Quote of the Day - Jessica Teutsch --just who is she?

Comment Up

"As a mother, my greatest role in life is to protect my child and raise her to be a great person of noble character. I cannot raise my child here if the City turns a blind eye to unethical behavior like that of Commissioner Ryan Maier. Please re-examine your code department and make decent people's concerns, like mine, a priority."

~ Jessica Teutsch [mailto:sophiasmommy71@me.com] who according to PAPA owns a property at
6705 EASTVIEW DR LAKE WORTH FL 33462 3911 which is in unincorporated Palm Beach County, Lantana, that has a Lake Worth address.   She might reside there as well. We have been told by several people she does NOT live in the City of Lake Worth.

I question her using the term "decent." I question her "great person of noble character" comment as that would suggest she is someone with wisdom, a quality consisting of compassion and honesty. I question why she has done what she did when she doesn't even live in the City of Lake Worth.  Who put her up to it?  Where are all of the facts? What about her precious "ethics?" How does she even know about a turtle living there?  Did she trespass on the property? Wouldn't it spook you out if you knew someone was unofficially on your property sneaking around. Did she even speak with Commissioner Maier, the person she has attacked? Did Code Enforcement even enter his premises or for that matter, have a legitimate right to even issue a code report against Maier based on Teutsch's complaint?  Isn't it this code officer who suggested that Hudson Holdings demolish the Gulfstream Hotel?   Did Code see any infraction at Maier's property? NO they did not.

Read about it... It makes you wonder who is spoon feeding the new PBPost reporter. Has he been drawn into the rapture of sleazy politics by some woman with no facts other than her missile mouth? Is this still America?

Jessica, that one. She sits in front of Starbucks smoking along with Karla Engel, a Szerdi supporter. The Post reporter is into yellow journalism. Writing his original article on some idiot who was used as a tool for Szerdi supporters. Disgusting. Code enforcement needs to understand their place and what's legal. Does the damn city want to be sued? Teutsch just bought a house. Does she have any equity in it? Any assets? What about it, Mr. Woods? Can't you control your people?

According to her Facebook page she's a gun nut who just moved to Florida from Maryland. She lives in Lantana, not Lake Worth. Probably won't be possible to raise her child into a noble person if she's teaching the child to be a nosy busybody tool of a poor loser. "If you ever lose a contest, honey, just smear your opponent publicly like Mr Szerdi does. It will make you feel sooooo much better about yourself". If she wants to set a good example for her unfortunate child, maybe she should start by not smoking. Hey Jessica don't blame Ryan Maier because you set a bad example for your poor kid. Why don't you try practicing what you preach you loser Yankee hypocrite tool. GTF out of Lake Worth and stay out. Think I'll drive by and inspect her house for code violations.

If Maier is not Guilty, let him let he inspector into his house, and clear this whole mess up.

That's NOT how it works in America. Why don't you move to North Korea?

According to a city resident". This is now the bar for a Post reporter to run a story which at this stage is more unsubstantiated rumor than fact ?The city resident referenced in the "story" is named Jessica Angeli-Teutsch and she lives in Floral Park, not Lake Worth. Her best bud is the new secretary of the Bryant Park neighborhood association. Both are still crying over the resounding defeat of Szerdi by Ryan in the last election. This was and is nothing but a political hit job. Maybe this reporter would love to print something " according to a city resident" about Andres Baltazar, otherwise known to the public as Commissioner Andy Amoroso. How about it, Kevin? Ready to dish the dirt ?

I'm sick and tired of people living in this city and not following the rules. If your property is a rental then get a rental license, if your property is a rental then you can't homestead it, etc. I have no idea if Maier broke the rules or not. But if he did then anyone is permitted to file a complaint.

But, putting all of that aside, this Commission promised us a revamped code dept. that would go after the worst properties, that would address serious blight and safety issues. So far, all I see is that Code is being used for petty politics. Maier should follow the rules, and in fact he should be held to a higher standard but let's take our meager resources in code and put them towards the real problems in the City.

You are assuming someone is guilty when nothing supports it. God, I hope I never get you on a jury.

I know many people who have roommates who pay rent. What about Wes(s)? Does his boyfriend pay him rent? My own damn cousin has a roommate who pays rent to live in his house. Half the damn city is occupied by renters some of whom are homesteaded.

So the message here is ,politicians can do what they want and the second a private citizen questions them, that citizen is put on public trial. I know Jessica. She is a good person and a great mother, she considers herself part of the community but, the message i think she will get from this is if you do not have a 33460 zip code stay out of the city. Attacking the person that files a complaint against anyone is a deversion tactic. She isn't an elected official but she is being held to a higher standard. I see a lot of people that don't know her jumping to say bad things about her stating why she reported him. Maybe you all should talk to her before judging her.

Lynn Anderson said...

NO--that's NOT how it works. She should have talked to Ryan before judging him.

This was all politics 10:22. Code never should have even taken her complaint and went further with it without knowing the facts. Is everyone f-ing stupid over there? i blame the city basically becasue we all know that there are a lot of dumbazz people living here. How would you like being treated like a criminal? Under this scenario, anyone can say anything about anyone and it's treated like gospel. In this case, it was from someone who doesn't even live here. What's her beef? I think we all know what it is. You all are the worst bunch of hypocrites this city ever has seen.

First of all sssssshhhhhhhh my husband is not supposed to know I am drinking Starbucks. Now I am going to hear his complaining about the costs and yadda yadda yadda :) I love that man :) And PS I do not smoke... I would be much thinner if I did.

Secondly leave the children out of this. If you have any issues with Jessica (who is one of my closest friends) then take it up with her directly. She is tough but super nice, genuine, and welcoming. That kid of hers is phenomenal in every sense of the word and should not be on the receiving end of any of your attacks. She is a child (and I cherish her).

There is an entire back story here that you do not know. Jessica is a very righteous person who is calling into question the role of code in our community. And good for her. Should we have code? Should we not? What is the department's role?

NO ONE should be vilified if they have genuine concern about a public safety issue. No one should be made to feel scared or intimidated to go to code with concerns. And no one should be accused of being a bad mother because of it.

Yes I supported John. Great guy. But I am a true believer that if it was not meant to be... it was not meant to be. He has a solid, quality life. He is still smiling. I am not bitter he lost. I am surprised he lost... but not bitter. :)
Life is good :)

BE WELL EVERYONE :), Karla Engel - Starbucks Addict since 2002 :(

It was your BFF who mentioned her children. So, just like in a court of law, it's now all fair game.

I certainly understand (I think) your loyalty to your BFF but she never should have allowed herself to be used in this manner. I do not believe for one second that Jessica Teutsch was questioning the role of code. What she did was use them for political purposes.

And what is the public safety issue? How is she even familiar with the property? Is it the turtle she doesn't like? Ryan isn't even in your NA, Karla.

essica Angeli-Teutsch Facebook

Scroll down to 3.29 where she changed her profile picture.
Is that her child skateboarding alone in the street?
Is she barefoot as well.

Child protective services should be called on this woman. Have the cops already been called to her place last May??? I guess she's too busy hanging with the NAPC's political hit squad to properly take care of her kids. It's really sad the way some kids have to suffer.

Why would someone from outside the City file a code complaint? That does seem weird, if you don't live here (maybe she works here?) why would you file a complaint except for political purposes.

The answer to that question 12:58 above is that there are a lot of mean people in LW. You see the SOB's every election. Awful people.
