoe Mafia Family, seizing enough drugs to kill thousands.

Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office's (PBSO) Narcotics Task Force say they identified the area of 9th Avenue and South G Street in the City of Lake Worth, also known as "G-Block," as a hub for the distribution of fentanyl, xylazine, crack cocaine, MDMA, bath salts, marijuana, and counterfeit prescription medication.

Due to the uptick in overdoses in the past five years, deputies say they created "Operation Unplugged" to dismantle the drug operation and arrest the drug dealers involved.

Fragile Peace Under Threat from Within Israel

Trump warns of ending US backing for Israel over West Bank annexation

Donald Trump has drawn a firm line in the sand, declaring that any move by Israel to annex the West Bank would sever all American support.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Trump, alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, staunchly opposes such a policy, while far-right factions in Israel's Knesset push for annexation to block Palestinian statehood.

This bold stance comes on the heels of a fragile ceasefire with Hamas, a deal Trump brokered to end a two-year war in Gaza. His administration, including Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, has reiterated that annexation would jeopardize the hard-won peace.

A symbolic vote in the Knesset, passing 25-24, endorsed West Bank annexation, a move Vance called a "very stupid political stunt" while in Israel.

Republicans, led by Johnson, are pushing for a temporary funding extension through late November, aiming to buy time for a broader fiscal agreement.

Democrats, however, are holding firm, demanding that any spending bill include an extension of enhanced Obamacare (they LOVE anything Obama) subsidies from the pandemic era, set to lapse soon.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projects that federal subsidies for those under 65 will continue to grow, reaching $1.6 trillion by 2032.

Major White House Renovations Through the Years

Images of the East Wing of the White House being pulled down to make way for an expansive new ballroom have sparked controversy in some quarters.

As some historians have noted, however, the $300 million ballroom will join a long line of renovations that, regardless of how they were received at the time of construction, eventually became cherished parts of the building’s facade.

“The South Portico, the North Portico, the East Wing, the West Wing, and the Truman Balcony all raised concerns at the time—but today, we can’t imagine the White House without these iconic elements,” the White House Historical Association said.

Here is how those elements came to be, over a long history of renovations, since the first cornerstone was laid over two centuries ago.

In basketball, stepping out of bounds costs you possession. In politics, some candidates think the lines don’t apply to them. As New York City lurches toward its next mayoral election, voters are getting a preview of what socialist leadership really looks like – and it’s not pretty.

The Big Apple finds itself in familiar territory: political chaos. Current Mayor Eric Adams has dropped out of the race, throwing his support behind former governor Andrew Cuomo.

Into this void steps Zohran Mamdani, the socialist Democratic nominee who’s somehow become the frontrunner in a city that once prided itself on law and order.

This is the same progressive politician who champions redistributing wealth, defunding police, and transforming NYC into a socialist dystopia.

But campaigns cost money, even socialist ones. And when you’re selling a message that most working New Yorkers don’t want to buy, you get creative. Or in Mamdani’s case – and this is rich – you just take what isn’t yours.

Lake Worth Beach Commission censures Commissioner McVoy

Summary-
At the October 21, 2025 meeting, Commissioner McVoy shouted out to a member of our public during public commentary that she was a Liar. She didn't lie about anything.

In an earlier commission meeting, he accused the rest of the commission of taking bribes--no proof but repeated something he had heard in the community he said.

His behavior was reprehensible and unprofessional for an elected official. As Commissioner Segrich said, public commentary is sacred. And a charge of pay-to-play was shocking based on ridiculous political rumors.

At the 4:34:41 mark, Commissioner Segrich made a motion to censure Commissioner McVoy.

A public censure is a public condemnation that involves the censured individual having to stand and listen as the resolution is read aloud, which is intended to be a source of embarrassment and shame. He had no shame and never apologized. The vote was 4/1 with McVoy dissenting.

Pritzker Defends murder rate

FOX Anchor Confronts Illinois Governor Over Murder Statistic He Denied

Pritzker is a Democrat, so can anyone expect less?

Fox News anchor Bret Baier pressed Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker on Wednesday over Chicago’s murder rate, challenging the governor’s claim that the city is not among the most dangerous in the country.

During the exclusive Fox News interview, Baier presented data showing Chicago at the top of the list of America’s most populous cities when ranked by murder rate. He asked, “Why does Chicago have the highest murder rate of all the big cities?”

Pritzker immediately disagreed, responding that “we are not in the top 30, in terms of our murder rate,” and went on to say that violent crime has dropped statewide over the past four years.

Baier then held up a graphic and pushed back. He said Chicago is “number one over Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, Los Angeles, New York, and San Diego,” directly contradicting the governor’s statement. Pritzker insisted Chicago’s murder rate has been reduced significantly, saying it “has been cut in half over the last four years, and every year, it’s gone down by double digits.”

The exchange grew tense as Baier clarified, “No, no, no, these are murders,” making it clear he was referring specifically to homicide data, not broader violent crime metrics. Pritzker tried to shift the focus, responding, “I’m explaining to you, our murder rate has been cut in half and –– very importantly Bret –– you gotta hear this: very importantly, we’ve been doing the things that are necessary to bring crime down.”

According to Wirepoints, an Illinois-based research group, Chicago recorded 573 murders in 2024 — the highest total of any major U.S. city that year.

Ever get that nagging feeling you’re being ruled by people you never even voted for? It’s not just a feeling; it’s the reality of modern Washington D.C. A silent war is being waged not by soldiers, but by bureaucrats with pens, churning out regulations and mandates designed to fundamentally change this country from the inside out, far from the prying eyes of the American people.

The previous administration perfected this covert crusade, transforming federal agencies into engines of radical social change. They set their sights on everything—our schools, our military, even our hospitals—in a relentless campaign to swap common sense for woke ideology. But there’s a limit to how far you can push Americans before they decide to push back, hard.

That’s the sound of the cavalry arriving. In a spectacular victory for all of us, a federal judge has slammed the brakes on one of the Biden administration’s most audacious power grabs. A radical rule designed to inject gender ideology into every doctor’s office in America has been officially tossed into the dustbin of history.

This brilliant ruling from Judge Louis Guirola Jr. wasn’t about feelings; it was about the law. [PatriotJournal]

Lake Worth's old Movie Theater

Why an 85-year old movie theatre is being revived in Lake Worth Beach

"Hollywood’s golden age will be coming to South Florida when the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County rolls out the red carpet for a film series at the now-shuttered Lake Theatre in Lake Worth Beach.

The Council is lighting up the silver screen with the Lake Theatre Revival Series celebrating the movie theatre’s 85th anniversary.

The theater, set in an Art Deco building designed by celebrated Florida architect Roy A. Benjamin, opened in 1940 and once seated up to a 1,000 guests, making it one of South Florida’s largest cinemas of its time.

The venue closed in 1974. The Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. Building was repurposed and has lived many lives since, said Nick Murray, the curator and programmer of the series. It currently serves as headquarters of the Council."

Mamdani the Communist who will completely destroy New York City

Hello, this is Victor Davis Hanson for The Daily Signal. Everybody in New York City is on edge because it looks like, for the first time in the modern era at least, Zohran Mamdani is going to be the mayor in our November election.

Now, what’s disturbing about it is he is an unapologetic socialist. He says he is a democratic socialist, but on occasions in the past, he has said things like, to be a real socialist, “you must acquire or take possessions of the means of production.” That’s right out of the communist playbook of Friedrich Engels. It’s essential to communism.

Anonymous donor gives $130 million to pay our military during Schumer Shutdown

Donor Gives $130 Million to Cover Shortfall in Troop Pay During Shutdown

Trump said the donor, who sent the check on Thursday, did not want to be named

“He called us the other day and he said, ‘I'd like to contribute any shortfall you have because of the Democrat shutdown. I’d like to contribute, personally, contribute any shortfall you have with the military, because I love the military and I love the country, and any shortfall, if there’s a shortfall, I’ll contribute it,’’’ Trump said during a roundtable meeting with his Cabinet.

Trump said the donor—a friend of his—sent the federal government a $130 million check on Thursday, but that the man doesn’t want to be named.

“He doesn’t really want the recognition, if you want to know the truth, but he gave us a check for $130 million, which was sort of a shortfall, and that’s going to go to the military,” the president said.

Deemed as essential, excepted federal workers are directed to continue working during any lapses in government funding. They work without pay during the shutdown and receive back pay only after the government is funded again.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) moved the bill forward on Oct. 21, setting up the vote on Oct. 23. The legislation failed in the Senate on Thursday, coming short of the 60 votes needed to advance in a 54–45 vote.

Bret Baier's interview with J.B. Pritzker

Bret Baier Drops Truth Bomb on Chicago’s Murder Crisis, Humiliates Lying Mayor

In a stunning and revealing moment on live television, the facade of the liberal media and its preferred politicians was brutally dismantled.

Governor J.B. Pritzker of Illinois, a prominent Democratic figure, thought he could step onto the FOX News set and disseminate his usual, fact-free talking points regarding the catastrophic crime wave his policies have helped foster in Chicago.

He was in for a severe and immediate reality check from a prepared and principled journalist, Brett Baier, who served the truth to the governor without apology. This was not the safe space of a CNN or MSNBC panel; this was a forum where accountability still exists.

Pritzker, attempting to deflect from his city’s abysmal record, embarked on a classic bloviating monologue completely untethered from the facts on the ground. He arrogantly presumed that the American people would simply accept his hollow reassurances.

The governor, with the typical condescension of the leftist elite, attempted to paint a picture of progress and safety that anyone with a newspaper subscription knows is a complete and utter fiction. He brazenly attempted to mislead the public, a tactic that has become the hallmark of the Democratic Party under the weak leadership of figures like Joe Biden.

Bernie defends the Nazi tatoo

Bernie Sanders Shocks Nation With Defense of Nazi Tattoo!

The sheer, unadulterated hypocrisy of the left-wing media and their allies in the Democratic Party has been exposed once again in a scandal that defies belief.

While they spent years fabricating stories and smearing conservatives with false accusations of racism and extremism, they are now openly rallying behind a candidate who proudly displayed the very iconography of history’s greatest evil.

The controversy centers on Graham Platner, a far-left Maine Senate candidate who, until recently, bore an actual Nazi symbol tattooed on his body.

This is not a matter of misinterpretation or a smear campaign; it is a factual, visual representation of hate that Platner chose to ink onto his skin.

Compounding this grotesque revelation are a history of racist, homophobic, and sexist comments he made on the internet forum Reddit, painting a picture of a man whose character is fundamentally at odds with the values he now falsely claims to represent.

But the Big Bern, a Jew, defends the indefensible and so do the silly Democrats but they can label all Republicans and our President a "Nazi."

Japan’s new Prime Minister, Sanae Takaichi, is poised to reshape global politics and strengthen ties with President Trump.

A staunch nationalist and conservative, Takaichi vows to restore Japan’s sovereignty, curb illegal immigration, and resist Chinese influence. Known as the political heir to the late Shinzo Abe, she brings decades of experience, from television to top cabinet positions.

Her unapologetic stance against globalism and her call for a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific” align perfectly with the MAGA movement’s agenda. With Trump’s return to power and Takaichi’s rise, the world may soon witness the birth of a formidable anti-China alliance. (Luthmann News)

Illegal Alien kills 3 in Semi-truck crash

Indian illegal alien': Driver of big rig that killed 3 in crash had been released under Biden

'Police say Singh was speeding and under the influence, never hitting his breaks'

The driver in a deadly big rig that killed three in a crash in California had been caught sneaking into the United States illegally in 2022, but then released under Joe Biden's open borders policies and practices.

A report from Fox News cites federal law enforcement sources in revealing that Jashanpreet Singh, 21, encountered Border Patrol agents in the El Centro Sector in California in March 2022.

Then he was released into the interior of the country, as per Biden's practices, pending an immigration hearing.

Online reports said the driver, now "suspected of killing three people in a DUI crash on the 10 freeway in Ontario, CA," was revealed to be "an Indian illegal alien."

He is in custody now in San Bernardino County, where Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on him.

Low standards: Secret Service agent who never passed fitness test moonlit as a 'plus-size model'

Previous director's DEI policies pushed for 30% recruitment of women by 2030, allowed overweight recruits

RealClearPolitics is sounding the alarm on the DEI and woke culture still plaguing the Secret Service.

According to RCP, Secret Service Chief Sean Curran's personnel decisions are raising eyebrows after he promoted one of former Director Kimberly Cheatle's staff members.

"Earlier this month, Curran also promoted disgraced former Director Kimberly Cheatle's chief of staff to one of eight division chiefs in charge of more than 3,000 people. Counter critics argue she's a respected, preeminent cybersecurity expert," RealClearPolitics reporter Susan Crabtree said.

Additionally, it was also revealed that one of the Secret Service agents was an overweight woman who also modeled plus-size clothing for plus-size apparel brand Eloquii.

"DEI policies during Cheatle's tenure pushed 30% recruitment of women by 2030; allowed overweight recruits; an agent to moonlight as a plus-size model trading on her law enforcement status; LGBTQ+ junkets to overseas conferences promoting 'trans-inclusive culture" + the lowering of physical training standards for transgender agents, rainbow badges, pins, daily online "cafe" chatrooms for Latino, Black, LGBTQ+ employees," Susan Crabtree said.

Yolanda Jones wants to slash the necks of Opponents

CNN Host Silent as Lawmaker Makes Chilling Threat to Republicans: ‘I’m From The Hood’

In a shocking display of the violent rhetoric that has come to define the modern Democratic Party, Texas State Representative Jolanda Jones went on CNN and threatened to slash the throats of her political opponents.

This incendiary outburst was met with zero pushback from CNN host Erin Burnett, highlighting the liberal media’s blatant complicity in promoting and normalizing dangerous language aimed at conservatives and supporters of President Donald J. Trump.

Representative Jones, who is running for a US House seat, explicitly tied her violent inclinations to her background, stating, “I’m from the hood, okay!? So when the bully comes like – if there are no rules you have to figure it out so Donald Trump has changed things.”

This attempt to justify physical violence by blaming the political climate under President Trump is not only reprehensible but a clear indicator of the moral decay festering within the left. Rather than advocating for civil discourse, Jones proudly promises to “get in the gutter.”

She continued to elaborate on her brutal philosophy, leaving no room for misinterpretation about her intentions toward those who disagree with her politically. “Because with poor people, all they want is for us to fight, so if you hit me in my face, I’m not gonna punch you back in your face I’m gonna go across your neck,” Jones declared.

The graphic nature of this threat—to slash “across your neck”—should be universally condemned, yet it was met with silence from the CNN anchor, revealing the network’s double standards.

Schumer confused about a free press and propaganda

Chuck Schumer says it should "frighten every American" when a presidential administration is shielded by the press

In a stunning display of profound detachment from reality, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has taken to the Senate floor to propagate a bizarre and baseless conspiracy theory, alleging that the Trump administration is being “shielded” by an overwhelmingly hostile press corps.

This delusional accusation stands as a testament to the left’s inability to comprehend a media landscape that is not universally fawning, and their visceral panic at the emergence of even a single conservative voice to challenge their narrative monopoly.

Schumer’s rambling remarks, steeped in the hyperbolic and fear-mongering language that has become the hallmark of the modern Democratic Party, attempted to paint a picture of an authoritarian crackdown.

He fearfully referenced the fact that “they’re getting some of their friends to take over some of our media companies,” a clear sign of the left’s terror at the prospect of a single platform not dedicated to the relentless persecution of President Donald J. Trump and his supporters.

The notion that a conservative acquisition of a media outlet constitutes a threat to democracy, while the monolithic, left-wing orientation of 99 percent of the press is considered the natural order, reveals the staggering hypocrisy at play.

He asked, “doesn’t that dramatically hurt the American people, when government is shielded and can do whatever it wants — and hurt as many people as it wants — because you don’t have a free press?”

Hunter Biden Talks About How Obama Had Him So Mad He 'Almost Jumped on Stage'

Hunter Biden was reportedly enraged after former President Barack Obama appeared to guide President Joe Biden offstage during a June 2024 fundraiser — a moment that quickly went viral.

Obama has to grab Biden and lead him off the stage by the hand at his fake plastic Hollywood celebrity fundraising event. Does Biden look like a guy in charge of anything? Full report here

The younger Biden said his father had simply been taking a moment to acknowledge the crowd. “I knew that that was going to be a meme,” he recalled. “That really, really, really, really pissed me off.”

The U.S. national debt reached $38 trillion amid a partial federal government that costs taxpayers $400 million daily to pay furloughed federal workers to stay home.

The U.S. Treasury Department’s official counter topped $38 trillion for the first time on Wednesday. The milestone comes about two months after reaching $37 trillion in mid-August.

Maya MacGuineas, president of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, said the situation was grim.

“While nominal gross federal debt may not be the most meaningful measure of our fiscal health, the rest of our fiscal situation is just as bleak,” she said. “Debt held by the public – economists’ preferred measure of debt – is already as large as our entire economy, beyond any point outside of a world war.” [gopusa]

2,050 jobs cut in Interior Department

Interior Department announces layoffs for over 2,000 workers

The Interior Department has dropped a significant bombshell, revealing plans to cut 2,050 jobs across its sprawling network of agencies.

According to Just the News, the department disclosed this move in a court filing on Monday to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, outlining layoffs that will impact 89 units or agencies.

Among the hardest hit are the Bureau of Land Management with 470 job cuts, the Fish and Wildlife Service losing 140 positions, and the National Park Service facing 270 reductions, with over 180 of those in key regions like the Southeast, Northeast, and Pacific West.

The department insists this isn’t a reaction to the federal government shutdown that began on Oct. 1 after Congress failed to pass a spending bill. Rachel Borra, the chief human resources officer, stated in the filing that the layoff plans “predated” the shutdown, aiming to distance the decision from current political gridlock.

On Wednesday, federal employee unions secured a temporary restraining order from the court to halt layoffs linked to OMB directives. Oc course.

Scott Jennings explains the Poop video

Scott Jennings leaves two CNN Democrats visibly flustered after defending Trump’s AI poop video

Kaitlan Collins pressed @ScottJenningsKY on what the “point” President Trump was trying to make — and Jennings hit back with an answer she couldn’t counter:

COLLINS: “Do you think it’s making a point, Scott?”

JENNINGS: “Well, yeah, he was making a point.”

COLLINS: “And what’s the point?”

JENNINGS: “Why shouldn’t the president use a made-up video to respond to a rally that has a MADE-UP REASON? I mean, it’s a nonexistent reason. We don’t have a monarchy in this country.

“We have a presidency won by Donald Trump, who won the popular vote, who won the Electoral College, who won all the swing states. We have a democracy. People voted, and they elected the president. And the only thing they’re mad about is that he is lawfully executing the office of the presidency and enforcing laws that have been on the books for a long time.

“So he made up a video, they made up a reason to have a rally, and I think it was kind of funny, to be honest with you.”

The look on their faces is priceless as Jennings lays this out.

CIA briefings contradicted reality on the ground

Trump’s peace deal negotiators just pulled back the curtain on something disturbing

The intelligence community has some explaining to do.

And Steve Witkoff just exposed one ugly truth about the CIA that has Trump fuming.

Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner achieved what presidents tried and failed to accomplish for decades – they got Hamas to agree to a ceasefire that freed the remaining hostages in Gaza.

But the two Trump negotiators revealed something shocking during their "60 Minutes" interview that aired Sunday.

While they were working behind the scenes with mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey – who all expressed confidence Hamas was ready to accept Trump’s peace deal – the CIA was telling them the exact opposite.

Shutdown Stalemate Fuels Funding Freeze

Trump halts $11 billion in Democratic city infrastructure funds over shutdown

The Trump administration has just pulled the plug on $11 billion in federal funds for infrastructure projects, primarily in Democrat-led cities, as the government shutdown drags on with no resolution in sight.

As reported by Fox News, the freeze, announced by Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought on Friday, targets projects in cities like New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Baltimore, with Vought squarely blaming Democrats for forcing this drastic step through their refusal to negotiate an end to the shutdown.

This move comes on the heels of an earlier freeze of nearly $18 billion for major New York City projects like the Hudson Tunnel and Second Avenue Subway, signaling a broader strategy to rethink federal spending priorities during the budget impasse that began on Oct. 1.

They are manchurian candidate clones grown in the DNC.AWFL.PMC.NPC.AI lab. Both position themselves as moderate moms, but are captured by the far left. Both are unable to define what a woman is or commit to banning men from girls’ bathrooms. Both regurgitate the same Kamala-style word salads. Both platforms are copy pasta: orange man bad, abortions good, sanctuary state, climate hysteria, protect LGBTQ+ trans kids. Both pushed masks, school closures, and jab mandates during COVID.

Both are former Congresswomen. Both have masters’ degrees. Both spent time in the military and CIA with suspicious stints at Islamic schools. Both were endorsed by Obama, who filmed videos for both of them wearing the same shirt in the same room. Both have taken donations from CCP-linked groups.

Ironically, Abigail was born in New Jersey while Mikie was born in Virginia. They could swap places tomorrow and nothing would be different. The DNC base will vote for Mikie Spanberger because of the (D) next to her name.

Republicans Jack Ciattarelli (NJ) and Winsome Earle-Sears (VA) can win if Republicans turn out for them the way they do for Trump."

President Donald Trump has just kicked off a jaw-dropping transformation at the White House with the demolition of the East Wing to make way for a massive presidential ballroom, as Deccan Chronicle reports.

This bold move, part of a $250 million renovation push, aims to modernize the historic East Wing and create a stunning 90,000-square-foot space for grand events and state visits.

The project, which has been a personal vision of Trump’s for over 15 years, marks the start of a significant overhaul of the White House grounds all while claiming zero burden on taxpayers through private funding and Trump himself.

James O’Keefe Uncovers New Massive Fraud

A sweeping undercover investigation has ignited controversy across the federal contracting world after journalist James O’Keefe released footage allegedly exposing a billion-dollar fraud within the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development Program.

The video, published Monday by O’Keefe Media Group and already viewed more than 2.3 million times, features Melayne Cromwell, a contract manager for ATI Government Solutions, describing how her firm uses its minority-owned status to secure lucrative no-bid contracts before passing most of the work to outside firms.

“I tell you pass-throughs are a great thing!” Cromwell says in the footage, adding that ATI completes only about 20 percent of each project — far below the 51 percent threshold required by federal rules.

DeSantis on cutting property taxes

Gov. Ron DeSantis speaks Wednesday at the Kravis Center’s Cohen Pavilion

"Gov. Ron DeSantis explained how he decided to slash local property taxes while tackling other hot-button topics in hourlong remarks Wednesday at the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach.

Why it matters: The governor made his remarks a day before a House committee released eight tax-cutting proposals, all taking aim at local property taxes, which generate $55 billion a year.

Zoom in: The governor, who is term-limited next year, honed in on relief for homesteaded properties, saying cities and counties can still collect full taxes on rental units, seasonal homes and commercial properties.

What he’s saying: “So people say, ‘Well, where are you going to get the money?’ Well, how come nobody asks, ‘Why can't government spend less money?’”

Yes, but: While he said about 70% of property taxes come from non-homesteaded properties, in Palm Beach County, non-homesteaded properties account for 59% of the tax base."

Appeals Court decision goes Trump's way

Federal Appeals Court Allows Trump’s National Guard Deployment in Oregon

A federal appeals court ruled on Oct. 20 that President Donald Trump may deploy National Guard troops to deal with violence directed against federal immigration facilities in Portland, Oregon, while the case works its way through the lower courts.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit voted 2–1 to stay an Oct. 4 order of District Judge Karin J. Immergut of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, who blocked a move by Trump to deploy members of the Oregon National Guard to Portland.

The panel, consisting of Circuit Judges Ryan Nelson, Bridget Bade, and Susan Graber, heard oral arguments in the case in San Francisco on Oct. 9.

“Defendants are likely to succeed on the merits of their appeal, and ... other stay factors weigh in their favor,” the panel stated in its new order. “We grant Defendants’ motion for a stay pending appeal.”

Appearing alongside U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, Kushner detailed how the pair helped mediate the deal between Israel and Hamas following their two-year conflict. Host Lesley Stahl said the two men relied less on traditional diplomatic tools and more on “the intensely personal techniques of real estate dealmakers,” including “dangling presidential promises, protections or punishments.”

Kushner told Stahl that, at its core, the negotiation was not complicated. “We wanted the hostages to come out. We wanted a real ceasefire that both sides would respect. We needed a way to bring humanitarian aid into the people,” he said. “And then we had to write all these complex words to deal with the 50 years of stupid word games that everyone in that region is so used to playing.”

He said both sides ultimately wanted the same outcome — peace — but needed help navigating the political language that had bogged down prior negotiations.

Stahl pressed Kushner and Witkoff about their extensive business ties to Middle Eastern countries and whether that presented conflicts of interest...typical of her. Kushner dismissed the criticism. “What people call conflicts of interest, Steve and I call experience and trusted relationships,” he said. “If Steve and I didn’t have these deep relationships, the deal we were able to get done — that freed these hostages — would not have occurred.”
