Musk Throws 'Full Support' Behind Speaker Johnson

Billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk piggybacked on President-elect Donald Trump's full-throated endorsement of House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., on Monday, taking to his social media platform hours later to add his "full support."

Musk's post, coming hours after Trump gave the embattled Johnson his "complete and total endorsement," comes days ahead of the House election for speaker. The endorsements could help to shore up support of some House Republicans who have been noncommittal about reelecting Johnson as speaker.

In a post to X, Musk responded to Johnson thanking Trump for the support.

"I feel the same way! You have my full support," Musk posted.
