How to stop the sprawl:
- "Embrace a sense of urgency
- Identify what lands and waters must be preserved and do something about it.
- Build better and differently
- Foster the magic of dialogue"

In an e-mail I received from Joe Florio from northern Florida, he said, “…these guys will build until there isn't anything left to build on, and then they will build on top of everything they have already built... build going straight up. They will never be satisfied with the growth approvals they get every year; it seems they can always think of more reasons to build, even though we don't need more and our quality of life, and our existing home values are going down. They really don't care do they?”
