Oh, Dirty Szerdi, big mouth rude obnoxious Lepa, Sherry Schmidt a member of the secret ITN committee who tried to hand over our beach to Hudson Holdings? Great going LW as usual. I trust these people explicitly.
Some Questions That Should Be Answered Before the Bond Vote:
1. What is the estimated interest rate for the bonds? 2. What is the estimated total underwriting cost for the bonds? 3. What is the estimated bond counsel fees for the bonds? 4. What is the estimated total cost to be paid for the bonds over their life? 5. What is the estimated total principal and interest to be paid? 6. Are all bond costs to be paid out of bond proceeds, or will the City pay any bond costs from other sources of funds? 7. Has the city selected an underwriter for the bonds? 8. Has the city selected bond counsel for the bonds? 9. What other bond advisors and professionals have already been hired? 10. What is the estimated ??????? 11. What is the estimated??????? 12. What is the estimated ???????
Hey Scott, why didn't you appoint somebody from your district? Again, district one gets screwed over by our "representative" ! It's time to elect a REAL representative for district one ! Katie Mcgiveron

Great questions. Will we get any answers? I'd like to also know what Torcivia has charged the city to date.
Is Lepa getting a cut of the bond deal?
Another question that occurred to me?
Damn, I thought he was among the 5300 who got fired at Wells Fargo.
