If you thought The View was just a roundtable of out-of-touch talking heads, think again. It’s quickly becoming Law & Order: Daytime Dysfunction Unit.
From Alyssa Farah Griffin’s alleged witness tampering to Sonny Hostin’s on-air legal “clarifications” (read: backpedals), it’s clear this crew of clucking hens couldn’t find a moral compass with GPS assistance.
You’d think the so-called “Republican” on The View would at least know how to stay out of legal hot water. Not Alyssa Farah Griffin. According to a damning report from House Oversight Chairman Barry Loudermilk, Griffin served as the go-between for Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson, the J6 Committee’s “star witness” (and, coincidentally, the source of the wild “Trump lunged at the driver” story that even the Secret Service refuted).

Report confirms Trump ordered military assets to Capitol on January 6
New Report Claims Trump Ordered Military Protection for Capitol Before January 6
This is nothing new to me--we all knew it
"A bombshell revelation about former President Donald Trump's actions leading up to the January 6 Capitol incident has emerged as he prepares to return to the White House.According to The Western Journal, a new report indicates that Trump explicitly ordered then-Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller to deploy military assets to ensure safety during the January 6 certification, but Miller allegedly defied these orders.
The report, titled "On the Failures and Politicization of the January 6 Select Committee," cites transcripts from Department of Defense Inspector General interviews that paint a drastically different picture from the narrative promoted by the Democratic-led January 6 committee.
These documents suggest that Miller's decision to ignore Trump's directive may have contributed to the security failures that day. Former Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley admitted to investigators that he deliberately chose to disregard Trump's directive, stating:
There was absolutely — there is absolutely no way I was putting U.S. Military forces at the Capitol.Read about it...

Trump’s Health Pick RFK Jr. Starts Capitol Hill Meetings with GOP Senators
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., selected by President-elect Donald Trump as his choice for Health and Human Services secretary, has begun a series of meetings with Republican senators on Capitol Hill.Kennedy’s nomination is already facing scrutiny, particularly over his controversial anti-vaccine views, stance on abortion, and proposed changes to the healthcare system.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. began meeting with over two dozen Republican senators this week as part of his nomination process for health and human services secretary, amid concerns over his views on vaccines, abortion, and healthcare reform.
Kennedy, an environmental lawyer and activist, began his Capitol Hill visits on Monday, engaging with key Republican figures, including Senate Majority Leader John Thune of South Dakota, Majority Whip John Barrasso of Wyoming, and the soon-to-be Finance Committee Chair Mike Crapo of Idaho. These meetings are crucial as the Finance Committee, which Crapo will head, will play a central role in approving or rejecting Kennedy’s nomination.
Kennedy’s meetings are not just about policy but also about building relationships with Senate Republicans who will have to confirm him. The senator’s interactions with figures such as Crapo, Barrasso, and Thune will be pivotal in the coming days as they weigh whether to support Kennedy’s nomination.

"I think the Pentagon absolutely knows, but they’re full of crap"
Marjorie Taylor Greene issued a dire warning about this scary mystery in the skies
Something strange is happening in the night skies across the country. No one is quite sure what’s happening. And Marjorie Taylor Greene issued a dire warning about this scary mystery in the skies.
The sightings expanded across the East Coast and even as far as California. No one is sure who is operating the drones or where they come from.
The FBI told Congress that they didn’t know who was behind them. Frustrated local politicians in New Jersey say that they haven’t been able to get any answers.
Representative Jeff Drew (R-NJ) claimed that the drones were being deployed from an “Iranian mothership” located off the East Coast.
The government is providing no answers about this now-nightly mystery in the skies.
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) ripped the government for hiding the truth about the mysterious drones on social media.
“I’m going to call it total bulls*** that no one knows what these are,” Greene said in a video. “They can track down a guy that just killed a CEO, but they can’t identify what nightly drones are and where they’re coming from.”

Florida files additional attempted murder charges against Ryan Routh
State of Florida announces new charges against Ryan Routh
The state of Florida is filing new charges against the man accused of attempting to assassinate President-elect Donald Trump earlier this year in Palm Beach County.Attorney General Ashley Moody was in Martin County on Wednesday to announce additional attempted murder charges against Ryan Routh.
Following the second assassination attempt against Trump this year, Routh fled north on Interstate 95 toward Martin County.
Just two days after the assassination attempt in Palm Beach County, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed an executive order on Sept. 17 to launch a state-level investigation.
In October, the state of Florida filed a lawsuit to stop the U.S. Department of Justice from blocking a state investigation into the second assassination attempt on Trump.
The feds have stonewalled Florida’s investigation of the Trump assassination attempt at every turn, and I appreciate AG Ashley Moody and her team for plowing forward despite such resistance.

"President-elect Donald Trump excoriated a bipartisan government funding bill Wednesday afternoon, throwing the stopgap measure into chaos just as leaders of both parties were hoping to pass it.
The joint statement by Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance left Republican leaders scrambling to come up with a new plan in the House, where Trump wields significant influence. A top GOP lawmaker later said the bill text, released just a day earlier, had been scrapped."

Diversity Officers being hired by Biden
Feds Look to Hire Up to 1,200 New DEI Bureaucrats Before Trump Takes Office
The federal government is currently in the process of hiring as many as 1,200 employees to work on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) — employees who would be embedded into the permanent federal workforce headed into the Trump administration, according to a Daily Wire analysis of federal job opportunities. The jobs have annual salaries of up to $310,000, and could add up to total salary payouts of $160 million a year. Thirty-three DEI jobs were posted in the 10 days immediately following the election of Donald Trump, and the hiring window closes before he takes office.
The bureaucracy is scrambling to fill even high-level jobs, just underneath the ranks of “political appointees,” before the Trump administration takes over.

Vindictiveness of Biden Administration
Biden interested in settling political scores instead of solving real problems.
Connor Boyak says, "Sometimes I read the news and feel like I’m watching a schoolyard spat instead of the actions of the most powerful government in the world.Case in point: the Biden administration’s decision to sell off border wall materials for as little as $5 per section.
How charitable of them.
Except, of course, these materials were already paid for with taxpayer dollars—your dollars.
Everyone (especially the current president) knows that the incoming administration plans to build the wall. That means that taxpayers will get hit again to purchase new materials, likely at double the cost thanks to inflation.
(Thanks Federal Reserve. You’re the worst.)
Anyway…
This isn’t governing. It’s petty childishness.
Actually, scratch that—calling it childish is offensive to kids."
The Biden admin is auctioning off unused border wall materials for pennies on the dollar—treating our national security as if it’s a yard sale. "This isn’t just a fight against the incoming president—it’s a fight against the American people," said Dan Patrick.

Democrats wasting a lot of time
You have to wonder how these people get elected
It never ceases to amaze how many elected officials seem to have skipped the day in civics class when they covered the Constitution—you know, the foundational document they swore an oath to uphold.Once again, here come the Democrats, filing a bill and pushing yet another half-baked scheme to “restore democracy” by abolishing the Electoral College. It’s the same tired mantra, and it’s just as misguided—and unconstitutional—as ever.
First, let’s start with some facts that Senate Democrats appear oblivious to. Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution spells it out as clearly as it can be spelled:
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors…”In other words, we don’t have a direct popular vote for president. Never have. Instead, the states—sovereign entities in our federal system—hold elections to choose electors, and those electors meet to vote for the President of the United States.
This system, known as the Electoral College, is both brilliant and necessary because it ensures every state—not just New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago—has a voice in choosing the president.

The Founders understood that pure democracy—the unchecked rule of the majority—is just a fast track to mob rule. Democrats really need to read the Constitution and understand the procedure.

January 6 Investigation
The two worst Reprobates
Army secretary, Pentagon stymied National Guard on Jan. 6
Inspector general covered it up, report says
"Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight says top members of Jan. 6 Select Committee should face investigation. The Pentagon dismissed an order from President Donald J. Trump to use the National Guard to ensure safety on Jan. 6, intentionally delayed Guard deployment for hours, lied about it to congressional leaders, and used its own inspector general to cover it all up, a U.S. House report concludes.
After a two-year investigation, the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight put the blame for failure to get National Guard troops to the U.S. Capitol on former Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy, two Pentagon Army generals, and Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller."
I have to wonder why investigations take so damn long. Here is the reason:
“Over the past 24 months of this investigation, my subcommittee staff have faced incredible obstacles in pursuit of the truth; missing and deleted documents, hidden evidence, unaccounted-for video footage, and uncooperative bureaucrats,” said U.S. Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), chairman of the subcommittee.Read more...

Cutting a deal with Big Pharma before Trump takes office
Congress is pushing a last-minute and massive health reform bill
This cuts a deal with pharma to raise drug costs for patients.
It would be a disaster for the country and for President Trump.Specifically, Big Pharma is pressuring Congress to ram through a massive pharma bailout that will take more than $50 billion from taxpayers to give to pharma—right before Trump takes office. Big Pharma calls this bailout “delinking” – and it’s pharma’s tool to raise prices on patients.
- This bill will be a massive price hike for drugs that patients will blame on President Trump. That’s why pharma is working with Democrats to pass it.
- This bill undermines President Trump’s commitment to take on Big Pharma – when pharma gets the windfall, Trump will be blamed.
- This bill was a top priority of Kamala Harris and Mark Cuban – she campaigned on it and would get a massive consolation prize despite losing. This is the last thing conservatives should do.
See why conservatives are sounding the alarm
Kamala Harris’ campaign was the epitome of failure
Kamala Harris just got slapped with this one massive blow that will put her future career on the line
The former Democrat candidate for President is facing a potential career-ending probe following this one decision by a Wisconsin judge
Voters made it extremely clear that they did not trust Kamala Harris on Election Day.That isn’t stopping the Vice President from setting up for her future plans.
But Kamala Harris just got slapped with this one massive blow that will put her future career on the line.
Kamala Harris’ campaign completely fell apart at every turn and corner of the campaign trail.
People only attended her rallies in order to enjoy free concerts hosted by her campaign.
And every time she sat down for an interview, she exposed herself to the country by having no idea what she even stood for, or what she planned to do.
Republican consultant Mark Block, alongside lawyers working on behalf of the America First Policy Institute, have taken a course of legal action against the far-Left fundraising platform, ActBlue. And a Judge agrees with the lawsuit.

U.S. Census Bureau counting Illegals
The US Census Bureau is adding refugees to its immigrant count
The U.S. Census Bureau is changing how it counts international migration in its annual population estimatesThe percentage of U.S. residents who were foreign born rose to its highest level in more than a century in 2023. It could be even higher under the new methodology. Census Bureau officials wouldn't say Monday how much larger they expected the immigration figures to be in Thursday's release because of the change.
The bureau's annual calculation of how many migrants entered the United States in the 2020s has been much lower than the numbers cited by other federal agencies, such as the Congressional Budget Office.
The Census Bureau estimated 1.1 million immigrants entered the United States in 2023, while the Congressional Budget Office's estimate was 3.3 million people.

Will Lake Worth Beach Save our beach?
Will protesters try to block trucks from using LWB’s public beach?
City commissioners raise possibility to Palm Beach in latest sand fight
"IF THE TOWN of Palm Beach tries to drive truckloads of sand down the middle of Lake Worth Beach’s popular public beach in January, don’t be surprised if throngs of protesters form a human barrier block the convoy. That was the stark warning issued to town officials Tuesday night from city commissioners reacting to emails from angry city residents opposed to the town’s latest strategy to use the city’s public beach for a beach renourishment project.
On Dec. 3, city commissioners voted 4-1 to allow the town to access the south end of the city beach because they weren’t aware of the 2009 prohibition, which was never codified in the city charter when voters passed the referendum. When reminded of the charter violation nine days later by former city commissioner Cara Jennings, the city attorney said the Dec. 3 vote was moot.
When the city told Palm Beach officials they could not grant access to town trucks, the town countered by citing the 1935 state law, setting up a tense discussion Tuesday night at City Hall between city commissioners and Strayer. Palm Beach Mayor Danielle Moore also attended the meeting."

Palm Beach is determined to run trucks down and back through our beach to deliver sand in the month of January before turtle season. Our residents spoke out last night--and one was former commissioner Cara Jennings who originally brought forth the 2009 vote of the residents disallowing this.
Residents last night were furious about it, and rightfully so. Some speaking were environmentalist Jill Karlin and dive expert Dan volker indicating SEVERE DESTRUCTION OF THE MARINE LIFE OF HORSESHOE REEF could/will be destroyed by this action. Others condemned our own commission for voting for this on December 3 and pointed out that Commissioner McVoy was the only one voting "no" and looking after our interests.
The beach discussion started about one hour into this very long meeting-

American Immigration Council senior fellow, Reichlin-Melnick, has argued that Trump’s plan to deport illegal aliens would be devastating to the economy by robbing certain industries like agriculture, construction, and hospitality.
U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) grilled him about his support for flooding the job market with illegal aliens during the hearing.
“Why would you want American citizens and those who are here lawfully to have to compete against illegal immigrants who by the way are not always paid minimum wage, who are not given the federally mandated benefits precisely because they are here illegally,” Hawley said.
Hawley pointed out that illegal aliens help drive down wages for Americans and keep them from getting jobs in sectors like construction and hospitality.

SAVE OUR BEACH - Message from Commissioner McVoy
Dear Lake Worth Resident,
If the idea of the Town of Palm Beach driving trucks up and down the length of our beach (yes, North to South and back again) sounds awful to you, then please come to City Hall tonight, Tuesday Dec 17. The Town of Palm Beach and your own Commissioners need to hear clearly from you.
I was the lone Nay vote protecting our beach on December 3, so your [loud] voice is needed at City Hall. I apologize for the short notice; the item was only placed back on the agenda yesterday (Monday) afternoon.
Background:
The Town of Palm Beach wants to do a “beach nourishment” project to increase the height of dunes in front of/east of the town of South Palm Beach. To do so, they need to truck sand from Phipps Park down to South Palm Beach. The obvious route would be down A1A, then east between the South Palm condominiums, and then east onto the beach in front of those condominiums.
According to the Town of Palm Beach’s City Manager, the condominiums didn’t like the idea of truck traffic between them, so the Town of Palm Beach figured they would instead just use our beach as a highway. The Town knew that our Charter actually prohibits driving across our beach, so the Town said, aha, Lake Worth doesn’t actually own their whole beach; because the Town owns a 10 foot wide N-S strip above the mean high tide mark, so we’ll just drive up and down that strip. And our Mayor knew about this since February (attached letter). There’s a bit more to the story, but that’s the essence.
This is not a done deal—your voices will make the difference. We do not have to roll over and let Palm Beach drive their trucks on our beach. Come to City Hall tonight Tuesday Dec 17 and tell our Commission to stand firm in saying No! and to tell the Town to go back to South Palm Beach. Tell them that trucks driving between bathers and swimmers would clearly be a safety hazard, so the city manager should use his authority to prohibit the driving. The project benefits the South Palm Beach dune, so let South Palm Beach deal with the inconvenience. Don’t force it on Lake Worth.
Thank you for speaking out for your beach,
Commissioner Christopher McVoy

Town of Palm Beach - Beach Nourishment - Unfinished business
AGENDA DATE: December 17, 2024 DEPARTMENT: City Manager’s office
TITLE: Town of Palm Beach - Beach NourishmentBACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION:
At the December 3, 2024 Commission meeting under New Business, an interlocal agreement with the Town of Palm Beach was approved 4-1 that would allow the Town to utilize the south property line of the beach for nourishment purposes south of Lake Worth Beach.
On December 9, 2024, staff received word that this had been a ballot issue during the November 3, 2009 election. Upon receiving this information, the Clerk confirmed that this initiative passed on the November 3, 2009 ballot (1,971 For / 725 Against).
Unfortunately, the person who held the Clerk position back in 2009 never submitted the results for codification and it never made it into the City Charter (that situation is being rectified). With no current managerial staff being employed by the City back then in conjunction with no mention of the ballot result in the Charter, there was no way to know this history unless you were here at the time.
Upon receipt of this information, however, on December 10, 2024, staff notified the Town of Palm Beach of the 2009 ballot results and that the City would be unable to allow them beach access along the southern property line.
On December 12, 2024, the City received information from the Town of Palm Beach regarding Senate Bill No. 837 and House Bill No. 1124 from 1935 – both of which discuss a 10’ strip of land from the mean high-water line that moves 10’ to the west.
Per the Town, this strip is incorporated Town of Palm Beach and listed in their Charter as part of their corporate limits. In short, the Town is now proposing to utilize this 10’ strip of beach for trucks to haul sand down the entire Lake Worth Beach beachfront from north to south, which would include driving under the William O. Lockhart Pier.

America unleashed MAGA, Donna
Liberal Media Exposed in Desperate Tactics to Undermine Trump
During an ABC panel on Sunday, political strategist and former DNC Chair Donna Brazile falsely argued that President-elect Donald Trump’s base, Make America Great Again (MAGA), was pressuring senators to support his unconventional cabinet picks. However, former RNC Chairman Reince Priebus quickly stepped in to set the record straight.“They didn’t unleash MAGA. America unleashed MAGA,” Priebus stated, highlighting the fact that Trump won in several key states, including with voters from diverse backgrounds. “MAGA is here because it has been accepted by the American people.”
Donna Brazile, you know the dishonest cheater who gave the debate questions to Hillary, continued to push back, claiming that millions of Americans do not support MAGA and that the Senate has a “constitutional responsibility” to vet cabinet nominees.
But Priebus defended Trump’s picks, stating that Republicans are fine with the smears and threats against each other during the process.
“It’s their own people. It’s their own family,” Priebus asserted.

NBC Reporter asked Trump a dumb question
Meet The Press Just Asked Trump The Dumbest Question Yet!!!
President-elect Donald Trump faced tough questioning from NBC News host Kristen Welker who reports on breaking news events during a Friday interview on “Meet the Press.” The interview, which aired on Sunday, saw Welker pressing Trump on his plans for the FBI and its current director, Christopher Wray. The president-elect has nominated Kash Patel, a loyalist and defender of Trump, to take over Wray’s position. Welker wasted no time in asking Trump about the future of Wray and whether he plans to fire him.
Trump responded by stating, “Well, I can’t say I’m thrilled with him. He invaded my home – I’m suing the country over it. He invaded Mar-a-Lago.” Trump was referencing a 2022 FBI raid on his Florida estate in connection with allegations of mishandling classified documents.
When Welker brought up Wray’s performance as FBI director, Trump responded with even more criticism. “I’m very unhappy with the things he’s done and crime is at an all-time high. Migrants are pouring into the country that are from prisons and from mental institutions,” he said.

Jury sides with Daniel Penny, not Alvin Bragg
New York City jury sides with Daniel Penny
In May 2023, former marine Daniel Penny and his fellow subway riders nearly became the next victims of a horrible crime after career criminal Jordan Neely threatened to hurt them.A clearly disturbed Neely made continued threats to the people around him that forced Daniel Penny to take action, putting Neely in a chokehold until they arrived at the next station. However, given Jordan Neely’s crippling drug addiction and poor health, the career criminal died on the scene.
Rather than siding with the marine, New York’s woke District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Penny with one count of second-degree manslaughter and one count of criminally negligent homicide.
In New York City, second-degree manslaughter carries a maximum sentence of 15 years while criminally negligent homicide carries a maximum sentence of four years. However, a New York City jury found Daniel Penny not guilty of the crime of criminally negligent homicide. This comes after the judge in this case tossed out the higher charge of second-degree murder due to a hung jury.

In an interview on CNN's "The Situation Room With Wolf Blitzer," Secretary Mayorkas tried to allay fears over the mysterious drones observed in New Jersey’s airspace. He emphasized that these drones, which any consumer can purchase, do not currently pose a security threat.
According to witness Lauren Noeth, the entire town of Morristown is on edge due to these sightings. That town is 30 minutes from where I grew up!
Even though the Department of Homeland Security lacks direct authority to address these sightings, they have highlighted the ongoing commitment to national security.
The limitations on how the government can intervene with such unidentified flying objects have directed the local first responders in New Jersey to take precautionary measures. They have been advised to alert the bomb squad and don hazmat suits upon encountering these drones.

ABC to Pay $15 Million to Trump Library to Settle Lawsuit
ABC News has agreed to give $15 million to U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's presidential library to settle a lawsuit over comments that anchor George Stephanopoulos made on air involving the civil case brought against Trump by writer E. Jean Carroll, a court document filed on Saturday showed. The lawsuit, filed on March 19 in U.S. District Court in Southern Florida, accused Stephanopoulos of making the statements with malice and a disregard for the truth. It said the statements were distributed widely to third parties and repeated.
Representatives for ABC could not be immediately reached.
The lawsuit cites a March 10 interview with Rep. Nancy Mace, a Republican who has spoken publicly about being raped as a teenager. During the interview, Stephanopoulos said Trump was found liable for rape and asked her how she could endorse the candidate.

Update from Commissioner McVoy on Town of Palm Beach Sand Project--NOT GOOD NEWS
Update regarding Town of Palm Beach trucks on our beach
"Unfortunately, the threat continues. I was told by staff that *within hours* of our staff informing Palm Beach that our city charter prohibited use of our beach, the Town responded by asserting that a strip of the beach does not in fact belong to us, a 10-foot wide strip above the high water mark. The Town of Palm Beach reportedly further asserted that they intend to drive their trucks down this strip, that is, down the full length of our beach. And that shortly they would be putting in the wooden marker stakes.
The rapidity of the Town of Palm Beach’s “Plan B” response would seem to suggest that they knew all along that our charter prohibited use of our beach for any “beach nourishment” projects.
Our legal has asked for a meeting with the Town’s legal. I will be curious to see if the Town’s permit with the state’s Dept. of Environmental Protection includes a map of the Town’s planned truck route. Stay tuned."
Commissioner McVoy has requested information from the City of Lake Worth Beach:

"Don't Touch Me, Bro
“Don’t Touch Me”: A Moment for the History Books
The “don’t touch me” moment wasn’t just awkward. It was symbolic. It captured the dynamic between two opposing forces: one, a rational conservative pointing out facts, and the other, a race-baiting, narrative-spinning leftist who’s been given far too much leeway by corporate media. If there’s one thing you can count on from CNN’s “NewsNight with Abby Phillip,” it’s that someone will say something ridiculous — and 9 times out of 10, that someone is Bakari Sellers. The former South Carolina state representative, known for his ability to spin a narrative tighter than a pretzel, once again found himself at the center of a bizarre on-air moment. This time, it wasn’t just his words that drew attention, but his hands.
During a segment on inflation and its causes (because apparently we’re still pretending it’s not Biden’s fault), Sellers decided to cross a line — literally. While making a point about inflation’s “transitory” nature, he leaned over and put his hand on Republican strategist Scott Jennings’ shoulder. Big mistake.
You would think he would listen but oh no, he then placed his hand on Jennings’ back.

Republican Utah Sen. Mitt (the Mutt) Romney, a longtime critic of President-elect Donald Trump, gave Trump "credit" Sunday on CNN for successfully transforming the Republican Party with the Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement.
For years, Romney has been vocal in his criticism of Trump, writing an op-ed in 2019 for the Washington Post questioning the former president's "character." On "State of the Union" Sunday, host Jake Tapper asked Romney whether he believes MAGA is "now the Republican Party" or if there could be a GOP post-Trump.
"Oh, MAGA is the Republican Party and Donald Trump is the Republican Party today. If you were to ask me who the nominee will be in 2028, I think it'll be [Vice President-elect] JD Vance. He's smart. Well spoken. Part of the MAGA movement," Romney said.

$46 Billion Left? White House Staff Ordered to Use It Before Trump Returns!
When you think it can’t get any more absurd, here comes the Biden administration with one final cash grab
The White House has essentially turned on the “everything must go” sale, urging staff to burn through every available dollar before Trump returns to the Oval Office. It’s like watching a bunch of teenagers with mom and dad’s credit card on a spring break shopping spree.White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients, with all the urgency of a man fleeing a burning building, sent a memo to White House staffers telling them to “obligate as much funding as possible” before Biden’s presidency ends. Yes, that’s a real quote. Translation? Spend every penny legally allowed before Trump shows up to lock the vault.
According to Zients, Biden’s team has already spent 98% of the available funding through October. But like that friend who’s “almost” done with their diet before they see dessert, they’re not quite ready to stop. Zients told staffers to aim for that last 2% — a mere $46 billion — still up for grabs in the 2025 fiscal year.

This is about forcing Trump’s hand. By locking in all these funds, they’re trying to create legal and political obstacles for his administration whose goal is to reduce spending.

Are drones over New Jersey alien tech? UFO expert says there's 'something nefarious about this'
The White House has ruled out foreign adversaries and hobbyists as the cause of the drone invasion in New Jersey, leaving many residents to speculate it could be aliens. The internet has been flooded with images and videos showing bright orbs and triangle-shaped craft having in the night sky that move in bizarre flight patterns.
George Noory, host of Coast-to-Coast AM and a leading voice of the unexplained, told DailyMail.com: 'It's bizarre. There's something else very, very nefarious about this.'
The drones are avoiding capture, he said, adding, 'They shut their lights off, they are undetectable in some cases. It's very, very bizarre. This could be an act of war for all I know.'
But alien tech? Norry said it doesn't add up. 'I'm going to rule out extraterrestrial. It doesn't sound like that,' he said. 'It sounds more like a military effort than anything else.'

Iran behind the drones hovering in New Jersey skies?
Iran’s new massive drone ship left home port last month – and went weeks without being spotted
A newly minted and massive Iranian drone carrier was captured in new satellite images sailing in the Persian Gulf this week — the ship’s first reported sighting since leaving its home port for the first time in mid-November.The satellite images taken Thursday by commercial operator Maxar Technologies shows three Iranian drone ships in the waters off the country’s coast as theories have swirled in the US that Iran could be behind the mysterious drone sightings across the tri-state area, according to Business Insider.
Iran’s new carrier — the Shahid Bagheri — is a converted shipping container that was outfitted to support drone operations and was last seen on Nov. 12, when it was captured by satellite imagery sitting in Bandar Abbas.
Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) claimed to Fox News on Wednesday morning that the drones were possibly being launched by Iran, citing confidential sources. He just might have something there!

Drones over New Jersey -
DHS, FBI Say ‘No Evidence’ Suggests Drone Sightings Pose National Security Threat
Since mid-November, large aerial drones have been spotted at night throughout central and northern New Jersey
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) issued a joint statement on Thursday suggesting that the drone sightings in areas like New Jersey do not pose a national security threat based on current evidence.“We have no evidence at this time that the reported drone sightings pose a national security or public safety threat or have a foreign nexus,” the statement said.
The two organizations said that they will be working closely with local and state police to “confirm whether the reported drone flights are actually drones or are instead manned aircraft or otherwise inaccurate sightings.”
The statement further noted that some drone sightings in the past have been cases of mistaken identity or may have been manned aircraft. As Breitbart News reported on Thursday, the Pentagon denied claims that alleged drone sightings over areas like New Jersey are foreign-controlled while also denying they are controlled by the U.S. military.
“The Pentagon has stated that the mystery drones flying over parts of New Jersey and the northeast U.S. in recent weeks are not controlled by the U.S. military but also not believed to be controlled by foreign entities,” noted the report. “Despite these claims, the Pentagon can’t say just who actually is in control of the drones causing havoc and concern along the Atlantic coast.”

I find it incredulous that DHS, FAA and the FBI are clueless. Any drone in the U.S. weighing more than 0.55 pounds must be registered with the FAA and can be easily tracked with GPS technology. Nearly 800,000 drones are registered in the U.S., according to the FAA. These drones are reportedly as large as a car.

All their scheming to catch him in some grand “gotcha” moment goes down in flames when he exposes the truth.
And Donald Trump dropped the mic after countering NBC News host Kirsten Welker's propaganda attack with an epic truthbomb when she tried to push Trump into a corner. Trump described Cheney’s actions on the committee as “inexcusable.” He correctly noted that the inquisitors on the “unselect committee” sifted through a year and a half of testimony before deleting and destroying “all evidence.”

Fetterman on Truth Social
Fetterman Joins Trump’s Social Media Site
Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) is proving once again that he’s the wild card of the Democratic Party, a figure unafraid to critique his own side or venture into politically uncharted territory. His latest comments and actions following President-elect Donald Trump’s 2024 victory have solidified his reputation as a maverick willing to break with Democratic orthodoxy, even as his party struggles to process its electoral defeat.
Fetterman’s blunt advice to his Democratic colleagues, delivered in an interview with The New York Times, was classic Fetterman: unfiltered, irreverent, and cutting through the noise. “We really need to pace ourselves,” he said, chastising Democrats for their increasingly frantic reactions to Trump’s win. “Buckle up and pack a lunch, because it’s going to be four years of this.”
Fetterman’s call for measured responses rather than constant outrage highlights a stark divide within the Democratic Party. While many progressives are doubling down on resistance tactics, Fetterman seems to advocate a more strategic approach: save the energy for battles that matter.
His warning that incessant “freak-outs” erode credibility is a rare acknowledgment of the risks of overplaying outrage.

"Major escalation--Big mistake"
In Interview, Trump Calls Long-Range Missile Strikes Into Russia ‘Big Mistake’
Earlier this week, Ukraine fired a fresh salvo of U.S.-made ATACMS missiles into Russian territory, according to Moscow.President-elect Donald Trump has criticized the use of long-range missile systems to strike targets deep inside Russia, calling the policy a “big mistake.” “I disagree very vehemently with sending missiles hundreds of miles into Russia,” he said in an interview with Time magazine published on Dec. 12.
“Why are we doing that?”
Trump will begin his second, nonconsecutive presidential term on Jan. 20, 2025.
“We’re just escalating this war and making it worse,” he told the magazine, which has named Trump its “Person of the Year” for 2024.
The interview was conducted on Nov. 25—days after Ukraine began firing missiles into Russian territory with the use of advanced missile systems supplied by its Western allies.

Youngkin planning to ban Sanctuary Cities in Virginia
Republican Governor Lays Out Plan to Punish City Leaders Who Refuse to Work With Trump
Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin is proposing a budget to ban "sanctuary cities" in the state. It ensures tax dollars won’t go to areas that refuse to comply with ICE.Under the plan, local police must honor ICE detainer requests for criminal illegal immigrants. They also have to notify federal authorities within two days of releasing such individuals.
Cities or counties identifying as sanctuary cities will lose state funding. This includes money typically used to support local police departments.
Department of Criminal Justice Services, led by Youngkin appointee Jackson Miller, will oversee the withholding of "599 Funding" for these municipalities.
"Criminals who are in the United States illegally will be turned over to ICE," Youngkin told Fox News Digital. "Virginia is not a sanctuary state, and we will not allow localities to become sanctuary cities."

Stephen Miller Says Delaying Tax Reform Not an Option
Donald Trump is expected to have some challenges coming into office, especially for legislation where he will need help from the Democrats.Incoming Deputy Chief of Policy Stephen Miller, who also worked in the first Trump administration, says that will not be the issue for tax reform.
Miller is confident that even with resistance from the Democrats, Trump will get this done.
"Tax reform will happen, and it will be the greatest tax bill that we've ever seen. Now, these are not final. These are ongoing discussions and negotiations, but I just want to be very clear that no one is talking about delaying tax reform," he said.

Senator Kennedy grills anti-Trumper Major General Randy Manner
Republican Senator Confronts Anti-Trump General in Explosive Exchange
Republican Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana did not hold back during a tense exchange with retired Army Major General Randy Manner at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday. Kennedy confronted Manner about his past criticism of President-elect Donald Trump and his supporters, asking him if he considered himself “more virtuous” than everyday Americans.Kennedy brought up Manner’s comments during an appearance on CNN’s “Laura Coates Live” in October where he called Trump’s supporters “fascists themselves.” The senator asked Manner if he believes he read the quote accurately, to which Manner confirmed.
Manner, who was testifying against using the National Guard to assist with deportations of illegal immigrants, claimed he was not there to discuss his personal views. However, it was clear that Manner had been an outspoken critic of Trump and his supporters prior to the hearing.
Kennedy then pressed Manner about his comments, asking if he thought he was smarter and more virtuous than the American people. Manner denied this, but Kennedy persisted, pointing out that Manner had also endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris during the presidential campaign and had even called Trump a “fascist” during an appearance on “Morning Joe.”

Donald Trump and Republicans who favor following existing immigration law won and Democrats in favor of open borders anarchy lost.

Gregg Jarrett Spots ‘Red Flag’ In Alleged CEO Assassin’s Reaction, Predicts Their Potential ‘First Move’
Legal analyst Gregg Jarrett called out the UnitedHealthcare CEO’s alleged assassin’s outburst as a “red flag” Tuesday on Fox Business, predicting that the defense’s first legal “move” could be to have his mental health evaluated.Luigi Mangione, 26, a native of Maryland, was seen yelling at reporters Tuesday afternoon while appearing for his extradition process in Pennsylvania, shouting, “This is clearly an injustice and an insult to the intelligence of the American people.”
On “The Bottom Line,” Jarrett stated that the outburst not only signaled a need for a mental health evaluation but also suggested that Mangione’s attorney could later push for an “insanity defense” if an illness is found.
“Well, the outburst itself, Tammy, raises, to me as a former trial attorney for the defense, a red flag. I’m sure the first move that the defense will do is to have him evaluated by a psychiatrist to determine whether or not he suffers from any mental disease or defect so severe that he doesn’t know right from wrong, which is, of course, the famous insanity defense. Or they may try something shy of that called diminished capacity,” Jarrett said.

United Healthcare Murder Suspect Goes On Rant Outside PA Courthouse

As officers escorted him inside, he shouted, “It’s completely out of touch, and an insult to the intelligence of the American people and its lived experience.” Ten officers hurried him into the building.Dressed in an orange jumpsuit, Mangione appeared calm but restless. He whispered to his attorney, Thomas Dickey, glanced at reporters, and mumbled during his Blair County Court hearing around 2 p.m.

LWB cancels controversial sand agreement with Palm Beach because it violates city charter
"LAKE WORTH BEACH city officials are canceling an agreement, approved eight days ago, that would have let the town of Palm Beach use the city’s public beach as a staging area for a town beach re-nourishment project. When the City Commission voted 4-1 on Dec. 3 to grant the town access to the city beach, they did so illegally because they violated — unknowingly apparently — a city charter provision, approved by voters in 2009, prohibiting the pumping of sand onto Lake Worth Beach from off-shore borrow sites. The provision also prohibits the beach from being used as a staging area for dredge and fill projects.
Town dump trucks were supposed to start dumping sand on the south end of the city beach on Jan. 1, a project that would have lasted up to 45 days. But that’s not going to happen, Lake Worth Beach’s city attorneys said Dec. 11."
Read more about it...
Now don't you think the Commission would have had the city lawyer check this all out BEFORE they agreed to allowing this beach sand re-nourishment project?
"What happened? The 2009 charter change was never codified into the city charter, an apparent error by the city clerk at the time.
And when commissioners considered the agreement with Palm Beach on Dec. 3, no one at City Hall remembered the 2009 referendum, which was approved by 70 percent of the voters.
Commissioner Chris McVoy, who cast the lone “no” vote on Dec. 3, forwarded Jennings’ letter to the city attorneys, who confirmed the interlocal agreement violates the city charter and has to be canceled." So all of you who like to call McVoy a disrupter, get off his back...and the Lake Worth Herald should give him some credit.
And Cara Jennings is still on top of it!
