these are the same owners and real estate agent who are bringing in a sober home HQ to the middle of our downtown. You know when corporate is moving into town that they have big plans and lots of sober homes ready to go in lake worth. This sober home situation is exactly the same as the pill mill clinic fiasco of a few years ago. remember those??

Yea and the reason they will be able to open a lot more sober homes is because there's been a group of people for the last 10-15 years that have been trying to keep Lake Worth a dump and poor. They succeeded to an extent and this is their legacy. You are so "in the know" lynn why don't you list those people. You can start with your best commission ever and your best city manager ever. Include yourself as you support the local socialist politicians every election.

LOL at 9:23...sounds like a Wes comment.
The only people keeping this city a dump are your friends in power. The city is worse over the last 5 years.

Anonymous @ 9:23 sure sounds like a developer with anger management issues and no logical information processing in his respective cranial vault. Is this amount of anger and animosity really called for when we have a majority commission that caters to all the development interests??

anony at 9:23, do you have something against honesty? There may be a few socialists in this town but at least they're honest.

Politics aside! this is sad- I love that place! Warm shaving cream and straight razor. I hope thy don't leave. I think the hipsters awaiting the opening of the Beer joint next door would think its the best.

lynn you keep mentioning owners of sober home----a name please---who is the owner

they raided sober homes in delray because of insurance fraud-----thats why they want to put them all over --they don't care about anything but the cash-----in a sober home on federal and lucerne---drug addicts were selling steroids out of the sober home

@7:40--who is the owner of what? I have never mentioned who owns sober homes other than the one down on South Federal Highway where someone overdosed and died. In fact, I have no idea where the many sober homes even exist. It is a complete secret as they don't have to register. I have not given out names. But I think it a good idea for someone to investigate, if at all possible, and reveal that information.

well lynn --you have to name names--othewise is all bs--who are these people ---we know but you have a responsibility to do you job at the best of your ability

What in the heck are you talking about, anonymous @9:49? There is no way that the city can even tell us who all the owners are of sober homes. Are you joking or just full of you normal bull chit? Just read the blog and contact your elected officials if you want that. See if they can answer it, which they can't.
