While Democrats continue to complain about Rick Scott and his "lack of spending" on various issues they deem important, they continually pick the budget apart such as on education. They much prefer the "flipper" Crist who has flipped on just about everything. In reality the budget consists of $2 billion to the Florida college system, $4.4 billion to the State university system, $160 million to private colleges, $18.9 billion for public schools, $76 million for student financial aid and more. The Democrats complain about Medicaid expansion even though Gov Scott supported it through Obamacare. Florida's budget is at the highest it has ever been. The Florida Senate voted in favor of House Bill 5001, Florida’s 2014-2015 balanced budget which will now go to Rick Scott to sign.
