Ford Motor Company still setting up operations in Mexico
HOWEVER...this only involves the Lincoln SUV production.
In spite of Trump's scathing criticism of Ford moving small car production to Mexico, it still is going forward with its investment of $2.5 billion to build two new plants there which will add 3,800 jobs in all. Earlier this year, Ford said it will invest a further $1.6 billion in Mexico for small-car production to start in 2018.
Keep tuned. We'll see if Ford is making a good investment in a foreign country all for cheap labor.
